Food not that good service could be much better there is no atmosphere

Made my whole family ill by touching the food by some one very unwell I had to go to hospital I have the proof and the evidence u have either gave us all good poisoning or some has viral gastroenteritis and please don’t eat here people I have been a customer for years and years I live next to outer circle but people don’t be fooled by this place cheap nasty and unclean place 👎👎👎👎 very disappointing if i may say so my self im a lover of food and u have put me off take away for a long time please look at my picture I uploaded don’t go there guys

We have to wait a while but the food is fantastic and cooked perfectly. If we phone to asked where our order is they give a rough estimate and then usually it's here in that time Can't fault the food at all

Not great food always over cooked delivery always very slow prob hour and half wait and the man with the long greasy hair is enough put you off eating it

Placed a order via there app when I placed the order it said it would take 50 mins to arrive but after 50 mins nothing arrived I called them up to be told that my order hadn’t even been made and was told it would be a further 15 mins which I thought was reasonable but that came and went and still no food. Called again to be told that it has been made and was just about to leave and that it would be a further 15 mins. It arrived 25 mins later. The food decent and couldn’t fault it at all

Always amazing tasty food, great amount of sauce on chips and in kebabs! Delivery normally takes a while as we normally order on a Saturday but it’s well worth the wait!

Extremely disappointed 😞 we have used Alf's for a very long time. Very nearly was charged twice! Food arrived hot but the portions were much smaller. Not like it used to be. Very unfortunate.

complete lack of respect for the customer waiting time for the order from 50 minutes extended to 90 I do not recommend under any circumstances

Used to be brilliant but if you want your dinner to taste like dog food go here by all means rude staff aswell !

This place is disgusting the management have no respect for women or any customer tell you the order is going to be 30 minutes then an hour later its not even been cooked this place is a shambles avoided at all cost.

I got two kebabs tad small. Nice though. Reason 4 star bigger portion 5star

Order 2 chicken shish kebabs I don't know what chicken that was but was definitely not shish looked like if came from a bag small chunks of chicken probably frozen

Had a lamb shish/lamb doner mixed kebab and it was stunning, highly recommended.

Pizzas dry, hardly any meat or cheese. Delivery late. Dip missing. Shame as recommended, won't be using again, plenty better around

Haven't been able to order for a month now, but all the times previously, their delivery service has been top-notch, as has the food being delivered. The people they send out for deliveries are also kind and courteous.

Called up for a delivery, asked for the kebab meat to be well done as that is how we prefer it, delivery was much to quick for the food to have been cooked fresh, kebabs were small, extremely greasy, cold and plastered in sauce when we only requested a small amount on the side, looked like the chips had been sat in the warming tray for hours and been put back in the fryer to reheat, burnt on the outside and mush in the middle, the desserts we ordered turned up in pieces and still frozen so were inedible, wish we could give minus stars for this review, DON'T EVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE , WE SPENT JUST UNDER £25 FOR OUR FOOD AND COULDN'T EAT ANYTHING THAT WAS DELIVERED, ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE, THIS WAS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME WE WILL BE ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. IF YOU HAVE ANY SENSE YOU WILL FOLLOW OUR EXAMPLE AND NEVER USED THIS DISGUSTING PLACE.

Never been let down, BUT my favourite kebab is kofte and chicken shish combo. You get half the amount of meat than a large lamb doner and they cost the same. Obviously doner meat is much cheaper then the combo but still peckish

Ridiculous place to order from, we rang up within minutes to add portion of chips and then the driver turnt up and said we had to pay the £2.50 for the chips and we later found out that he didn't deliver the chips! We then rang up and he said it will be with us in 45 minutes! How ridiculous , and had the decency to say what's the problem with waiting for chips.. well duh our food would be cold. Plus the portion sizes were rubbish for the amount of money we spent! So that night they ripped us off and took our £2.50!

Fresh food very tasty and very good service.

Have there meatball pizza fairly regularly really enjoy it. Have very freindly service and usually only spend £5 on pizza instead of the £5.20 on it. I wouldn't go there expecting excilent food but would definitely say it is worth what you actually pay for

Found hairs in my chicken burger amongst the salad and more then 1 hair.

Beware and watch your change small chicken kebab cost me £9:50 instead of £4:50, shame I didn't realise till the morning completely ripped off and when contacted Alfs was told I was a liar. Other friends have been charges too much as well..

Ordered and paid for two lamb and kofta kebabs. Ended up with one donner and one donner and kofta. Total rip off, couldn't really understand us and we're too busy making pizzas to bother. This place used to be great, now it's to be avoided!
