Al Feena Lounge & Grill in Leicester

Really amazing atmosphere and service. Great coffee and food. Spoiled for choice of Shisha flavours. Special thanks to Hashim and Adam for their hospitality. Myself and my wife really enjoyed the evening.

Nice place, good staff, calm atmosphere. The decor is decent, plenty of flavours to choose from. The shisha was good, I had blueberry and mint. Went well together. Although it wasn't producing enough smoke for my liking. But overall recommended as a shisha cafe.

One of the best lounges for a smoke in Leicester. The staff, especially Hashi and Uwais, are on point. The Shisha is consistently good, and food too.

The staff at Feena namely Uwais, Amun, Diya, Zahra, Aisha, Hashi and various others whose names I have forgotten are absolutely fantastic, they bring the vibe, they take care of their customers and really give that homely feel! The food and coffee are 10/10, and that always helps matters!

Amazing place for an evening chill

It was one of the better Sheesha lounges and prices weren't a rip off either. However, one of the two sheeshas didn't give off enough smoke and flavour was very mild.

If you want to go and order food and shisha and pay 40 quid but then be forgotten about on a TUESDAY evening then I would recommend this place!!!! 👌

Very good shisha and good atmosphere

Smelt really bad like there was a dead rat or something under the furniture or problem with the sewers. Did not stay there long. The shisha pipes are really old and the staff were rude and very moody. Will not be coming back! Would not recommend. Seems like the others who have left a review have had a similar experience......

I want to say thank you to al feena for the amazing service I received on my visit to this lounge. This is by far the best shisha lounge in the UK. The order process is very straightforward and you are sat at a seat of your choice with warm heaters and seating. The staff are really helpful and they always check up on you to see if everything is OK. If you want to have a great customer experience and a lunch/evening out i would say try al feena and also try their food as it is absolutely amazing!!! Thank you Al feena for the experience I had. Definitely will visit again.

Had severe food poisoning the food was not right caused severe fever.

Full of young ppl, on shisha, good place to sit but not if its vey cold as then you get one side of exteme heat and then a whiff of cold, sure formula for a cold. Decent foods menu as well and very close to the station

This Is my afternoon work place. I come here in the afternoon relax and work with a great smoke and the best bit there food is really tasty and fresh. Service is spot on. Is in town so has a great vibe and I can get my work done whilst having a chill too. Would def recommend this place and will def try it in evenings soon too. Thank you!

I have food delivered through just eat and i have never had a bad meal from them. I have been into Al Feenas a couple of times and I love it. My only complaint is it abit pricey but its worth it for the experience definitely recommend to everyone. The hotdog is to die for!

Me too Shisha was not all that and terrible service as me and friends were sat there over an hour after for our food after repeatedly asking about it and the answer was 'it'll take long', but after over an hour they were cleaning up the kitchen and found out our order wasn't even being made, so we were starved at the middle of the night. One of the workers/boss was very rude in the way he talked too. Would not recommend. Not the best first impression as we had to find our way around to get to a staff member who were all sat around talking and it was only until we approached them that they told us that we had to order first and then we would be shown to a seat. Considering the standard with a shisha is mint tea i was shocked to find that they didn't have any mint, it was mid-week and 8pm, not the busiest of times so clearly stock take and management is sub-par. I would say that I am an average shisha cafe user and even I found the shisha to be terrible, no matter how hard we tried it just didn't want to produce smoke. When we were asked, after nearly an hour, if we want a coal change, the chap doing it clearly didn't know what he was doing and just knocked the existing coal off, blew off the Ash and then put the same coal back!

Still for me the best in Leicester. Kader gives amazing service from his team. Ambience, food and sheesha brilliant

The furniture and fittings are not comfy, the cafe is right on major city road the St. George way a lot of traffics and noises. The prices are alright, the music was mostly western which doesn't go with shisha cafe.

Stumbled across this place whilst working in Leicester. Great friendly social place. food was good and very reasonably priced. shisha was excellent. the only criticism is they don't offer table service. but that would not stop me from coming back

I'm a shisha connoisseur and I've tried nearly every shisha place in Leicester and also other cities such as Birmingham. Al Feena consistently delivers the best Shisha smoking session every time - the clouds of smoke are thick and the shisha isn't harsh plus it lasts a long time. What's more the staff are amazing and very friendly - they look after their regular customers and make an effort to get to know their regular customers - shout out to Ahmed, Uwais, Hash, Hashim and all the girls working there The food is also excellent - try the Wraps or Burger meals - nice flavours and good portion for the price

The lounge had really nice decor. Our shisha came,wwe ordered double apple and mint and the member of staff did not offered to start it off, so I started it off. I could not get much flavour out of it at all. I asked someone about it so he came over put another coal on and it still didn't taste right. This was the worst shisha I've had in 6 years of smoking. Me and my partner only stayed for about 45minutes then left. I wouldn't go back.

Good choice of shisha flavours and some good desserts. Price is reasonable ish BUT is located at one of the busiest road junctions in Leicester so at busy times you cant hear your self think. The seats are way too close to each other, your tripping over other people. Avoid at busy times.

The shisha was really good, came from london for dinner with my friends and decided to go al feena for a smoke, the staff are really friendly and the waiters always came round efficiently especially on such a busy night!! Definitely recommend this place
