Today not only was the food two hours late and cold but there was 3 pieces of plastic in my Balti. Never ever ever again! Avoid at all costs

Ordered at 7:15pm, first delivery time was 8:20, then 8:40, then 8:50 Several calls to restaurant to chase, rude staff, was lied to on every call “it’s on its way”, “will leave in 5” Never use this restaurant, I cancelled on just eat and left review there too Stay clear, very rude, bad service but I can’t rate the food because I didn’t get any!!

Had a lovely experience, food was good and staff are really friendly. Recommend the lamb chops bhuna, Aizahs Mix Delight and Aalias Tandoori Mix Grill 👌🏼 that was delicious and full of flavour. Thank you Aizahs Kitchen until next time

Wow the food was absolutely delicious the lamb chops were juicy and tendor. The chicken vindaloo was nice and spicy just the way I like it got some free popadoms and sauces this is the best Indian take away iv had. I definitely recommend this place.

Retrospective Review So.... first time order on a Friday. The food failed to be delivered at all. Understand it was Valentine's day and the takeaway is newly opened with teething problems. However, a phone call or cancellation would have helped us organise an alternative. As such our night was ruined and a terrible review ensured. I guess looking from the responses there were many. However, the company in an attempt regain some credit took the approach of delivering our takeaway at 10:40 on a Sunday night. Two days later. Nevertheless the sentiment was much appreciated and was free. Obviously they care about their reputation and it was great to see a company taking responsibility for their failures. This was followed with an apology at the door. Was too late to eat it at the time of delivery, so reheated on the Monday. Have to say it was lov my. Very much enjoyed and will be giving another opportunity to the takeaway. Running a business is hard and fully understand the difficulties. It how you deal with the problems to solve them that is a testiment to a company. Bravo to them for taking responsibility. Maybe 5* on the next order. Original Review- 'Absolute shambles. Ordered via the just eat app at 9:20pm. Food never arrived. Phoned several times for long periods. All phone calls were ignored. Could not give a worse review. Shocking service. Not how you should run a business. Disappointing and a waste of time. Waited two hours, gave up with a cheap oven pizza.'

Made and order at 19:30 for delivery at 22:00. It didn't arrive, restaurant doesn't answer the phone, then advised by just eat it was out for delivery just after 22:00 then informed it would be delivered at 22:40. 23:00 still hadn't been delivered. I absolutely do not reccomend this restaurant. They don't even deserve 1 star! Very disappointing!!! I'm bloody hungry! So have ordered from a more reliable restaurant Sher e bangla and my food is on its way

Food not delivered at all, no attempt made to contact myself and to top it off they have the cheek to give me a £3 refund off a £30 order

The food here is really, really good! Great portion sizes and the flavourings are spot on! Great friendly front of house staff member. Highly recommend to anyone who loves great quality Indian food.
