ordered tonight a simple kebab it took 2 and half hours to arrive and was cold . every time iv ordered its becomes late and later never use them again

Ordered on the phone when got home got this burnt kubida for £11.00 . Went too far or I would hit this on his face! Don’t go here please!

Specifically asked that salad and sauces be kept separately but chicken donner kebab was soaked in it. Kids refused to eat it so wasted £9 on that. Better stick with Janat in Cheethamhill. Better quality and service.

This place has really gone downhill, the Konica meat has changed and there is always items missing from the order.

they have changed chicken on one pizza with pepperoni.. on a pizza ordered for someone who doesn't eat beef. other pizzas tasted ok.

Ordered my food at 5:40, current time is 7:40 and there is still no sign of my food. I called the takeaway up twice to be told both times “they are very busy and the food will be with me in 15 minutes.” Useless! Guess I’ll keep waiting.

The order was delivered so late. If the restaurant is busy then the correct timing should be also given to the customer so that we can decide to order from this restaurant or not. Delay in delivery at this rage is totally unacceptable.

Very good quality donner meat you can taste the lamb. Decent garlic bread generous amount of cheese. The chicken and donner fataya was excellent. Will deffo order from Al-Faisal again!

Called the restaurant twice, even went once and was told both times that the order was out for delivery it took over an hour for the order to actually arrive!

Hello. I think the cook/ menu has changed for this food I ordered. Too many sultanas in the rice and very bland. The kobeda was in 3 pieces, Luke warm and very hard, very bland and no taste at all. it used to be amazing but very disappointing. the apple pie was just Luke warm and oily, dissapointing. I would like a refund please. thank u

Ordered around 4, rang the takeaway at half 5 asking where my food was he said the driver is busy and then he said it’ll be leaving in the next 5 mins , then the driver rang me around 6 asking for my address like he didn’t know. Worst delivery timing ever!

Avoid this takeaway. They end the calls when placing an order. Eventually when you speak to someone to place the order they acknowledge it however when you go to collect it they tell me an order was not acknowledged and I must wait. Then the order is wrong and the food is burnt. The hygiene in this takeaway when you walk in you can see it is really bad. I will never place an order here again. Thank goodness for other takeaways to order from nearby instead. Wasted money, travel and time for burnt food I didn't order. This place needs shutting down ASAP. I give this place a 0 rating. Very poor customer service, food and hygiene.

I ordered meal deal #8 (chicken donner) however meal deal #9 was delivered instead which was dried out fish burger. The only decent thing was the can of Vimto. Not happy at all.

The person who delivered didn’t really check or ask if it was the right person to deliver to he just gave it and went away which I am not happy about because they didn’t give it to me they gave it to the wrong person in the house. Next time they should ask the name of the person and the code.

Food is a good standard but you expect that with the prices, just make sure you check your order if your taking out, as they can never remember everything just got home and they have forgot the rice, not worth the trip down as I'm in Warrington, what would have been a great munch is now bs 😀

I came into this shop yesterday for a kebab got home to wich it had a funny taste brought it back to get my money back and as I was getting my refund I seen cockroaches crawling over the counter!!!! the chef was trying to catch them with a tea towel!!! AVOID THIS PLACE and I will be reporting them

I had the kobeda with naan. The kobeda was delicious, and the salad was really fresh; however, the naan was not of good quality, which is why I'm giving 4 ⭐️. Overall, it's a good place, and I would recommend it.
