Greggs in North East Lincolnshire

Staff seam not to interact much with customers, shame more talking to each other, not enough seating and always a bit untidy, maybe more staff peak times

Greggs really need to find a way to serve hot produce at a reliable temperature. It's either larva or stone cold.....

Normal great sausage roll and black coffee

Nice staff and good vegetarian/vegan choices. Just wish they would sell decaf latte and veggie sausage sandwiches.

Bog standard greggs in a petrol station

Not any room to sit inside but tables out on grass if not raining

Located within the shell garage of a one stop pit stop. Called in for a quick lunch time snack, used my reward app. Great section of hot and cold food from sandwiches, toasties,pizza, pastry and the famous sausage roll, plus hot and cold drinks. With a good section of cakes too.

What happened to customer service??? I was "served" by two female members of staff today, when I approached the counter, they ignored me whilst they finished their gossip session, one eventually came to serve me whilst the other one carried o the conversation!!! Customer service is dreadful these days.....Sort it out Greggs!!!
