Great atmosphere, very tasty food, server was polite, priced well, will definitely be going again, thank you all at al naseeb.

Shame you have put the minimum oder up to £20pounds

Curries was nice but naan was not up to scratch bit dry.

Great restaurant. Shame twenty pound min order I won’t be ordering again as live alone.

Ordered my regular food, the chips looked like they were cooked from the day before, and the wrong meat was delivered. I asked for mayo on my food but got something else that tased garlic and the was another sauce on the chips that looked like it had been scraped off, tasting like thousand Island sauce. This meal went in the bin. As for the delivery well, the driver was on his phone and didn't make eye contact and when I said thank you he totally ignored me.

Food always nice & delivered on time.normally I rate max,but forgot 2x chilli sauce I paid for .

Quick delivery, delicious burger and chips. The only let down was the cheesecake was still frozen solid. Otherwise very nice

Arrived 30 minutes late, driver was very apologetic. Food very bland , mutter paneer no flavour at all. Tough dry meat . Salty tandoori chicken. Very disappointed.

Ordered blind folded as we were just visiting the Area an hungry went on to just eat And found this place and wow great food we had the onion badges , chicken Pakora and pilau rice chicken Makhani and boy was it good nice and warm Couldn’t fault it great food would definitely use again thanks again great service as well

Not bad but the lamb vindaloo was very chewy & a big disappointment. The onion Bhaji’s where lacking onion & flavour as well. I’d rate a solid 3 out of 10

Food is always hot and cooked perfectly.

The poppadums were smashed and stale. The onion bahjis were cold and stale. The naan bread was stale. The cartons were crushed so the curries had leaked. Overall not impressed at all with this service and restaurant.

Food great as always, apart from the chips were a tad soggy. They tried to pack a large order into one thin plastic bag. One kebab, the container split and sauce ran onto the items below (Clean up operation before anything) Not had this issue before so I'm assuming it's a one off!

Delivery was on time, and food was okay. This was my first order from this restaurant, so you never know what to expect, but a thimbs up from me 😁

First time having curries from here and won’t be a last! So good!

It literally takes 5-10 minutes walking there. But unfortunately I'm working from home so I can't just walk there. When I called I was told it'll take 20 minutes depending on traffic.. what traffic? And now its long over 20 minutes since I called but over an hour since I placed the order. Never had such terrible service from them before

food wasnt even delivered, no contact from the restaurant or any reason as to why waited over an hour after the time while sitting for it to still remain saying driver is on the way. Got no food and need to now re order after waiting 2 hours

Terrible customer service from the manager. It says on the app all kebabs served with salad and sauce. When it turned up it was just a few bits of meat in bread. No salad or sauce. Called the restaurant and was told it was my own fault and I should request salad and sauce in the notes?? It says it comes with it so why would I request it? Restaurant manager was extremely rude, unhelpful and said he couldn’t do anything and to contact Just Eat. Will never use this company again.

Must have either changed chefs or owners since last negative reviews. Have ordered both the kebabs and curries on several occasions since we moved to Pease Pottage 3 months ago. Kebabs are huge, juicy, full of flavour. Curries are the best takeaway Indian I’ve had in years. Always arrives promptly, I would not go anywhere else.

The meat in the byriani was very fatty and could not eat and was way to spicy for a byriani and the byriani sauce was horrible

For the first time I was disappointed, the biryani was watery and barely any sauce was in the container. My drinks were missing and the samosas were soft and not crunchy like normal.

Unfortunately the food was short of flavour Also the food containers had been squashed by the driver and the curry had leaked.

My order was not ready because the chef was not there. The system said I collected but I didn’t, very unhelpful staff. I want my money back as I did not get my order.

Arrived about 25 minutes after being told it was with driver and about 15 after had enjoy meal notification. The poppadoms were crushed could not tell how many in the bag. If this was the first time ordering from them it would be the last. But their food is good so they have got away with it this time. Also I had to blast in microwave.

Food was cold and very greasy. Anything fried tasted of old frying oil.

Food very bland, no taste, disappointing

It’s a shame because the delivery arrived on time and all my items where there . Unfortunately the food it’s self was terrible . All of my dishes including the main, side and rice where swimming in oil and grease . The only thing that was eaten was the naan and popadoms , everything else was thrown in the bin it was tasteless , well no all you could taste was oil ad grease. I would not order from here again if it was free the worst Indian takeaway I have ever eaten.

I ordered at 19.55 didn't get my food till 21.30 by time I got it I lost my appetite called 3 times was told it was on its way 20 mins later still not arrived I live 3mins away by car totally spoilt my night

The food tasted great - lots of good flavour. But I called the restaurant twice when our food was already late and was told both times it was on its way and would be 20 minutes... Ended up receiving our order over 2 hours after it was placed!

Really tasty curry. There’s just not a lot of actual curry as the foil tin it comes in is very small. Ordered 1 poppadom and they sent 2 so that was nice. :)

Over 1.5 hours waiting for delivery. Won’t be ordering on Saturday again. Usually quite efficient but waiting that long is unacceptable

Lovely food but not very big portions. Loads of rice in the biryani but only a small amount of curry so was quite dry. Same with korma and rice. Shame as quality of food was excellent.

Overall waiting time was 1hour and 40 minutes

The rice was cold and chicken tasted funny and the nana bread was cold

Tarka Daal + paneer mushroom are the best from here. Wished they had bigger portions on the daal

Not quite as good as the same meal I had a few weeks ago. The chicken was a little tough but still acceptable. Spices seemed hotter which was not a problem. Will order again.

£15.00 delivery charge on Deliveroo. Daylight robbery. Disgraceful. Yes, I should have read it properly but I had credit on my account so it wasn’t until I contacted Deliveroo that the I noticed the charge. The food was mediocre, the sag paneer went straight in the bin as it tasted sour, possibly off. Will never use this takeaway again.

We normally love this place. It has been a while since we have ordered (maybe 6-9 months) but the meal we received today was not good. The onion bhajis tasted stale and were cold in the middle, the poppadoms were stale, naan bread also seemed stale and tasted like it had been reheated rather than cooked for our order 😟 Meat in the curries was severely over cooked and chewy. It really was disappointing and if this is now the standard we will likely be finding a new place to order.

Absolutely beautiful food! Looked at a couple of different Indian restaurants on just eat but most had such bad reviews, then came across AlNaseeb and the reviews definitely did it justice. Will 100% be ordering from here again!

Very average. Good aroma but lacked flavour. Considering the choice of curry takeaways in the area I will use a different one in future.
