Got the Platter for a family of 5. Was absolutely delicious. Was made fresh and hot. And there was good selection of meats on offer. #underrated

The food was freshly cooked which made it taste rly good! The vibe inside was nice and quiet, they do have a separate section fo family dining.

We had this beautifully organised platter today. It was delicious. We are really happy with the hospitality of Afghan team and food taste. Kaewaa at the end was the best thing . Recommended✅ to food lover like us. We came from Swansea.

We ordered food for around £50 and it was not worth it. I gave only two stars because the food was not particularly tasty, and the service was very poor; it took more than 30 minutes to prepare our dish, even though the food was not particularly tasty. Service is terrible; I won't even give it a 5% rating. We had to do everything except prepare the food.

Authentic Afghani food, good value for money but the only thing is the portions are getting smaller and the high standards/quality isn’t as it used to be.

Came back here as a friend said owners changed and he heard it was better. I got a tawa which appeared to look really good but the taste was not there at all. When asked for a jug of water they point to a sign to say no drinking water amd you them have to buy bottles of water. The price is reasonable for the amount of food but the taste is not there so would just be a waste of money.

Ordered a delivery from here was rang and told no delivery driver, asked did I want to collect but I was unable to so asked to cancel my order, they still tool the money from my bank for the order! I rang up and asked them about this and I was told they can request from the company to refund me...I ordered direct from their website! Having to now ring my bank to claim this money back Such a shame as I was looking forward to enjoying this food and would have been a regular customer! This money should have been refunded straight away, I shouldn't be having to chase the restaurant for this or contact my bank

The lamb chomps were so burnt and naans were burnt aswell.There was a weird smell coming from the salad and their curries had no flavour.If you want to waste your money go here.I even have pictures of the food

Great Afghan cuisine. If you want to get into the Afghan style of eating cross legged on a raised platform then you can do. If you're like me and your legs hurt then they have tables and chairs too. Otherwise, food was very nice.

What a rip off!!! Ordered a choppan tawa for 2 and all we got was one kobeda, 2 chops, 2 tiny wings and 4 little pieces of chicken tikka on chips with two really small curries! Chops and wings were dry as nuts, it was like we were given leftover food from night before. Not worth paying £32 for inedible food, will never order again. Word of advice please do not order from this place it not worth the money. I’d rather order from Afghan Cuisine or Venus where you get quality food for the price.

I was very regular since four years I visited and long tall guy came straight from kitchen and served was very rude and when we received food that was awful swear we made mistake to order at Afghan worst chopan don’t try here

Ordered food which was below average. It is usually very nice. They missed 3 cans off my order and when I called I was told they’d sort it next time and I told them no I want them with my meal that’s why I ordered them. They then agreed to send them out and 10 minutes later I got a call to say we can get them to you in 45 minutes with them expecting me to say no it’s ok but I said that’s fine and to no surprise they didn’t deliver them. So I paid for something I never received. Being a well known person in the Bolton community I will be advising people to stay away as it’s not about the cost of 3 cans it’s about the principal, service and lies. Extremely poor service and to make it worse the food wasn’t great. You’ve lost a valuable customer and many more will be lost

Food here is incredible, ordered a tawa and the meat was cooked to perfection and the flavours were extremely well developed. The only thing I could say was better than the food was the hospitality of the staff. Highly recommend this place as one of the best .

Very nice place and excellent customer service. The worker offered to pay for our meal as he claimed we were his guests. He made us feel truly welcomed. Would recommend to anyone as the staff are very welcoming and the food is delicious. The shop is set out in a traditional Afghani style and the food lives up to expectations.

Loveeee it! I've been there many times and the ambience is so good. The food tastes so perfect. We ordered a platter which cost around £50 and it served 4 people. Not that much expensive and definitely you will love it!

I am a regular customers who enjoyed this establishment, I discovered several hairs in the cuisine. This was an outrage and I was not impressed with the waiter/manager’s attitude. Will not be revisiting.

I was minding my own business on a Saturday evening at the restaurant eating. Suddenly I saw a waiter sniffing the seat of a customer once they was leaving the premises. Unbelievable and a disgrace.

Good portion, cooked well and authentic. Ordered Chopan towa and mix platter for 4 but got only one chapli kebab. Kabli polaoo was laking behind the other items in taste. So far best taste in Manchester. Updated 2022-05: Now they have increased the prices and still same servings. If I have to pay £40-60 for 4 platter will expect equal amount of stuff for 4 especially when it's orded for guests.

Was a very nice atmosphere had a young waiter who made it a very pleasurable experience he was also very well spoken and went above and beyond. Adil was his name. Negatives While there I saw a customer complain and be very rude to the staff and proceeded to the back and caused a scene ruining the atmosphere for me and my friends. He was aggressive in his tone and manner I was surprised he was not removed from the premises. Overall excellent food and customer service.

Went with family Regular customer never again quality of food dropping and treats people like rubbish Bad customer service Taken into consideration they were busy but it's not an excuse to be treated rudely and also not an excuse to have food late for upto two hours Main rant: We waited an hour and a half for our food and longer and when I returned the Al faham chicken sharing it looked rushed and wasn't fresh sharing it looked like leftovers I even shared it didn't look like they usually make it and it was genuinely very bad He became very angry raised his voice and confrontational and shared I was troubling him while he was busy this must be because he felt insulted or overwhelmed by a busy environment but not an excuse to be like that He genuinely upset me as I was a regular customer and customers do not come to be shouted at especially when you have your family with you The tawa itself I genuinely couldn't be bothered with it as I was already upset and also there was burnt kobeda which I also returned and to be fair they sent a slightly better one I understand it was busy but to wait upto two hours and be scolded due to not being able to handle it because your busy is wrong don't argue with the customer and say things rather try to rectify it I was treated as though I was looking for something free I was genuinely patient waiting for that long and when I asked him he treated me like an idiot my daughter wife and mother were all with me you don't treat families like that The server young lad was very rude as well got fresh unlike the food I pray he remains busy and wish his business well but will not be returning

I been there today, with my Mrs. We ordered two portions double kobeda with rice. We didn't like the food. Taste wasn't good at all. I don't think, I will visit here again, and I don't recommend at all to anyone.

Paid £50 for a special but what we received was not worth £50 at all a small box of chips and chicken etc and a few other stuff. Would not recommmend

Rude Owner. New Management has No manners on how to talk to customers, very rude and late for delivery with no apologies, previous owners were very good. Learn some manners on how to talk to people. Prices have gone Up as well, not worth it anymore.

Worst chicken karai I had from here, they just boiled chicken in tomato water add some salt and pepper and think its ready, wasted £20 on 1 kg and gone in the bin.

THE TOWA FOR 8 IS A CON!!!! we ordered a towa for 8 received 1 chapli kebab lamb chops, less than 7 a few wings, maybe 6 rice and chips fill centre £85 on a normal day See pic Employee claims its a busy day, will sort out on the weekend Monday, Tuesday or Saturday and Sunday should be the same quantity all week They will be getting their full payment for it It's not 50% on the food given, its 50% on bill payment Cant complain about the taste of the food very nice Dont order Towa Order stuff separately

Food is very good. So is value for money. Can improve the restaurant ambience and food presentation quality.

Called in tonight, the staff were super friendly and even gave my son a nice cream sample which was lovely, the place looks gorgeous but we decided to take away, on the trip home the smell from the food was amazing, but the taste was even better we had steak which was perfectly cooked and seasoned, and bbq chicken was spiced brilliantly and was moist. We will definitely be coming back and cant wait to taste other menu options.

Visited this restaurant based on the reviews on Google and expectations were high. But the portions very small, the chapli kababs, I wouldn't not call those chapli kababs so dry and tasteless like eating cardboard. The staff didn't take well the complaint about the quality of the food. Cannot recommend in any situation.
