Been coming to Andy's on and off for years as I come from area. Always been happy with food and service. It's seems to be change in staff.had mix grill calamari and dips.can honestly say food was probably worse I've had for a long time. House white was like vinegar and they didn't even have pitta bread.must have changed hands... shocking.

Such a local gem! Delicious traditional Greek food that is amazing value - great portion sizes too. Highly recommend the mixed souvlaki. Very caring staff too: took good care of my friend who wasn’t feeling well, and went above and beyond to do what they could to help. It’s busy and buzzing with tables close together: that adds to the atmosphere and presumably keeps prices down. Worth reserving in advance as it does seem to fill up most nights.

Best Dolmades ever! Pork mince was so tasty I also had the corfu prawns and were delicious as was mixed grill that my husband Michael ordered my son chose chicken souvlaki with rice and enjoyed everything! staff were lovely, waiter think he was called Samil was a star can’t wait to return .

Wonderful experience with traditional Greek cuisine, an immersive environment with themed music and a simple and welcoming atmosphere. The food has a unique flavor, delicious seasoning and Mediterranean freshness, the most succulent and tasty grilled chicken I've ever tried. We had been asked to change tables to accommodate a larger number of customers and we were surprised with a complimentary dessert (baklava) for the kindness of the change, we were delighted with the service and the taste of the food.

Oh so much to enjoy with a visit to Andy’s! This is a five star dining experience with food cooked simply but beautifully. The starter plates were a perfect size to sample wonderful greek dishes. The mains were superb and cooked to perfection! The staff were excellent and reflected in the high levels of attentive service we received. I will be back… and this should be a go to for anyone wanting to be whisked away for a moment in authentic Greece.

I tried this family-owned restaurant many times and each time they put the bar higher. So impressed with the food quality (by far the best shrimps, needless to talk about kleftiko), the very reasonable prices and the continuous love the owners show to their customers. You really deserve all respect and wish you the best 🧡

The food here is excellent, reasonably priced, and the atmosphere is fantastic! We opted for both the meat and fish tasting menus, which were perfect for trying a variety of dishes and ideal for sharing, especially if you're dining with a larger group. The staff were attentive and accommodating, and the manager fostered a warm, lively atmosphere that made us feel right at home. We absolutely loved our experience and would highly recommend it!

I've come to London for work and rather than eat alone in my room on this Tuesday evening in mid October, I decided to venture out in Camden Town. How pleased I was to have stumbled across Andy's Greek Taverna London ! This has to be the most popular restaurant for miles. It's packed full to the brim and the jovial sound of bazouki music & excited diners both Greek and English resonates out onto the street. Thankfully they had a little space for one! The best chicken souvlaki and chips I've had outside of Greece itself with a Greek salad (extra feta!) and a glass of something crisp to wash it down. Then my lovely adjacent diners (Greek Cypriot) poured me another glass of wine and insisted I sample their tzatziki and pitta! Several 'yamas' later we've exchanged stories and I'm nolonger dining alone! The service was excellent from Petros and his team. Everyone was so attentive. Tonight reminds me why it's always good to push yourself out of your comfort zone. Venture out, even if alone .... you never know what fabulous places you'll discover or interesting people you'll meet. 🇬🇷

My family and I went here for my husband birthday and we all had a fabulous time, the food was absolutely delicious, above our expectations so many compliments to the chef !!! The ambiance was amazing, service fantastic!! Many thanks to Andres and Petro !! We will definitely come back! My boyfriend & I were craving our native Greek food tonite cause we came all the way from New York visiting London ! He ordered the mixed grill and I ordered fish (lavraki) on the grill ! Maria, the cook, made our dinner delicious! We had the privilege of meeting the owner of the restaurant while we had this wonderful meal ! Thank you for the fresh made bougatsa as well! Wow!! Absolutely amazing food!! Amazing!!!

We decided on Andy's based on reviews and rating on Google. We were not disappointed. The staff were friendly, service was excellent and the food delicious. My daughter was celebrating her birthday which we only mentioned in passing and they brought out a candlelit desert. It made for some great photos. I would definitely go back and I highly recommend Andy's Taverna.

Brilliant taverna that makes you feel as if you are really in Greece. The food is always delicious. I've been coming here for years and the quality has never changed - nor has the price! Fresh and flavourful. The staff are lovely too. They gave my sister a bottle of wine for her birthday free of charge and also a dessert with candles. It's so nice to have a local restaurant like this. It's getting rarer in the UK, especially London, to have a good neighbourhood restaurant with kind staff and fantastic food. It really is a little bit of Greece in the heart of Camden. Don't hesitate to eat here!

We had a large group for dinner at Andy's and had a fantastic experience. The food was hearty and generous, and the service is excellent - the team really look after you, and its all done with good humour.

We had a warm welcome and the food was affluent but the quality is objectively not good, compared to authentic Greek food.

We ate at an outdoor table outside the store and the atmosphere was nice. There are many customers until late at night and the staff service is good. Especially the aperitif is really delicious and the bread is also delicious.

Exceptional service and the food was great. Remember to call in and leave your name if you want to make a booking, it was very busy on a Sunday night. We had meze meat set which includes 7 cold starters (mostly dips) and 3 hot starters (Kalamari, halloumi), Kleftiko and kebab. It was so much meat, I like the variety of food to try and the Kleftiko lamb leg was so tender. Highly rate the pink fish roe starter dip.

Catherine and I had such a great meal at nAdy's Greek Taverna in Camden Town last night. The BEST food, the BEST service, just a wonderful experience. Steven, you would love this place. And Mia, too. And everyone! The starter platter was many plates of hummus, taramasalata, tzatziki, halloumi, calamari etc, and then we had the meat platter (carnivore in our midst, though there are loads of vegetarian options) with delicious salads and just ... yum! I recently celebrated my birthday at Andy's after having a lovely meal here a couple of months before that. We were very well looked after by Pedro, he was very attentive, accommodating of guests with dietary restrictions and was great fun! The food was absolutely delicious (so much food - I will be thinking about that lamb dish for a long time!) and I can't wait to come back. Excellent value for money too. Highly recommended 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I just had the most wonderful time at this lovely Greek restaurant! The service was absolutely amazing, and the food was just like what I had on a beautiful Greek island called Chios.

They give third class service to the customer.

Highly recommended Greek cuisine. A varied menu with several choices, including healthy options. Some of my favorite items on their menu are tzatziki, dolmades, and gigandes. An excellent option in a neighborhood with several Greek restaurants. Andy's and Daphne's are my favorite, and I rotate between the two.

Managed to book a table for two last minute and now I understand why this place is so busy! Best meal out I have had in a long time. Food was perfect and incredibly priced, we had it with a bottle of Greek red wine which was perfect. Staff were friendly and attentive and helped me in my choice of food as I have a few allergies. Food came out incredibly quick. The lamb chops were to die for. Highly recommend and I hope to visit Andy's Taverna soon again.

I took two old north londoners there recently. There were amazed that they never heard of that place given how great it is. The food is always delicious, fresh, generous portions and reasonably priced. The atmosphere is great a bit on the noisy side but that is part of the liveliness of the place. Half of the staff was very friendly and attentive and the other half not bothered. Andy, the owner, who is very nice and a character, was not there....

We had lunch here for the 1st time yesterday. Authentic, good service, and great food. What more could you want.

Came here Saturday afternoon - booked on a recommendation and totally worth it. The mixed grill and mixed souvlaki with roast potatoes, chips and Greek salad were all amazing. Those potatoes took me right back to Athens. Friendly staff even though very busy. A must do.

Our experience with the team at Andy’s Greek Taverna was so memorable and delicious!! Every bite was bursting with flavour and our waiter was patient while explaining the menu items. Our reservation kept changing and then ballooned after visiting the nearby Kingdom Hall and all of us agree that the quality of the food was superb.

Sat outside Andys today. Great lunch. Friendly service and a great spot away from the crowds of Camden high street.

We went back to Andy's Taverna. I am a big fan of their stifado and I dramatically enjoyed it as always. Sharing starter for two was big enough for three of us and authentic taste👍👍👍 We definitely go back again very soon.

Entrées sans plus, 1h30 d attente pour les plats, la moitié des plats immangeables, les viandes sont corrects et peu chers pour Londres. Le cadre est super kitsch, mais au vu du classement extraordinaire du restaurant nous pensions passer un bon moment. Résultat repas horrible temps d attente interminable, plus déco moche, et nourriture allant de pas ouf sans goût, à franchement degueu fuyez !

Pedro (the owner) was extremely accommodating and objectively sweet! We received an insane amount of food for 21 pounds a person! Everything was insanely delicious and perfect. I never write reviews but this was just a great experience — visit if in London.
