Chicken kofta kebab , absolute garbage full of bones about a half inch long, cooked to the point it was rubbery , chips obviously been hot for ages , been on the toilet all morning. Supposed to be the best takeaway on the street. If that’s the case I’d hate to try the otheres.

Ok another review for a kabab shop. This place seemed to be doing well as staff was busy. This shop is the second one out of three kabab shops all next door to each other. Ok back to AFC., the kabab wasn't the worst I have tried, but it really could of been hotter as had too warm it up. I'm only 5min drive away. Not so happy for temperatureof food but not full of grease like other shop. The kabab meat was ok as not the very cheap meat. The mayo was ok mid range too and not too vinegar tasting. ALL IN ALL, If the food was hotter it wouldnt of been too bad. Question; would I go back ? Yes just to try other stuff. But if still cold then that would be off my list. Always give second attempt if on boarder line of not so good.

Amazing food…especially Grimsby pizza, chicken donner wrap, chicken burger, which are my favourites

Hair in the food. Donner meat was terrible. Possibly old, overcooked, leathery. Pizza was bland and average at best.

Top notch scran, excellent overall. Excellent pizza, excellent burgers, excellent kebabs, excellent cans. 4/4 of my mates agree that's it's absolutely delicious scran. Would most definitely order from AFC Express again 💪

Young lad that was working, really polite, older bloke not so much. Burger barely cooked and I don’t want to eat it but it’s almost 1am, I’m in a hotel and I’ve not eaten all day. The chips are the soggiest horrible things I’ve ever tasted and they will be left cos I can’t stand the texture of them when they’re soggy and this is just gross! Also, when someone says the tiniest bit of sauce, it doesn’t mean lather it on!

We had donnerkebab,chips and fried chicken . Food tasted great, fast service. Nice clean kitchen

Lovely kebab. Although nearly close was able to accommodate lovely kebab, sauce and salad. Went in store and staff are friendly and polite. Also helping college student earn a little extra money. Value with the money. Thank you.

My son ordered food which was completely the wrong order . Phones AFC to complain . Wouldn’t refund or replace the food. Absolutely terrible service . The unwanted pizza that arrived wasn’t even cooked properly

Normally OK but tonight order was 2 hours late and driver said he went to the wrong house and the woman on the phone told him to go. Another driver arrived and said the other driver said he was knocking for ages but I have a huge dog and he barks at anything. Was near the door and no one came.food arrived cold.

Young lass on service and was the politest girl I'd ever come across. Took all of about 5 minutes for the order and she apologised for being to quick which I pointed out wasn't an issue. Pretty cute too

I was told by the delivery driver which I believe was the owner of the business as well, not to order from them again as I was too far. I am 1.3 miles away from there shop. Absolute joke. If that's too far for delivery then you better come off the app. Very rude and appalling service.

Shocking! It's been 2 and a half hours and still not received food restaurant not answering phone! Only ordered 2 kebabs

It was such a awful experience i had ever in my life! My order supposed to come on 9:30 but still i did not get my order its been 24hours!! I even can't contact them by the phone they did not answer and someone received the call and told me 5-10mins without checking anything else!! I don't know what's going on there!!!! I would recoment everyone not to make any order ! You will be charged money and waste time without get anything!!

The buy one get one free you can't go wrong and kebabs come in naan but not home made now which is a shame as they was the best around

I wish I could give this place -10 stars!! Absolutely disgusting! Ordered food, took almost 2 hours to come, had to call them twice to check on our order, they said it has just left the shop and took around 40 minutes from that point when the shop is around the corner. Food arrived freezing cold, chips had been microwaved or sat in a hot box for an hour, drier that ghandi's flip flop. Kebab was forced into a pizza box and sellotaped shut because it didnt fit, was sloppy and dry. Burger was absolutely awful, grisly and about a 10p worth of sauce inside. Cheesy chips had about a ration of cheese on them and the entire meal was just basically inedible. And to top it off they gave me the wrong drink too. Will be telking all my friends and family to avoid like the plague, I'd rather dig through the trash outside of a crack house for my next meal than eat here again. One could say it was almost torturous.

Burgers was soggy, chips chewy. Felt like they had cooked it then forgot and left it for an hour. Pizza was chewy took over an hr to come not impressed do not recommend. If i could have a refund id have it not worth money at all.

I placed an order for 16.30 of kebab without salad, mozzarella dippers, pepsi max, chocolate fudge cake and curly fries. The kebab did not come with a naan bread (it said it would come with a naan bread and at 16.07, it said in a text message that I had my order cancelled. due to a muckup When I phoned up, the man who answered did not understand English and he had to pass me to a female but they had a bad line. The female thought I was at a different postcode due to a muckup in the order system My order did not come to me until 17.12 without any explanation why the order was delayed. However the portions were just right on 13/2/22 after an order of kebab/naan bread I had the night before-it made me sick twice in the night

Ordered on just eat thay got my order rong when I call to bring it to there attention thay had bad attitude and aggressive behaviour wouldn't order a thing of this place again need to realise there customers on the phone are paying there bills as I use to order over £60 a week there loss not mine found a better service elsewhere

I ordered tonight, timing on delivery was good. I ordered donner kebab, loaded fries, fudge cake and a piece of chicken. Donner kebab was absolutely delicious really lovely! Loaded fries were also brilliant, it's nice to eat from a place like this that actually has such flavour to their food. Fudge cake is lovely, not dry and a generous serving. My only complaint was the chicken, it seemed quite tough and a tad dry. I think it was disappointing as it is predominantly supposed to be a chicken place but they did give me a medium sized piece and small piece to create a good portion which I appreciate. So my only request would be maybe fresher chicken pieces but apart from that one thing the rest was really enjoyable and I would order again from them :)

Ordered tonight had jacket potato with cheese, doner meat, chicken salad and garlic bread. Was absolutely disgusting firstly order got cancelled by accident fair enough it happens. Then the only decent bit was doner meat. The jacket potato part of it was still semi raw, garlic bread well over done and tasted burnt. Salad not bad but some of it was definitely old salad not fresh. All in all I could of cried what a waste of money tonight.

The woman behind the counter needs to work on her attitude a little more. After the way she spoke to me in such a rude manner, I just walked out.

The lady that took my order was dumb and rude. She wouldn’t even let me finish my sentence. Very disappointed. I asked for chilli and Mayo and the Mayo came hard on my kebab. Do not go here.

I didnt visit this restaurant, just passed by. This seems like technical stalking.

We were on holiday in the area and we ordered a pizza, garlic bread + chips for collection. They are very generous with the toppings and it tasted delicious. It’s worth it for the price

Everytime ive ordered my food has taken nearly two hours this is the second time in a row. I wont be ordering again.

Very unprofessional staff & why we have to do £10 minimum order & then paid extra for delivery charges aswel should be like other takeaway no minimum payment order buy anything and pay for delivery or minimum order with no delivery charge flipping both ways try to robbing money from customers thieves never ever order again

Disgusted. Do not buy from this company. Ordered meal at 8pm told would be delivered 9pm. Rang them at 9.15 told meal would be delivered 9.35. Now 9.50 still no meal. Will try to cancel, will not use again.

Horrible my mum ordered a burger from there and she bit into it and found a tooth in the burger itself when rang up about it the lady on the other end of the phone was so rude and said "no offence sweetheart but u sure it isn't ur mums tooth" and refused a refund so we had to request a call from the manager won't be going here again

Ordered for delivery. Expected delivery time was around an hour. After 2 hours rung to find out where it was and got told it was being cooked now. 40 mins later I had to ring back and got told another 10 minutes. Finally got some food some 3 hours after ordering. 3 hours to cook a kabab and being lied to on the phone. Would of been quicker ordering for a kabab from Turkey! Advice - if you want it delivering order a week in advance!

Normally would say great 5star. Tonight ordered food and it took over 2 hours to arrive! Rang numerous times to have the lady who answered to sound annoyed for checking where our order is. Rang back last two times, driver is on the way. Explained we don't want stone cold food and can they send fresh food with a new driver. Food turns up cold..ring back to advise 1st failed delivery is here food is cold and got a response of right?! Lost it i dont want cold food and its over 2 hours late! She then replies i will sort it! Shocking customer service! Shocking driver on tonight and now its nearly 11pm and the food i was looking forward too i can't eat!

The place is disgusting it looks so grimy and everything has a layer of oil on it ! I could write more about this place but i think it needs the health inspector to go round on a surprise visit!!!

Best Kebabs in town id say. Meat is moist and succulent not like some with crispy edges. Excellent when you got the munchies washed down with some cookies mixed with Ice Cream (Peanut Butter) and Pepsi.

Chicken tikka kebab is simply the best take away food I've had in ages.

The food quality is not that bad, but the taste isn't good either. But definitely better than nearby restaurants atleast.

Guter Preis für eine ordentliche Portion. Ein bisschen fad gewürzt, und die "Alufolie", mit der der Wrap eingepackt wurde, verliert die Beschichtung und das klebt dann an den Händen. Sieht aus, als hätte man Glitzer an den Fingern, und das kommt dann evtl. auch ins Essen.

Beenn there a few times after drinks in town. The foods good quality, filking ans excellent value for money. I even left my wallet in there before by mistake and when i went back they had kept it for me with everything still intact. Highly recommend

me and my friend just ordered food, only half of it came and they said "sorry we ran out of that" and gave us a complimentary GRAVY! absolutely ridiculous!!! do NOT recommend to anyone looking for a quality meal!!!!!
