Incredible food every visit, and a lovely cosy atmosphere. One of the best restaurants in town! The baklava is a must.

A palate that I have always love. Al Casbah delivered it all. Food was superb and well presented. Staff are all lovely and are very attentive. Definitely 💯 recommend and will come back.

We had not been to al casbah for many years and was pleased to discover it hasn't lost any of its charm. Service was *exceptional* and the food even won over my picky kids. Good selection of vegetarian and meat-centred dishes, including meze, kebabs, etc and a wide range of non-alcoholic drinks. Recommended if you are in the mill rd area but bookings likely required as it fills up quickly

Wow what a gem, the best Lamb Tagine I've ever had, lovely interior, friendly staff, just absolutely amazing.

Excellence of raw materials combined with the wise mastery of the Chef make the experience in this restaurant unique. The exposed grill is simply magnificent. Advised

Food was absolutely incredible. Lamb tagine and baba ganoush are highly recommended! It's a non-alcoholic place but the available drinks are great too!

Unfortunately, I never had the opportunity to order. I hoped to give Al Casbah a try as I walk past the restaurant everyday. I went in this afternoon and thought I was in luck to find only two other customers in the restaurant that were sat at the same table; however, I was deeply disappointed to find that after being seated the members of staff ignored me completely for 13-15 minutes. A waiter or manager came out and checked on the other table, adjacent to me, but left as I tried to flag him. I waited for a bit more, but only received acknowledgment as I got up to go. The waiter from earlier gave me a glare when his peer asked me if anything was wrong. As it wasn’t worth argument, I wished them a good day and left. An empty restaurant, with 2-3 employees at the front of house and yet no one was willing to take my order. I won’t make assumptions as to why the other table was acknowledged while I was ignored, but overall I can say it wasn’t a pleasant experience.

Amazing food, the cauliflower steak and Baba ganoush are incredible. Friendly staff and good vegan options. Highly recommend!!!

We had our dinner here and the service is SUPER AMAZING! The food here is very nicely portioned for the price we got hummus, kafta, lamb chop, and chicken wings! The dessert was also so yummy! Definitely recommend a visit to Al Casbah!!✨✨✨

The meze was good value for money, and the small was more than enough for two people. But the STAR?? THE CHICKEN SHAWARMA WRAP!!! Only £6.5!! Absolutely delicious grilled chicken wrapped in a great sized wrap.

I took my friends here recently to celebrate my birthday here. Firstly the service was so nice warming and they made me feel very special considering it was my birthday. A very good place for lunch or dinner The team is very, very friendly and warm. The food is very good, the grills are excellent and the baklava is to die for. We had lunch there this afternoon with 4 adults and 2 children, very reasonable prices. I recommend if you are passing through Cambridge 👍🏼
