Offered a free garlic bread with cheese but it never arrived with the meal.

Cheeseburger meal: 10/10 Peri chicken: 7/10 which is good, since they only have one flavour and no other option Would go again, would recommend to all to go here

The grilled chicken was burnt, didn't like it at all. The rest of the food was fine. Last time I ordered, some of the grilled chicken was burnt as well

There was something congealed which looked like spiderwebs or dust in the food, which I have a photo of.

Got garlic sauce on Donna wrap when asked for ketchup even says on the order

tasteless only thing you taste was tomato sauce.

Order over an hour late, rang up 4x to see where my order was and they couldn’t get hold of the driver …. Definitely won’t be using them again. Food was cold when arrived

left a note to wait at the hospital entrance, had somebody waiting out there before the order even said it was on its way, then said it was on its way. rang after a while and they said it would be there in 10 mins, kept waiting for another half hour and then was told it had been taken to the reception the whole time, which isn’t where id asked it to be left and by the time it got to me in my hospital bed it was freezing cold. Cost me 16.25.

Waited nearly 2 hours for food after being told it would be a hour. When the food did turn up, 2 phone calls later the chips were cold and pizza almost cold. Won’t be ordering again!

As usual, delivery on time. Lively food. Fresh salad and a good variety of meats cooked to perfection. I cannot fault this food outlet. Very impressed.

Chicken kofta kebab , absolute garbage full of bones about a half inch long, cooked to the point it was rubbery , chips obviously been hot for ages , been on the toilet all morning. Supposed to be the best takeaway on the street. If that’s the case I’d hate to try the otheres.

Wraps are really nice, very full and lots of meat. Fold is hot, fresh and delivery was fast.

The Restaurant forgot to pack the can of coke my meal came with. Driver offered to get me one from a nearby shop which I declined saying it’s ok. He only went and got it and redelivered it a few mins later. Absolutely fantastic, what a lovely bloke.

i order box meal deal. which include fillet burger but the chicken fillet in the burger was hard like stone it looks like 2 3 days old chicken. disgusting i have taken pictures also

Ok another review for a kabab shop. This place seemed to be doing well as staff was busy. This shop is the second one out of three kabab shops all next door to each other. Ok back to AFC., the kabab wasn't the worst I have tried, but it really could of been hotter as had too warm it up. I'm only 5min drive away. Not so happy for temperatureof food but not full of grease like other shop. The kabab meat was ok as not the very cheap meat. The mayo was ok mid range too and not too vinegar tasting. ALL IN ALL, If the food was hotter it wouldnt of been too bad. Question; would I go back ? Yes just to try other stuff. But if still cold then that would be off my list. Always give second attempt if on boarder line of not so good.

Had to cancel and re order still no refund of £11.80 paid but reordered was on time once paid.

I order last night and it was perfect, then we ordered again this evening, food was ordered for 11.30 and arrived at 12.10am which I was fine with as they was busy, but after waiting all that time our food arrived I opened it and the pot of chilli and garlic had leaked all over the box meal it was on top of, leaking all over the chicken and chips, my husband doesnt like garlic so only got half his meal i managedto recover, im very annoyed as we really enjoyed last night's meal.

Ordered a grimsby special kebab The meat was not edible £15 never ever again

Firstly will say the pizzas are incredible one of best I’ve had in Grimsby, wasn’t so keen on the chicken previously but the pizza have definitely improved my opinion of the restaurant however I will say I was disappointed as I had asked for a platter and received just a pizza. Hoping next time will be better as before. Would still recommend eating here though x

Oh my GODDDD that food is literally the greatest stuff I ever tasted. My fella and I ordered it at like two am and we nearly started crying because of how beautiful the food was. They could’ve been ten hours late and we wouldn’t have cared because this food is worth waiting a lifetime for. Handcrafted by the gods themselves. Thank you for the divine experience.

Hair in the food. Donner meat was terrible. Possibly old, overcooked, leathery. Pizza was bland and average at best.

Young lad that was working, really polite, older bloke not so much. Burger barely cooked and I don’t want to eat it but it’s almost 1am, I’m in a hotel and I’ve not eaten all day. The chips are the soggiest horrible things I’ve ever tasted and they will be left cos I can’t stand the texture of them when they’re soggy and this is just gross! Also, when someone says the tiniest bit of sauce, it doesn’t mean lather it on!

Normally OK but tonight order was 2 hours late and driver said he went to the wrong house and the woman on the phone told him to go. Another driver arrived and said the other driver said he was knocking for ages but I have a huge dog and he barks at anything. Was near the door and no one came.food arrived cold.

Young lass on service and was the politest girl I'd ever come across. Took all of about 5 minutes for the order and she apologised for being to quick which I pointed out wasn't an issue. Pretty cute too

I was told by the delivery driver which I believe was the owner of the business as well, not to order from them again as I was too far. I am 1.3 miles away from there shop. Absolute joke. If that's too far for delivery then you better come off the app. Very rude and appalling service.

It was such a awful experience i had ever in my life! My order supposed to come on 9:30 but still i did not get my order its been 24hours!! I even can't contact them by the phone they did not answer and someone received the call and told me 5-10mins without checking anything else!! I don't know what's going on there!!!! I would recoment everyone not to make any order ! You will be charged money and waste time without get anything!!

I wish I could give this place -10 stars!! Absolutely disgusting! Ordered food, took almost 2 hours to come, had to call them twice to check on our order, they said it has just left the shop and took around 40 minutes from that point when the shop is around the corner. Food arrived freezing cold, chips had been microwaved or sat in a hot box for an hour, drier that ghandi's flip flop. Kebab was forced into a pizza box and sellotaped shut because it didnt fit, was sloppy and dry. Burger was absolutely awful, grisly and about a 10p worth of sauce inside. Cheesy chips had about a ration of cheese on them and the entire meal was just basically inedible. And to top it off they gave me the wrong drink too. Will be telking all my friends and family to avoid like the plague, I'd rather dig through the trash outside of a crack house for my next meal than eat here again. One could say it was almost torturous.

Burgers was soggy, chips chewy. Felt like they had cooked it then forgot and left it for an hour. Pizza was chewy took over an hr to come not impressed do not recommend. If i could have a refund id have it not worth money at all.

I placed an order for 16.30 of kebab without salad, mozzarella dippers, pepsi max, chocolate fudge cake and curly fries. The kebab did not come with a naan bread (it said it would come with a naan bread and at 16.07, it said in a text message that I had my order cancelled. due to a muckup When I phoned up, the man who answered did not understand English and he had to pass me to a female but they had a bad line. The female thought I was at a different postcode due to a muckup in the order system My order did not come to me until 17.12 without any explanation why the order was delayed. However the portions were just right on 13/2/22 after an order of kebab/naan bread I had the night before-it made me sick twice in the night

I ordered tonight, timing on delivery was good. I ordered donner kebab, loaded fries, fudge cake and a piece of chicken. Donner kebab was absolutely delicious really lovely! Loaded fries were also brilliant, it's nice to eat from a place like this that actually has such flavour to their food. Fudge cake is lovely, not dry and a generous serving. My only complaint was the chicken, it seemed quite tough and a tad dry. I think it was disappointing as it is predominantly supposed to be a chicken place but they did give me a medium sized piece and small piece to create a good portion which I appreciate. So my only request would be maybe fresher chicken pieces but apart from that one thing the rest was really enjoyable and I would order again from them :)

Ordered tonight had jacket potato with cheese, doner meat, chicken salad and garlic bread. Was absolutely disgusting firstly order got cancelled by accident fair enough it happens. Then the only decent bit was doner meat. The jacket potato part of it was still semi raw, garlic bread well over done and tasted burnt. Salad not bad but some of it was definitely old salad not fresh. All in all I could of cried what a waste of money tonight.

The woman behind the counter needs to work on her attitude a little more. After the way she spoke to me in such a rude manner, I just walked out.

The lady that took my order was dumb and rude. She wouldn’t even let me finish my sentence. Very disappointed. I asked for chilli and Mayo and the Mayo came hard on my kebab. Do not go here.

We were on holiday in the area and we ordered a pizza, garlic bread + chips for collection. They are very generous with the toppings and it tasted delicious. It’s worth it for the price
