Karaoke rooms were fantastic, although due to copyright some popular songs not available! Didn't stop us wailing like cats. It was such a fun night. Food was lovely, just not enough on the set menu.

Had a blast using the well-furnished and fully equipped karaoke rooms. Reasonably priced. Great room service and wonderful atmosphere in the restaurant. Food looked delicious. Will definitely eat on our next visit.

Had a perfect night out with my best mates. 4 hours of karaoke with amazing food and great value for money drinks. Ellen was absolutely brilliant at hosting all night. She made sure we were well looked after all night and understood how everything worked with using the karaoke. Great sense of humour and positivity that really enhanced our overall experience and ensured we all had a night to remember. Will definitely be back, especially if Ellen is working. She doesn't get paid enough!

Unaccommodating staff made us feel we were overstretching their limited services and dull atmosphere. At the bar the drinks were overpriced and we were told food had to be bought next door and took an age to be cooked

Such a lovely place! Amazing value for money and the staff are so lovely and are there to help with whatever you need. My daughter was invited to a birthday party here recently and was positively buzzing when she came out, said it was the most fun she has had in ages, I was a bit unsure when we first arrived how to get in to the building as it was locked and dark inside then I called the number which connected me to the Chinese takeaway and restaurant next door, the staff I spoke to was so helpful and really polite and friendly, a friend came out to greet us and my daughter was up and singing in no time, highly recommend for a party or fun night out

The rooms were brilliant and the host was lovely and so enthusiastic, unfortunately it was let down by drinks taking over half an hour to come out (A full pitcher ordered half way through session delivered 5mins before we were scheduled to finish) the room was boiling hot and the air con didn't work after several attempts us and staff. I would still return as was an amazing night out just let down by these few issues.

Very very fun night out! The service was brilliant and definitely worth having a Chinese before/after karaoke. The equipment is really good and they had every single song we wanted!

Absouloute shambles. Booked in for 5 blokes to have a sing song and not one selection we wanted was available, and even the ones they did have was all in Korean. Cannot give the worst highest customer service if I tried, although they were happy to take my money with no recommence offered. Stear clear!

Very dissatisfied with the place. There where 14 people and only enough food for maybe 6. The drinks were awful. The karaoke machine was so hard to operate we had to keep asking for help. Would not recommend.

Decent, private and comfy karaoke rooms. The system is a little limited and takes time to get used to. The mics had low batteries, had to ask the staff for new batteries 3 times through the night for different mics.

This is quite a cheesy place but was a great barrel of laughs. We went for a private room and I would recommend this as the other room is in the main bar area. So you will have to sing Infront of every one queuing for a drink. The establishment looks like it's had a hard life, the seats are duck taped. But I think this place will be popular with stag and hen. Also bar staff and room cleaning is a bit slow. There is only 2 toilets so don't drink to much que can be long

Funny start or end of a night out

The song selection is good, helpful and nice staff (from the bartender to the security), and a nice environment. They serve drinks in plastic cups :-( , but price is really fair.

Really fun night out! The food was great, the drinks flowed and the karaoke machine had so many good songs to sing! A large group of us went and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, singing our hearts out into the early hours! Highly reccomend this as a fun night out!

Had a great time with favourite person of mine. The decor, atmosphere and the room we were in gave that fun and excitement vibe. Drinks are expensive, which I didn't like. For two people it was £20 for 1 hour which I thought was bit much considering the amount of songs they had available were ok..but not good enough for £20. I mean they didn't have songs we thought would be on there. I don't blame the guy, but I thought the service was slow, and having one guy stationed behind the bar isn't a good idea. It may be a small but doesn't mean it requires one person to run it all. Considering they have a restaurant as well, I would have thought they throw in another person to assist with drinks or pointing them to a room.

Gran noche divertida con mis amigos, muchas risas y por supuesto cantando.El único inconveniente es que las canciones deben actualizarse, no hay canciones nuevas / recientes de los últimos años.Definitivamente regresaría de nuevo! ! !

Great laugh for a night out with friends. They also have private booth rooms, and offer cocktails and pitchers. The karaoke machines are not easier to navigate though.

Hemos venido recientemente y tengo que decir que ha ido cuesta abajo y que tampoco volveré por otro motivo.Fuimos el año pasado y reservamos habitación vip para un paquete con comida y cócteles y teníamos que tener un mínimo de 15 personas. Fue genial y todos pasamos un tiempo increíble y queríamos regresar.Reservamos para ir en marzo, creo que querían 20 personas como mínimo, lo que me confundió un poco, pero teníamos que conformar a 20 personas y 20 personas pagaron sus depósitos. Tuvimos que cancelar porque desafortunadamente ese fin de semana cayó nieve y hielo, por lo que la gente no pudo llegar allí.Luego reservamos otra fecha.Recibí una llamada el lunes antes de ir a confirmar todavía 20 personas, pero desafortunadamente, como lo hace la gente, más tarde en la semana 5 personas se retiraron, así que tuve que llamar y les dejé no.Bueno, no creerías lo difícil que el tipo me dio. Tener una oportunidad conmigo que no tenía 20 personas. Seguí repasando una y otra vez y al final tuve que decir, ¿quieres que vayamos o no? Luego dijo que sí, pero que no aceptará a 15 personas nuevamente, a lo que le dije que después del tiempo difícil que me ha dado no regresaré. Really nice place. Really fun karoke however we got a jug of non-alcoholic pinã colada and we got charged full price of £14 which was slightly annoying.

Came here for my mums hen party. Was a great party and venue. Food was lovely. Would come here again. However, the song choices was abit hard to get used too.

Had friends 50th and Karaoke included on night, a fantastic time, Friendly staff and atmosphere. After our meal we had next door they brought in some lovely tasty freshly made apple type crispy pie/donuts which were fabulous!!!:+)

Amazing night out and great food! Public lounge outside after our 3 hour session in the private rooms was amazing as well! Food posted served 9 people at £19. Will definitely come back for more fun nights!

The microphones need to be louder than the music

Muy buen momento con mis amigos para hacer un trabajo. 15 a cabeza por 2 horas de karaoke, 2 jarras de cóctel y comida china con los dedos. Contratamos una habitación.Me costó mucho acostumbrarme a la máquina, ya que era difícil buscar una canción, pero la comida era buena, la habitación era agradable y todos la pasamos muy bien.

Myself and a group of friends came her last night for the £15pp package, which includes room hire & karaoke for 2 hours. finger tapas menu and cocktail jug on arrival. All of which was great! The food and drink was lovely. The room are great inside. The facilities are really clean. Would definitely recommend for a night out!

Entramos y no había saludo de la chica en el bar no hay conversación amable. en 8. 15 nos dijeron que debería estar en la habitación que reservamos para 8 nos llevaron a la habitación y nos dieron una muy breve y rápida demo de cómo usar la pantalla. Nos costó un poco después de un tiempo le pedimos que nos muestren una y otra vez sin sonrisa o una conversación educada. Las canciones son limitadas por ejemplo no todas las canciones son mejores cantantes en la lista e. g. Robbie Williams me dejaron entretener no estaba allí! ! ! A £19 por persona aproximadamente £6 por hora cada una y casi 200 libras por las 3 horas, aunque sí incluyen un buffet chino que era muy bonita y dos jarras de cócteles de su elección entre nosotros 10. Cuando vez volvimos a la habitación principal donde había bastante buen ambiente.

Fuimos con la señora en la noche oír sábado en charminster, las bebidas son un poco caras, el karaoke es chino/japanise stile, así que no esperes nada vocalistas! ! No es, como en su pub inglés de karaoke que necesita saber la canción de su canto o conseguir tan cabreado que no importa! ! Diversión, buena para fiestas

Alquilamos las habitaciones Karaoke para mis hermanas, fue despedida por £30 a 30 personas. Nos dieron un par de jarras de cóctel y un buffet chino, que era más que suficiente comida, el alquiler de todo el lugar desde las 7 hasta las 2 y un bouncer en la puerta para evitar que la gente entrando. El lugar era exactamente lo que buscábamos, el buffet de desayuno era genial, ya que la gente podría mezclarse, teníamos una zona central donde el bar estaba junto con karaoke y luego 3 habitaciones separadas para las personas utilizar el karaoke.El personal era amable y servicial, el bouncer era estupendo e incluso acompañado a mi madre a el coche cuando ella solos. Nos dejaron para decorar el lugar con fotografías y pancartas y jugó un partido de Sr. y Sra. en la pantalla del televisor, que funcionó muy bien. A todos nos encantó cada segundo de ella, y se lo recomendaría a cualquiera que busque un lugar para una fiesta.

Me fui con un grupo de amigos, no esperaba demasiado. Hemos estado en cocina maravillosa y la comida estaba bien, pero media buffet estilo chino. La diversión poco era el beber, y cantando con los amigos.Así que nos fuimos a las salas de karaoke y pasamos una noche alucinantes. Una vez más, comida china estándar de buffet, pero fue más que compensado por la gran diversión y compañía. El té florido también estaba muy bien.Recomendaría este hotel como un lugar fantástico para reunirse con un groupd de amigos cuando quieres soltarse el pelo!
