I am a local and walk in for a takeaway. I order a prawn puree ,garlic nann and a balti. Highly recommend . A bit on the pricey side but really good food

We had a lovely meal here yesterday! We are staying at Tattershall Lakes Holiday Park & thought we would try it. I went with my husband & teenage son early evening & it was very quiet, understandable on a Tuesday. We had delicious curries with plenty of meat & we all thought it was great! The staff were really friendly and welcoming, we would happily return.

Worst takeaway I’ve ever had! Chicken dish with 2 pieces of chicken! Luke warm food! Standard poor! Never order from here again! Horrible!

Poor quality service..staff actually look at you as if they are doing you a favour and not realising am paying for my order. No greetings or pleasantries miserable grumpy staff and all mumbling in the background making me and my son feel uncomfortable. Huge order but not what i ordered 2 dishes tasted nothing like the description but were nice regardless. What i find is that on all the reviews good or bad,the management have never bothered to reply which in my eyes speaks volumes...they just not bothered..seems like they know it passing trade so they aint coming back..enough said

Absolutely delicious food. Stayed at Tattershall Lakes for a long weekend & ordered a takeaway from here on the Friday and Sunday night-as it was so good (the food is delivered to the main gate and the service is so quick and friendly) . We had the South Indian Chilli chicken after seeing it mentioned on Trip Advisor & it was so tasty - as well as a King Prawn Dhansak, Sag Paneer, boiled rice and cheese and keema nan-which were all cooked to perfection. Would highly recommend. Two of the best Indian meals we’ve ever had…..& we’ve had a lot.

Stayed at Tattershall Lakes and fancied a delivered takeaway for a treat. Ordered from Agra Tandoori who deliver for free to the visitors car park near the entrance barrier to the caravan park. Their communication & phone call to let you know 5 mins before to come to the main gate is perfect. We had two deliveries and they were spot on both times. The food is some of the best indian meals we have had, and we have tried a fair few! The South Indian garlic chilli chicken is lush. We also had King prawn dansak, sag paneer, boiled rice & nan. All super nice. We would definitely look forward to using this restaurant again if we came back to the area 5* 👍

Regrettably this otherwise lovely restaurant is flawed by one member of staff who consistently over charges as a matter of policy it would seem. Today he more than over stepped that mark. He is the same chap who stares at diners from the next table before closing time in order to get them out so that he can close up (quite early) I have gone every week for a long time but I have had to withdraw my business for a second time but now permanently. In withdrawing our business, my friends and I take from them over £2300 of business a year, Just because of a rogue man.

Most improved restaurant award. Very tasty meals, friendly helpful staff. It's nice to have such a quality restaurant on our doorstep. We have been twice in the last 3 months and the food has been s excellent. We'd previously been 4 years prior and it wasn't so good. Very glad we chose to give it another try.

Whilst staying nearby , we placed a large order consisting of several starters & main dishes to collect from Agra . All the food was delicious - much better than our favourite Indian takeaway at home ! We highly recommend and we will definitely use Agra again . Thankyou !

Great Food. Everybody really enjoyed their meals and everyone left full. The staff were attentive and coped with last minute additional guests. Recommended. Have eaten Indian cuisine all over the world and this is up there.

One of the best curry’s we have ever had! We were stopping at the local holiday park and drove past this restaurant so decided to give it a try. I’m so glad that we did. If we lived closer this would be our new local restaurant. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food tasted excellent and hot when served. Great place

I went to the agra today and ordered a takeaway . I had something not on the menu . I arrived and my food was ready . I took it home 12 miles and its still very hot and great portions but the taste was superb . It was the best indian i have ever had and it was a takeaway and sometimes they suffer . I would recommend this place and will defo be going back time and again Top marks

Ordered our first takeaway from the Agra tonight and we were very impressed with the on line ordering facility. Food was ready on time, within 30 mins of ordering and the food was excellent quality and really large portions. Every dish was very tasty. We ordered 3 starters and 3 mains. We will definitely visit again and are planning a sit in meal with close friends very soon.

Lovely meal with wife and son. Poppadoms and chutney tray to start. South Indian Garlic Chicken, Karahi Chicken and Chicken Korma mains. 2 lovely pints of Kingfisher. Meal was very good. Staff were polite and efficient. Would go back if we are back in Coningsby.

Nice Asian restaurant, experience spoilt by attitude of staff at the end of the meal. Family night out whilst on long weekend break with family of 6 adults and 1 child. Bill came to £140 so not cheap, food very good and reasonable only down side was we were in the middle of eating our main course when at 10pm the waiter informed us they were closing For the next 15 minutes we were constantly being hassled by the staff to finish eating and drinking so they could clean down, close and go home. Were made to feel that even though we were paying their wages they just wanted shut of us. Nice meal spoiled by bad attitude of the staff.

Don’t usually leave reviews unless they warrant them but if your reading this review considering going yourself get your self booked in.

We ordered a takeaway for my husbands birthday and we were disappointed, having said the last time, never again. The meal was worse than we remembered the lumps of chicken were hard and tasteless, the sauce was watery and not much taste, definitely not creamy. To ensure we aren't tempted again, I have thrown away the menu. Next time we will be ordering from Old Coach Tandoori in North Kyme, which we can recommend to any one local who wants a lovely curryl.

Another lovely meal on Christnas Eve. I was worried we might be rushed but no, given a lovely table and menus offered, drinks order taken and starters arrived all fresh and hot. Our mains arrived about 20 mins later and our fresh from the oven nan was brought by another waiter everything hot and tastey although they ere very busy with take aways and in house dining. Lovely to see so many families enjoying a curry abd supporting a local business rounded off with a complimentary drink. Thank you

Avoid Avoid! Tried to order for delivery to Tattershall Holiday Park, instantly told £5 delivery charge, we said that was ok, after placing order said it would be £45! I questioned this, should be around £25-30, I asked if could pay by card n they said cash only, we only had £30 so said we would cancel order, instantly got a torrent of abuse and told to f**k off, I hung up the phone. They then rang me 7 times firstly to apologise, then to say that I was wrong n it didn’t happen. Eventually I had to block the mobile number, just awful! I don’t generally leave reviews, however after the abuse and intimidation I think they were trying there luck and got caught out!

We visited the Agra for a birthday meal and wish we hadn't bothered. The table was booked for 7:30, by the time our meals arrived it was 8:40 and the food definitely wasn't worth waiting for. All five of us ordered a different main but somehow the chef made everything taste exactly the same which was bland, tough and lukewarm! Will never visit again which is a shame as we live in the village and would like to be able to support village businesses but in this case you'll find a much, much better Indian meal by travelling a little bit further to Woodhall or Boston. I've given it a rating of two only because the bottled Cobra beer was nice and the waitress was very good. Incidently, dont bother tipping the waiting staff as they don't get to keep the tips which go straight to the owners, the waiting staff, just to add insult to injury, get a meal provided at the end of the night instead of the cash!

Would have gave it zero on the star system . Rude customer service on the phone . Food absolutely terrible you want to try putting some chicken in a chicken curry instead of just onions and peppers . Paneer sagg was burnt to a crisp . Mixed starter for 2 came with 1 x kofta 1x chicken cube and 2 small pieces of lamb . Booked very last minute and was local/ within a short driving distance to where we were staying. Rang earlier in the day and managed to get a table for six people at seven o’clock. Greeted warmly upon arrival and drinks order was taken quickly. Menu has a good amount of choice and lots of vegetarian options as well so everyone was catered for. Food was fairly quick coming out and was hot and clearly freshly made. All very tasty and no complaints about the food at all with everyone very happy. For six of us having poppadoms, a starter and mains it came to about £30 which is excellent value for money

A pre review note- I have worked in the catering industry, and I understand how hard it can be especially when busy. But rudeness and contempt of customers is never acceptable. We had booked a table for this restaurant for 6 people and a baby with a highchair. The first issue arose as soon as we entered the door, with a very crowded queue to the bar with no social distancing. The restaurant needs a system to stop takeaway customers crowding the restaurant in the current climate.We were not greeted when walking in, and the atmosphere felt immediately frosty. We managed to get a waiters attention who pointed at a table in the corner and said 'over there'. Our table was right next to the afore mentioned crowded bar area.Once seated it got no better. When we asked for a high chair, we were told there was not one available. This was particularly frustrating as we had made sure to mention it and reserve one when we rang to book the table. If they had have told us when booking that there wouldn't be a high chair we would have brought one with us!We then ordered our drinks, and one came in a dirty glass, which was replaced with no quibble, but at this point it felt like things were starting to mount up. We then noticed we also had some dirty cutlery on the table, and when we asked a waiter to change it, he was extremely rude. This was not the only rude event however. We asked for a jug of water and glasses for the table and the waitresses sultry manner was unacceptable. Another waiter also came to ask the table if we were finished with our starter whilst one of the party was still eating, when we told him we were not finished yet he exclaimed that he would return in a few minutes when we were finished to clear away the plates. No less than 15 seconds later he came back and started clearing the table whilst the party member was still eating. We felt like we were an inconvenience for them. This was repeated again with the main course when some of us still had food in our hands when they came over to ask us if we were finished. It felt as though we were being rushed. When the food came, this was the only saving grace of the restaurant. It was very nice and well cooked. This is the reason this review is not one star. But the service and rudeness ruined the night for us.Overall most of the staff seemed like they didn't know what they were doing and the older staff members were running around like headless chickens, whilst the younger staff sat on their phones and slumped over the bar. Some training in service and manners is much needed!

We ordered some food this evening via phone and to be delivered. We placed the order with the lady on the phone, she took our address, my phone number and told me the food would be 45mins, she then said hold on I’ll tell you how much the food is and with that the phone went dead. We tried to call back but the line was busy, we kept trying for 20Mins, we then assumed the phone would be on its way. After 1:20 we finally got through to be told the order didn’t get done as the line went off. Service at this place is shocking

on arrival staff seemed unorganised and rushed, we waited about and stood for what seemed forever, eventually when seated somebody took our order, food arrived and it was out of this world, the best Indian weve had, freshly made, cooked to perfection, compliments to the chefs,the highlight of the evening was a lovely young man called Jayden he was very polite and very attentive throughout our time in the restaurant. Our first experience of eating out since lockdown and a welcome return to a local restaurant for us. A strange experience with all the decorations taken away but we received a very warm welcome on a very busy night. The second day of the new initiative and they were having problems in getting to grip with working out the bills, shame the government did not just make it simpler.The food arrived promptly and was just great, new staff were helpful and enthusiastic and the manager was on hand to check all was OK.We ate early and it was lovely to see the place so busy, great atmosphere wish prices could be like this all the time, we could certainly afford to eat out twice a week then. All in all 10 out of 10 and back to a very high standard.

Firstly I'd like to say the food was pretty decent, but that's where it stops, the service was very average. But the main issue I had was when it came to the bill, ae were eating on a day when it was the government 50% off your meal. When the bill arrived the manager said he had separated the bill in to food and drinks, and we only got 50% off food this the case if we have alcoholic drinks but we didnt have any. Be careful

Post my recent trip to India, I was aghast by how authentic and how much it reminded me of India, did I mention I was in India? When I was in India the food was just like this as I was in India. The Agra has been shut during the early part of the Covid 19 lockdown but it reopened just for take aways, we like to support local business where we can so phoned and order through second day of opening and were able to collect 30 mins later. The nan was great but both the curries although had great sauces contained dry tough chicken, my thought was that the chicken that had been prepared when the restaurant closed down might have been frozen and then used when the takeaway reopened. Sorry to say wont be trying again until the restaurant reopens so if there is a problem we can deal with it face to face.

One of my favourite Indians in the area. I highly recommend it.On this occasion I had some great poppadums with a wide selection of dips. A starter of mixed kebab and a flavoursome main of lamb bhuna with some great sides of keema rice, soft naan and Bombay aloo.

Fantastic fresh take away, had whilst staying on Tattershal country park, collection i would suggest as they only deliver to the security cabin at front of park. Food was fresh and hot and plentiful.There place was clean and well presented, and looked popular which is always a good sign.

With our son away for a few days we treated ourselves to a quiet dinner for two. The food was lovely and service was quick. The waiters were very attentive, quick to notice when we were ready to order or ready for the next course, but without making us feel rushed or watched. Will definitely be back.

Shocking food 4 pieces of meat hardly any prawns, order wrong and when I challanged it they said. Inordered incorrectly. The order was spoken in front of four people who confirmed I did ask for an item not within the delivery. Their answer he did not write it down because I did not say it?We are a regular who will not return to this business which seems to have a very different approach to customer service.

Having visited this restaurant on several occasions, its always been alright, good food, service ok. When we visited the last previous occasion, I thought the service had gone off even more, but just thought it's me being picky., but last night was another level, we walked in at 8.30pm, not really late in my estimations. As we walked in the waiter was slumped over the counter, he asked if we was here for a take away, my hubby said no, table for 2 please, he then rolled his eyes, and said we are closing, my hubby said what now? No came the reply at 10.15pm. Ok so that gives us a good hour and half. I then turned prepared to walk out, then his attitude changed, and said yes we have table, and showed us to a table back of the restaurant. We ordered quickly, ate, then left, I truly felt we was a complete hindrance to him. What a attitude to take, very rude, hostile and not one bit welcoming. Keep your curry, agra tandoori, we will not be bothering you again!!!! It's such a shame, coningsby is not a big place, and bad reviews travel fast !!!!!!

Travelled up from Bolingbroke to order a takeaway they took card payment before telling me it’s an hour wait they did this to a few of us as we all said we wouldn’t of chose to order as I wouldn’t of bothered either if I knew before I paid sat there an hour as customers were returning with complaints of missing and wrong orders during my wait the guy behind counter didn’t have a clue and kept blaming the poor young boy n girl for his mistake he didn’t know what he was doing and expected customers to find it funny that he intact ruined their family takeaways I finally got home to find wrong order when I rang him he knew straight away I’d got wrong order as the other chap in there with me must of got mine and already had complained he wanted me to nip back another day for a tub of chicken madras why would I randomly want a tub of madras which didn’t help me for our family takeaway when I opened the food it was disgusting the smell and the korma was in a puddle of water 3 pieces of chicken the rice n chips looked reheated and the naans were raw n stodgy After arguing he finally agreed to refund me over the phone which I’m pretty certain he hasn’t so contacting bank the food went straight into the bin I had to travel into the Boston area for a full new meal from Bombay brassiere which was top quality tasty and amazing please do not waste your money on the Agra the food was disgusting the service was rubbish I’m amazed they are still in business I’ve never seen should poor quality food I only used this branch expecting it to be the same as the sleaford Agra but how wrong was I it makes me feel sick thinking about the slop they served us !!

We visited for the first time after having lived in the area for 4 years. We were trying The Agra, as we had become disappointed with our usual Indian restaurant in Woodhall Spa. The food was excellent, my husband had chicken chat to start which he enjoyed immensely. The atmosphere was good and the service excellent. Would recommend

We phoned for a take away this evening (Friday) and whilst they said that they were very very busy the meal arrived in about one hour and 30 minutes. No problem we understand it's a Friday.

Great food. We dont always expect good Indian food outside of cities, but this was as good as anywhere else and better than many so-called Top Restaurants. We really enjoyed it. The service wasnt super-fast but I'm quite content to have a gap between courses; I don't feel as though I'm being rushed out of my seat!

This has to be the worst indian curry house I have ever eaten at and it was 70s curry house standard. The saag paneer was disgusting and bland, the butter chicken sweetened to the point it could have been a dessert, The meat generally is pre cooked to within an inch of its life and smothered in whatever sauce they decide fits your request. All the food lacked flavour and came out tepid. No customer service and not bothered when we complained about the poor quality of all our dishes. We went as a family to celebrate our anniversary but the pizza house opposite served better food to us the day before! Honestly a total waste of time and money. Do NOT visit unless you have very low expectations !

Went for a family meal. The food was very good with only one gripe the Lamb was over-cooked slightly! Other than that very decent food and surroundings and the staff are excellent.

Used while on holiday was a good service delivery service to Tattershall lakes . Ordered 2 madras 1 x Bhuna the madras just lacked heat was way to mild for what’s meant to be a hot curry you need to put more heat in it .. it was a nice curry but no way near the heat it should be.. Bombay aloo was nice and the naan bread was nice but overall average

ordered food for here while on holiday. we ordered about 8 different dishes. nans the lot. as i live in Leicester i have had alot of curries before. but OMG this place is amazing. every thing we had was so Delicious. i cant believe how good it was. completely out of this world. i would glady go back any day. you are amazing x

We came tonight with the kids and not one thing to complain about it was absolutely perfect, so much flavour and brilliant customer service, thank you very much i will be telling all my friends about agra and i will be coming back!!!

Took the family out for a meal here was told by the waiter that they did not do child's portions of Indian food only English food why would I take my kids to an Indian if they wanted English food pathetic he then came back said we could have child's portion but they were charged full price for it I have been to many Indian restaurants in my time this is never happened once so I ordered my kids full size portions which they left out of it the food was very average and the service was extremely slow avoid

Had a really nice time here will give it 8 out of 10 food was all freshly prepared and cooked food. polite and good company food that was excellent was the Bindi Bhaji. The tikka chicken starter was excellent as well.

Went here on a Sunday night to order a takeaway. There were a couple of tables taken in the restaurant with maybe 3 people waiting for takeaway. One guy answering phone, waiting on tables and seeing to takeaways, very unorganised and quite rude. We got to front of queue and asked how long we’d be looking at for waiting time he said he’d ask in kitchen. Then took a phone order, which in my opinion wasn’t handled well and he was quite rude and abrupt to the customer. Then he came back to us so asked again how long the wait would be, he again said he’d check but then instead of going to check he went over to a table in the restaurant! At which point I left, no thanks will spend my money elsewhere which we did round the corner at the Chinese Magic Wok which was fab btw!! Spent over £50 on a takeaway for 6 people so Agra’s loss I’d say! Appreciate he was busy and restaurant customers need to maybe be given priority but it was the guys attitude and he could certainly have handled customers better. Wonder if the phone order I heard him take was correct and what they wanted as he appeared uninterested!!

We ordered a delivery and were told we had to meet them at the barrier as they didnt come onto the park. We were told to be there in 30 minutes so we had to drive down to the barrier and then wait another 30 minutes, when we called to see where they were he said just leaving before i could say i will pick it up as only 5 mins away he hung up 10 mins later he pulled up at the park followed by another car who also had a delivery. Our food was cold and we had to microwave it. I assume that they got another delivery after our food was ready so waited until they could bring both of the orders. It was not cheap so i felt not good customer service. i would recommend you dont order a delivery but go and collect if you want a curry or eat in.

I won’t lie, I was sceptical about this place although choice was limited and I couldn’t be more surprised. Staff were very friendly. Menu choice was good and more importantly the food was delicious! Kingfisher on tap and cobra small and large bottles. The kingfisher wasn’t working which was a little disappointing but these things happen. I had a chicken tikka Bhuna which was very tasty! My friend had a Thali which I hadn’t seen before (basically a meal on a plate) and I had HUGE food envy. All cooked and presented well. Staff very attentive. I would definitely be coming back there if I’m in the local area in future.

We ordered a takeaway from here on the 11/4/19 whilst staying at Tattershall lakes.

We ended up here after anther local establishment put us off eating there so might not be the best frame of mind for a fair review but me and my daughter arrived first and we set down for a drink and a read of the menu after receiving a warm welcome by the waiter.

I have been to this restaurant many times... But on this visit was very disappointed,, the meal was not up to the high standard had on previous occasions.. with items missing & food flavourless. it was a Saturday and they had very young waiters to take orders with very little knowledge of the menu due it seemed they was thrown in the deep end.

Nice curry and naan breads. I had the biryani which was one of the nicest I’ve had in a long time! Service was also good and would definitely go back when in the area.

Ordered a takeaway for six. The food arrived at the time stated and was very tasty. Would definitely go again.

Our family were having a weekend break at Tattershall lakes and fancied a nice takeaway and we werent disappointed 5 star food just gorgeous n reasonable price Excellent

Went for the first time in 5 years for a takeaway meal for 2 I was recommended the garlic chicken from a member of staff so went with it, along with a jalfrazie lemon rice and piswarie naan bread, all was really nice, apart from the lemon rice witch only had the odd flavour of lemon.

Went to eat there with a friend this week. It was a weeknight a couple of weeks after Christmas so wasn't too busy as we expected. The restaurant was spotless, and was well set out. We enjoyed lovely food which was served piping hot. The only downside was when we asked about desserts, we was informed they only had ice cream. So we settled for coffees.

Delighted that this has re-opened after the kitchen fire. Always good food and an interesting menu. Will dine here in the coming weeks

Staying at Tattersall Lakes and decided along with family to visit Agra Tandoori for dinner. Main course food took over an hour to arrive at table due to takeaway orders taking preference over customers eating in.

We were staying at Tattershall lakes and decided we would have a NYE Indian. Food was ready for when I asked at 7pm as we had to pick it up as it was so busy. The review that says it was slow service should take into account it was NYE and extremely busy. Food was awesome and would recommend

Received my starter over an hour after arriving at the restaurant, specifically asked for it to arrive alongside my party’s mains alas it came well before. Tastes good though.

I'm amazed this place does not have a higher rating, I've eaten in many Indian restaurants throughout the country and this place is up there with the best. Happy to say I've just moved into Coningsby and will be enjoying many more meals at this restaurant! Highly recommended.

Great food at great price. What more can you want. Anyone who likes Indian food will like it here, they make the food as spice(hot) or as mild as you like.

Had to wait a long time for our food although restaurant was not busy, they were fulfilling take aways! Wouldn’t mind if when the food came it tasted amazing but was far from it. My dish was way too salty and no spice, making it inedible! My partner ordered the hot dish which was so mild it could be classed as a korma!! When we complained only 10% was taken off the food - Wouldn’t recommend!

We’ve just enjoyed a take away from here. We are staying at Tattershall Lakes site and didn’t really fancy eating here as it’s far too busy so had a look online for what was close by. This was only 5 minutes down the road and worth nipping down for. We ordered two curries and both were delicious. Plenty served and with nice big chunks of meat. If we ever holiday this way again we will order from here again.

Stopped by for a sit in meal on a Sunday evening. Warmly greeted by the staff and sat at a lovely table. Excellent service and food was amazing. Will definitely return.

A mid-week meal with colleagues. Service was good and the food was tasty. I would certainly go again.

My friends and I went for a leaving party, the food was below average with chewy chicken. We won't return.
