Took my son there for his bithday, staff went above and beyond for him. Amazing atmosphere, staff were both friendly and funny, we laughed so much. Highly recommended

I had a beef burger from Al Balad yesterday, Beef burger was awesome, was served on a stylish wooden board, with a side of crispy, golden fries. Beef Patty was thick and juicy nestled between the toasted bun with fresh green lettuce, a slice of ripe tomato, and cheddar cheese. Service was exceptional, very friendly staff and cozy ambiance made the meal wonderful. Thank you so much Al Balad, I'll definitely be returning for another round, and I highly recommend giving it a try if anyone is there at Charminster😍😍

Wow! I’ve tried burgers all over the UK, but nothing beats this place. The flavors, the freshness, the perfectly toasted buns – unreal! Easily the best burger in town and beyond!

Got a couple of burgers for takeaway cost 18 quid and tasted like absolute crap won't be trying again, how they have a single 5* review I'll never know

Half an hour delivery turned into an hour and half. Got over that but then when I opened it, layer upon layer o rock hard chicken, each layer heavily battered in rock hard coating. And as I picked it apart to try and eat some - I found what appeared to be a small hard twig in it!!! Threw the whole thing away. Don't appear to be able to get my money back??? And the fries were cold and hard!

Wrap was absolutely amazing waffle unfortunately was disgustingly dry and was like cardboard ice cream was melted :( but driver was so sweet and super quick

Food arrived hot and fresh, attractively packaged and well insulated. Burgers were cooked perfectly and had great flavour, the fries had a well balanced seasoning. Finally, the delivery staff were prompt, professional and courteous. 5 stars all round 😎

Couldn’t even pick up the chicken burger before bits started flying out. Such a messy experience. The chicken selects that I paid 5.50 for were ring finger sized with half a thumbs width. It looked and tasted dry and horrible. The chips were cold and were so dry. A few weren’t even cooked 🔥🔥

I was really looking forward to dining at Albalad but the poor service and food quality made for a frustrating and unsatisfying experience. I hope the management takes note of these issues and makes the necessary improvements.

This place is a real gem. We were served by the super friendly Rachel. She told us the story of Al Ballad- Yusuf the chef, and how he gets his ideas for new additions to the menu, how his father owns a butchers shop and grocery shop where they source all the ingredients, and how all the meat dishes are prepared on premises. I ordered a beef wrap that came wonderfully presented with fries and fresh salad and tasted amazing. Seriously, I could tell. Excellent. Quality lean beef with original tasty flavours. We also ordered dessert and cocktails, the mocktails are very original and really showcase the creativity of Al Balad. Even if they charged double the price it would still be value.

Saw this place online & visited while away in Bournemouth and I can’t even describe how mouthwatering the burgers were. Tastiest burgers I have had in a very long time! Very very filling and leaves you feeling content & happy ( with very messy hands ) but it was worth it. The chicken strip & wing combo were delicious, nice and crispy on the outside too just how wings and strips should be! The service was so wonderful and professional, kept checking in on us and helped us choose what food to order. Could not fault this place at all! Will definitely be coming back next time I visit Bournemouth and will be telling family and friends to visit too. 20/10 🌟🌟🌟🌟

One word, unbeatable. I recently had the pleasure of dining for the 3rd time at Al Balads here in Bournemouth, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the inviting ambiance and friendly staff made me feel right at home. The menu offered a fantastic variety of mouthwatering burgers, each more delicious-sounding than the last. I opted for the Tuesday and Wednesday special 2 burgers and fries for £10, and it was truly a culinary masterpiece. The patty was cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful, and the toppings were fresh and plentiful. The combination of flavors and textures was simply divine. To top it off, the fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside and the salad was fresh. Not only was the food outstanding, but the service was top-notch. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of perfect. The attention to detail and care put into every aspect of the meal truly sets this brilliant place apart. I really could not recommend this place enough as it has NEVER FAILED TO DISAPPOINT!!!!!

Omg cheesy overload burger! So dam tasty! Comes with chips, which were also really tasty and Also has caramelised onions in it! It's a cheese lovers wet dream, must try! All for £11.50, very reasonable. Really nice vibe, and friendly service too

Halal Burgers I was in Bournemouth and was looking for dinner options. The ambience struck me and I went inside to ask if burgers are Halal. I also saw how good the presentation of burgers is so we decided to order and can’t be happier about the food . Fresh , tasty and well presented beef burgers with fries and salad. We returned the next day for waffles as they had 2 for 1 deal. Erica and serene were super kind and helpful, very friendly staff I must say . Will come back for steaks soon. Irfan

We have been here twice now. The first time was on a whim just to see what it was like and both times.... OMG. THE FOOD IS AMAZING. THE STAFF ARE AMAZING. Unfortunately, for the second time I wasn't able to take a photo of the food before because I was too excited to eat it! Fingers crossed for next time. Amazing! Must go and Sereen our waitress both times is honestly so soo lovely. She will light up your evening ✨️ 💛 10 stars! And you will see from my reviews I've never given 10 stars!

First when you walk into this establishment. You feel a bit strange as I may admit the dining area doesn’t look insanely good. But the food and service will outweigh this factor. When I first when to these guys it was a lot of chips and big burger. The chips have lessened which is a bit disappointing and the bun of the burger has become smaller. But tbf I can’t lie it is good food. I’ve been here multiple times and it’s one of those things that you’re nervous whether to eat here or not but please so. It’s insanely solid food. Just wish they put more chips and bigger buns. Other then that the food comes out quite quick considering how big the food is it’s surprising. Milkshakes are solid and so are the mock tails. You’d defo want to try this place out. Parking may be difficult but there is a side road around the corner from the establishment so it’s not a big deal.

Visited al balad from Reading today, and really enjoyed our meal there. Exceptional service from Serene she really went above and beyond.

The waffle and crepe we ordered was harder than expected. Our order was rushed as the lady serving us was in a rush to leave as soon as our order arrived. However the manager Yousef was absolutely fantastic! He put on the TV and the kids watched a movie and gave me & our group a fresh pot of mint tea with chocolate and biscuits for the children afterwards. I'd recommend it to anyone in the area

Beef burgers were decent but Chicken burgers were burnt. Waffle and crepe was not fresh. Will not go back there again.

Food was delicious 😋 the atmosphere was nice and staff was so friendly. Definitely would recommend this. We had burger and wraps . Portions are really filling and presentation was perfect. Dessert was the best thing. Drinks were refreshing.

Well that was disappointing. Travelled to visit this place with my friends having read all the reviews I was expecting good things. I ordered the Cheeto cheese bomb burger. And believe me what you see it on Instagram is nothing like what you get. The patty was not 100% meat and was frozen meat that taste like rubber! The cheese was like water and tasteless. Massively disappointed as you pay for premium burgers but my personal opinion definitely not worth it. What I will say staff were friendly.

Very good food also very good portion sizes just a shame that we didn't get our kinder suprise waffle with our order considering it was £8.50 and didn't get the cheese on my chips that I also paid for. But like I said can't complain about quality and quaintity of food would definitely order again.

Great little place for food, big big portions. Burgers were all amazing, the beef had double patties and the chips were seasoned. Staff were super friendly and very accommodating of food preferences. Went two times, once when it was very busy and once when we were the only people there and service was faultless both times. No parking connected which is to be expected in this area so look around for street parking. Food is halal.

MMMMMM haven’t even finished eating and have to leave a review! Firstly I love the presentation, these boxes just look so much better then other standard takeaway boxes. Chicken wings were delicious and had lots of meat on them! Chips were nicely seasoned and I haven’t tried the chicken wrap yet but I know it’ll be tasty like everything else. Highly recommend! ❤️

We ordered the cheeto cheese burger with loaded chicken fries and the beef burger with the seasoned fries. The cheeto cheese burger was a bit overpowering due to the cheeto and cheese however overall the meat on both burgers tasted delicious. I would definitely recommend this halal food place to anyone visiting Bournemouth. The service we received was nice and friendly from both the young lady and two gentleman. Overall the price is very reasonable, I would definitely go back for another juicy burger.
