The most unbelievable tasting Greek cypriot food i have ever tasted, i felt like i was in hfeece or cyprus. Music, atmosphere, servive everytning excelllent. I highly recomend.

We were celebrating our friend's birthday at Alexander The Great and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish! From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were warmly welcomed, setting the tone for the evening. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated and the food was super delicious. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our friend's birthday was extra special. Overall, our night at Alexander The Great was nothing short of amazing, and we're already looking forward to our next visit. Highly highly recommend this restaurant!

The taste for everything was very nice. I recommend this restaurant. However, the tablecloth was not covered only for our table. I have no idea the reason but I am so disappointed in the service.

Wonderful restaurant, with outgoing, kind people to serve you, a lively and cozy atmosphere, and food that is paradoxically served quickly yet tastes amazing and fresh. We had the good luck of meeting the owner behind the bar as we paid for our food, and he served us complimentary shots of baileys to end our dinner there.

We visited on Sunday for dinner, we were in Camden trying to find a place for food and the smell from the grill/charcoal brought us in the restaurant 😂 Despite being almost full and not having a reservation, the lovely manager found a spot for us downstairs. The place is small and can get cramped easily, however, is quiet cosy and chilled. Theres greek music and the decoration couldn't get more greek. Decent menu options and food was great. Personally, possibly the best sheftalia i've ever had in the UK. Highly recommend it for the experience and must try the cold KEO beer so good! Also shout out to our lovely waitress, i think the wife of the owner, she was friendly, chatty(even being too busy!) And very attentive! As a Greek-Cypriot i can confirm that the food is authentic and as fresh as it gets!

Great Greek restaurant in London. The food is really good, great atmosphere and excellent service. They even go all the way to break plates when celebrating something. Highly recommend the fish platter and the vine leaves.

Very good food with helpful staff and fair prices for the portions. I can't imagine how comfy this place would be in summer with a nice breeze and a cool glass of rosé. We got the meze platter for two and it was so much food even we, two people with an unhealthily large appetite, had to bring some home for dinner. Very easy place to reach, well connected, well worth a visit.

Wow, authentic and fresh Greek food. So impressed. Prices are amazing as well great little spot. Had the set menu which is insane value at 11.50 for a starter main and dessert. Also had the Spannakopita which were some of the best I’ve had and offer a great selection of wines also very well priced. Will definitely be back.

We had so much food we had to take it home. Super quality food, nice location, authentic delicious meals. If I would give 10 stars ;)

Very nice discovery, this restaurant a little away from the tourist areas of London. Very friendly boss and warm and cheerful service from the team. With our 4 children, it was a nice break on an Easter evening. The cuisine is abundant and of good quality with fresh products. The ouzo was appreciated.

Good restaurant overall and descent price/quality for London. The food is obviously not the same as in Greece but it gives you a good idea if you are far away like in London. The mezze selection was nice - there are around 6-8 cold mezze starters, fried squid and shrimp, and some good grilled meat selection. They also serve some Greek salad on the side. Overall it was more than enough for a solid meal. The desserts are not included in the mezze selection. This place is usually pretty packed, so reservations are highly recommended. The atmosphere inside is not high end but it reminded me of a Greek trattoria. The staff is nice in general but in our case they rushed us to leave because the next group was coming.

We went to the restaurant to celebrate my partner's birthday with our family, which consisted of a group of 7 people. We were warmly welcomed and promptly escorted to our table. Maria was our waitress for the entire evening, and she was exceptionally kind and helpful. She showed a lot of patience and attention to detail. At the end, I presented her with a cake, which she brought out with candles and singing. The food was also excellent, and we all left feeling full and very satisfied Additionally, they have a good selection of vegan and vegetarian food options. The place was very nice and clean.It felt like we were in Grece. I would highly recommend going there.

Booked this place for a pre-gig grub. Food is great and friendly service. The only suggestion I would say is the basement dinning area could change the blue lighting - it makes the place dim and a bit uncomfortable to the eye.

I dont recommand it ! We ordered 3 plates, 2 of them arrived but we had to wait 20min for the third…. My family has already finished when i have my plate. And they charged us for « large » salad but they served us the medium one. They didnt want to understand what we are saying. Bad experience.

Avoid this place at all costs if you are a person of colour. The owner is a racist and physically violent. Police were called. Restaurant attempted to apologise on the owner's behalf explaining that he was drunk. Unacceptable.

Wow is how we felt when our food arrived. What a gem of a Greek taverna in the heart of Camden, London. Fabulous service from Andreas (Andy) and food to match. Our hot & cold meze starter and our mains chicken bbq, lamb bbq, kleftiko and mixed Greek grill were all delicious. Loved the Greek roast potatoes. Everything was full of flavour. We were not rushed and we had the most amazing time. Highly recommend a visit.
