Quality of food and portion size gone down hill massively

love the food from this place, always arrives hot and fresh, been ordering from griller for years now and have yet to find a chicken shop that can beat the quality and tastiness from here. if you like peri peri chicken, don't hesitate to try them out. you won't regret it.

No jokes guys. I got chicken wigs. Omg they were so dry and chewy. My teeth are hurting after eating. Really don’t recommend them

Food and service were both great. I haven't used them for a while, so was happy that standards appear to have not slipped.

I paid for a drink , only to be told I didn’t and I would have to more. Very stingy with sauce , the wait for the food is not worth it

Waited over 20 mins past time due and we ordered early specifically for this time. Food is ok. Delivery driver was rude.

I’m a regular customer of Griller, Staff behaviour is fair and friendly. Their grilled items taste good. The issue I have with them that they don’t gave you extra sauce and say that the Owner have restricted us not to serve or sell the sauce which appears to be a very poor decision of no full-filing customer needs. Lemon Hurb sauce is my favt one

Chicken was bone dry. Even the marinade was dry. Looked like it had been sitting there for hours

Waited 1and a half hours when it’s only a 5 minute drive then when showed up drinks missing I called and the said the drink would be here right 40 minutes later and I’m still waiting for my drinks would not order again deffo don’t order if u want food asap 🤣

I went to Griller for takeaway, the food was amazing! I had the lamb chops with a side of the exotic rice and it was really good. I thoroughly enjoyed it .I also had the chicken wings, but the lamb was my absolute favorite. I would definitely go back for more.

This is my absolute favorite restaurants in gravesend. I order Mega bucket yesterday, half garlic and herb & half lemon and herb which is fantastic I am always delighted with food. Staff are also friendly , happy and polite. Can't wait to return. Highly recommend

We just ordered wings for collection , it was Over cooked , burned , the sauce was very watery it’s not as usual, I called the restaurant And told them they just told , we can’t do anything Really Got bad service , We will not order again . Disappointed !!

We placed an order at 7.30 waited till 8:45 for our food, called the restaurant we ordered they said delivery guy collected and will be with us in 10 minutes, we waited for 30 minutes no one turned up. We rang restaurant the lady was very rude and told to contact just eat, she said it was not her problem We emailed just eat for refund as food was never delivered. They replied back saying they cannot compensate. We didn’t receive food and not refund. Such a waste of money.

Service is lovely and food is great

the service at grillers was great, the wait time wasn’t long as well as the food was cooked perfectly and delicious! Definitely coming back again

The “hot” option on our x2 meals wasn’t really hot and the food wasn’t piping hot when I collected it. A little disappointed as we are regular customers.

Food was banging staff was really friendly been here a number of times now and never had a bad meal tried something that's come on the menu soon today and all I can say is going to be going back for that would have had photos but wanted to eat it first haha 😂

Genuinely one of the best take aways I've had in South of England, the chicken is top tier, decent size portions for the price, the spice is great and the owner and staff are friendly! Would recommend this over nandos anyday!

Didn't listen to any of the burger options they ask you to pick, got an inedible burger due to allergies

Normally this is our go too takeaway as great food! However tonight was disappointing. Hardly any flavour to the chicken, dry and not a lot of sauce, over cooked chilli bites and missing onion rings… not sure what happened tonight, but very disappointed.

Really really good restaurant , I had an issue with the just eat delivery driver and this place gave me extra food. Honestly I would recommend everyone go here. Really good food really good customer service.

I had an item missing and when I called them, they told me that they’ll cover it next time if I add a comment in the box. When I asked about wanting my food now, she said goodbye and hung up. So now I haven’t got my meal for the evening. Don’t bother ordering from here unless you want to be left hungry.

Great quality food served by lovely people in a clean and modern environment. Highly recomended as the food tasted great and was at a reasonable price.

I bought 20 nuggets for £11 which was insane. Granted he gave me 22. But I mentioned they tasted odd the last time, like just not a great. He proceeded to burn it and call it well done!?

Bought whole chicken meal, chickens so small theirs not a lot of meat and they hack the chicken to bits. Dry AF

Nice and warm, lovely taste, excellent from start to finish.

Ordered and paid £4 for a portion of Perry fries, but ended up with just an extra portion of normal chips! This is not what I wanted as I already had normal chips with the two meals. If I had known they we ordinary chips I wouldn’t have bothered paying more!

The food was not good I had grilled before and the chicken was lovely. This chicken was just covered in strong sauce to taste like it was not made properly and I had lumps in it never agen wast of money

I had griller many times this was the first time I was disappointed. The peri peri wings have a different coating. It seems very stodgy and not the same taste of the peri peri wings that I have received from griller every time before I did not enjoy the new sauce. And thought perhaps I had got the wrong order. I have since order again and and received the same sauce/coating

I mostly come and eat there or just take out. Most of the time the food is very tasty and freshly grilled. Recommend anyone who wants to have a healthy meal here.

Food was really good cooked to perfection tried a new flavour in Garlic and herb which was 10 10. Food was hot and well done perfect. Since new management taken over i think the taste has improved massively would definately recommend. 😀

Food was absolutely awful which is a shame as we have eaten there before! The peri peri wings and burger looked congealed and far far too spicy! Chips were good but won’t order again which is a shame as we have eaten there previously and enjoyed! Understand there is new management now!

Freshly cooked chicken, boss man made me a special burger with x hot one side and bbq the other was amazing the x hot is actually hot not dulled down like other places. The new management is doing this place justice.

Order a mild burger for the little one burn his mouth out to spicy went in the bin.
