كان فيما مضى افضل بكثير و احد اهم المطاعم العراقية في العالم ليس في لندن فقط. يعيبه الان الازدحام بشكل يجعل الزائر يتردد في الاكل فيه لصخب الاجواء و عدم الهدوء وقت الازدحام

Prices are noticeably high for normal quality which does not justify such price. The service was terrible and the food arrived after a long time, also some dishes never arrived.

Great place. Absolutely wonderful food and friendly service. Big portions too! I haven’t had a lot of Irakien food but boy this was good!

We’ve been to this restaurant many times but our opinion hasn’t changed ie food is good but terrible service. We were party of 14 people booked 2pm one table. Upon arrival all cold starters were on the table as requested by us when booked. But we waited over an hour to get the bread, we began eating without the bread because we were so hungry. Also there were no plates, we had to ask for them. Then we finished the starters, the main platters were put on the tables without dinner plates, in fact the dirty starters plates were stil there. We again had to ask him to remove them. He then brought clean small plates for dinner despite us requesting dinner plates, this wasn’t done, again no fresh cutlery. The entire time till now, no drinks, no water, no one even took order for drinks. Then after asking, small bottles of water arrived but without glasses. With 14 guests, only ONE waiter was there!!!!!. It was so annoying, so unprofessional, so inefficient, terrible experience. The price is very high, NOT WORTH IT AT ALL.

I went there with my family after my brother’s graduation, our reserved table was ready and the host warmly welcomed and seated us. The food quality was great and big portion. Iraqi sweets is my favorite of all. If there is more than 5 stars, i would give Al Maskoof Al Iraqi million stars. Thank you very much

I came all the way from Victoria with my family to have dinner at this restaurant, and i have not called the restaurant before coming to know how busy the place before coming. However, When i arrived at the restaurant location , a man who’s standing inside the restaurant asked me if i have a booking, my answer was no, fortunately, he simply welcomed me and allocate us with a good table. Really professional customer service. One of the best places to visit in London. I do recommend this place at all the time.

I visited Almaskoof Al Iraqi Restaurant with my friends & we really like the restaurant because of : - Welcoming staff 👍🏼 - Delicious food 😍 - clean restaurant 💯 - Nice decoration 🌃 - Big branch ( fit with large group) - Fair price -Nice to leave a memories -Location of the restaurant 🤩 Mr. Omer , other staff was very helpful & always smile 😁

Passed by the restaurant and thought it looked nice so went back later that day to try it out. Nice decor and friendly staff. We tried some traditional Iraqi meals which were very good. I'd certainly recommend it.

I got scammed, I was charged £35 for a single dish that said £28 on the menu that I had for takeaway. The waiter literally made up the cost on the spot. I saw him thinking about it. The very same dish ordered online is £16 elsewhere. How does it make sense to add £7 charge for a meal I ordered and took away myself. It wasn’t great either. Hospitality and service needs to improve massively. A well deserved 1 star.

We went for dinner on Christmas day. We were kept waiting for an hour for our turn outside the restaurant in the cold weather. Even after being seated, you must wait for half an hour to get the cold starters like Hommus. The food is average and overpriced. The staff service is very bad and not organised.

Very tasty food. Service with big group of people is not too good. Plates are not changed too often and trashes lay on board. With small group of persons this is excellent place to eat!

I have never been to an Iraqi restaurant before but found myself near Edgeware Rd and chose this for lunch. It looks like that the other patrons were from the Middle East which boded well. With the help of the waitress I chose the special lunch offering. This was a dish called lamb makluba. When served it came with saffron rice with sides of pickled vegetables and a sweet and sour aubergine salsa. Interesting flavours which were superb. I would go back again. The only negative point was their card machine was not working so had to pay cash.

Dishes served on other tables look tastier, saucier and hot while we are served bland, dry and cold food. If the rating on trip advisor is 4.0 and we can't force ourselves to rate it more than 1 then the problem is not with the food, decor, service or location. The problem is the manager's 'I don't like you" treatment towards selective few. £109 charged by a restaurant that can't distinguish between Toum and garlic mayo. A place where service is without a smile. Bread is colder than the summer night. Fresh orange juice made from the cheapest fruit. Yuck!

We passed by this elegantly anointed restaurant & decided to try it. First time having Iraqi food. It was delicious.

White British homeless guy will approach you with a leaflet saying this restaurant is Halal, whilst you are being seated he will take his commission and disappear. You will try to place an order from the leaflet instead will he told this is for takeaway order only. We placed order for 4 Sandwiches, it took them 1hours to make them, on other hand orders were being sent out for delivery one after another. We received a bill for our order which was £5 over charged. Reached home with the takeaway order, both naan and kebab were badly burnt had to through them away. DON’T TRUST THEM. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. REPORT THEM to Food Standard Agency immediately if you have experienced similar missue at this place

This restaurant serves good traditional Iraqi and Middle Eastern food. Located in the center of London. The restaurant is a little bit small and the prices are little bit high.
