Good price. Good quality food. My children enjoyed Qabili rice so much! Thank you.

I ordered meal deal #8 (chicken donner) however meal deal #9 was delivered instead which was dried out fish burger. The only decent thing was the can of Vimto. Not happy at all.

The person who delivered didn’t really check or ask if it was the right person to deliver to he just gave it and went away which I am not happy about because they didn’t give it to me they gave it to the wrong person in the house. Next time they should ask the name of the person and the code.

As always no salad and sauce even though I added to the notes , donner was cold , not ordering from here again

Food is a good standard but you expect that with the prices, just make sure you check your order if your taking out, as they can never remember everything just got home and they have forgot the rice, not worth the trip down as I'm in Warrington, what would have been a great munch is now bs 😀

I came into this shop yesterday for a kebab got home to wich it had a funny taste brought it back to get my money back and as I was getting my refund I seen cockroaches crawling over the counter!!!! the chef was trying to catch them with a tea towel!!! AVOID THIS PLACE and I will be reporting them

Highly rude staff! When you call them to tell them things are missing from the order they start shouting !!!!! Maybe learn some communication skills and then run a takeaway!

I had the kobeda with naan. The kobeda was delicious, and the salad was really fresh; however, the naan was not of good quality, which is why I'm giving 4 ⭐️. Overall, it's a good place, and I would recommend it.

I got FOOD POISONING from here AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! Not nice food that they put the price up and they serve expired food, we got cheesy chips and kebab and BOTH were off, cheese was expired and the kebab was too! Im heavily sick now, what if someone ill had eaten this food, someone vulnerable? Think about that before serving off food to save costs! Want to report them!

Ordered food at 7.30 was to be delivered at 8.30 driver pulled up didn't get out then drove off tried to ring the restaurant but no one answered so it's now nearly 10.30 I'm assuming we're not getting our food which is a shame as have ordered here before and the food is ok

I have order chicken tikka kobeda And nann so I can eat nan before work and kobeda chicken tikka at work went surprised when Nan came on after a. Hour burnt Ans now when I open other box no kobeda at all just chricken

I have ordered from this take away a few times and it has been good. But I’m sorry I won’t be ordering again after receiving overcooked kobeda and lamb tikka with lumpy rice.

The Chicken & Rice we ordered was amazing 👍🏼 Full of flavour, the chicken was cooked to perfection and had a nice texture to it. The rice were also cooked to perfection, along with a large salad which was freshly prepared and a good portion of Yoghurt and Chilli Sauce! Al-Faisal has a large selection of meals to choose from as pretty much everything is prepared fresh, therefore be prepared to wait a little longer for your food, trust me it was worth it 👌🏽 The staff don't know how to crack a smile 🙃 The shop can do with a thorough clean although there's plenty of seating and also a sink to wash your hands which is a bonus 😉 £11.00 for a Large Portion of Chicken & Rice which tastes great is definitely worth a try 👍🏼 You will find plenty of parking in the surrounding streets, and they accept Cash aswell as Card Payments too!!

Burger wasnt all that, pizza was average. Chilli sauce given with the pizza was really nice. Onion rings a bit overcooked.

Instead of yogurt sauce they put the pink sauce all over 3 kebabs?! What a joke, first family takeaway in a while and thats how it was really disappointing if it didnt have the pink sauce all ovee it woild be 8/10 but giving it 3/10 as the sauce ruined it!

This time and last time food wasn’t fully cooked. It was cold as well. Before that I have ordered so many times but I didn’t face this ever. Al-Faisal is my favourite takeaway and hopefully onwards everything will be good.

Al Faisal in Cheetham Hill! It's a fantastic food place! The food there is absolutely delicious, and the staff are really friendly and attentive. I loved their flavorful Kabli pilau and their tender kebabs. The restaurant has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a meal with friends or family. Plus, the prices are quite reasonable for the quality and portion sizes you get. I highly recommend giving Al Faisal a try if you're in the area. You won't be disappointed!

The time of delivery was pushed back twice. We rang to see where it was up to and was told it would be 10/15 mins but it still took longer. When the driver came he said he only just got the order but we were notified it had been picked up from the driver half an hour before he arrived.

Love your service and food but please do not send us wrong rice please we don’t like carrots and raisin rice, we ordered plain so please next time send correct as it happens few times

Worst Kobeda Kebab ever, would be a zero star. I ordered Iftari for 4 people. Kobeda and Nan, the Kobeda was absolutely dry, taste of the Kobeda was bitter and sour taste, no joy at all, no presence of Kobeda taste. I phoned them telling them of my dissatisfaction and instead of resolving the problem, the staff was rude saying he cannot do anything and put the phone down. Presently the taste of bitter and sour from that Kobeda is in my mouth making me feel sick, possibly food poisoning. Will not buy from them ever again.

0 stars for poor food and poor customer service. I am absolutely disappointed with my order. Today we ordered kobeda and was looking forward for it more because I was fasting. Iftar finally came and I took a bite of the kobeda. It tasted tangy and bitter as if someone had poured a whole bottle of lemon juice inside.😐 There was no other flavour but lemon and I’ve never tasted lemon in any of the kobedas I’ve had in the past. My mum is ALLERGIC to lemon so I had to inform the restaurant. I rang the restaurant and and the response was disappointing, the man was not showing any consideration and said said he can’t do anything. The fact that the man didn’t give another meal to compensate for my mums allergy at least is quite concerning!!🫤

I didn't get the extra naan bread I ordered and paid for......it just didn't arrive and this is the third time this has happened. Food was excellent as always.

The Special Mixed Kebab on Rice is delicious. Topped off with a few Fries, Onion Rings & Salad makes for a tasty meal. I will definitely order again soon.

Food quality was really poor. I wouldn’t be shocked if the kebab had been wrapped days before. The naan was completely soggy. Nothing looked or tasted fresh. The onion rings were ok but I won’t be ordering from here again

lamb donor meat was alright chicken doner was just fillet chopped in to small cubes with a really spicy sauce not very tasty just too spicy could not eat it

I made a mistake when ordering to deliver, pressed collect instead. As the time passed I checked to see how long the food would be and realised my error. I spoke with the manager and informed him of my mistake. He advised me that it wasn’t an issue and also stated that I would be paying an extra £2 for delivery (which I didn’t mind), and brought my food to me. The food quality was brilliant, I was really impressed and came still hot. I would highly recommended this place and will be ordering aga

The kebab I ordered was significantly late. Nan bread was all greasy and soggy, like it's been dipped in oil. I ordered it with the salad and it came with some shredded lettuce only. If I wouldn't have been so hungry I would seriously chuck it in the bin. I'll never order anything from this place again.

Great food , friendly delivery

Ordered a kebab with garlic mayo and paid for separate tub of yogurt. Driver arrives blasting music from his car (this is was at 2:00am) waking up the whole neighbourhood. Only to find there was no garlic mayo and the yogurt had come frozen in its tub. Shocking!!! Wouldn’t want anyone to experience the driest kebab ever!!!

First time we ordered from here when visiting Manchester. Food was incredible and arrived hot. The meat was so tender and full of delicious smoky charcoal flavour. One of the best takeaways we’ve had in a long time.

Chips was freezing cold paid for a full peri peri chicken the skin was like rubber and probably wasn't even half a chicken I've seen more chicken in a chicken nugget by far the worst I've ever ordered never again

I Ordered chicken tikka starter with salad a naan bread garlic mayo and drinks. Firstly the salad was missing the chicken tikka was swimming in greasy oil which the oil had leaked all over the wrapping around the box and the bag was full of grease the naan bread didn't have enough foil wrapping and was hanging out of the wrapper in the greasy bag. The food has been okay in the past the chicken tikka is usually very good. When I phoned the shop the person who answered apologised and said it would not happen again and did not offer to change the food or solve the problem.. I have a eating disorder and find it difficult to eat and tonight (Thursday 5th January 2024) I actually had a bit of a appetite but I'm sat here starving with no more money to buy food looking at a bag of disgusting food. The man who answered the phone was right about one thing and that is it won't happen again because I won't be ordering again. I just wish that just eat would allow photos on reviews to be able to shame these kind of places. To be honest I don't think they have any shame as If they did they would correct the problem or give a refund. That's my opinion/review of Al Faisal. Got order wrong ordered lam tikka and kinda but was given chicken tikka instead but told me he’d sort me out next order food was still nice

Enjoyed the meal; the salad and mayo/chili sauce come in separate containers which was a little different to other take aways previously used. The bread and kebab meat were lovely.
