delivery driver dropped food at door and drove off without even saying sorry. I requested a replacement which they brought but wanted the half a portion back, I told them I'd binned it but he insisted I retrieve it from the bin. Once replacement noodles came, the driver relentlessly questioned whether we'd eaten half a portion of chow mein (which was evidently at his feet, that his driver dropped) I even offered to show them ring footage. WORST customer care EVER.

First time using Yummy House and can't fault the service, lovely food and nice and hot. We will be back. 👍

I put in the notes my preferred time, but nothing. I telephoned the business but he was adamant there's no time stated, but when he looked he confirmed and apologised that oh yes there's a time stated. Was late, but no apology or discount

Order did not turn up, after ringing shop they said delivery driver had knocked 3 times and we didn't answer when he called. Untrue. We have a labrador who barks at the faintest sound and we have blinds open. Liars! And then had cheek to request a further delivery fee!

I've enjoyed food here before but not tonight. Frozen chips not cooked through properly, tiny amount of curry sauce on the meal and bland ribs with more un-rendered fat than meat. Such a shame but I won't be risking here again 😟 as a side note, I understand the cost of living rise but £3 delivery literally round the corner stuck in my throat (excuse the pun) after the poor food!

When it says hot and spicy you would think it would be hot and spicy, unfortunately not

Rock hard cold chips and it would have helped if the curry actually had curry powder in it. Special fried rice had 1 prawn and about 50 mushrooms

Starters where ok, as always deep fried ready meals. Kung po chicken was watery, not great selection of vegs inside, looked more like a watery onion and bamboo shoot chicken soup with a hint of chilli. Satay sauce... literally water with a hint of salt. Singapore chow main, not bad to taste but very little meat. Service was great but the food really need some Improvement. Ps. Pictures show more of a colour, but in real they are way more fainted...

Delivered at 9:40, driver knocked at the door 9:55. Food was piping hot, gorgeous as always, never fails !!

Appauling! Big order,the duck in plum sauce was unrecognisable,chunks of batter,no sauce,looked like it had been scraped up off the floor,we rang up but the staff were unhelpful,we ended up driving there my partner made one of the staff try the mystery meal and he spat it out in the bin, ruined our family meal,if it was the last Chinese takeaway in the world,I'd rather starve!

The chicken balls were inedible!! Overcooked, crunchy batter with slimy chicken inside !? The chips were crunchy and empty - like they were fried in way too hot heat. So disappointed after waiting an hour and a half. Will not order from here again.

I was rather shocked, recently started using yummy house and the last few times was incredible, however last night the food was bland, the rice tasted very starchy very little egg. Unfortunately most of it ended in the bin. Can not fault collection time as it was made earlier then expected was just the poor quality and lack of taste.

Ordered crispy shredded chicken with sweet chilli and received sweet and sour crispy chicken.... Egg fried rice was very bland.... The satay sauce was very light in colour and watery... Very dissapointed and won't order from here again

The satay sauce was grey and had a gelatinous texture and the chili chicken was either not chicken or very poor quality. Disappointing.

Unfortunately everything apart from the Singapore noodles was bland and tasteless, plus the prawn crackers were soft, tasted like they were last nights leftovers, will stick with Beijing House in future.

Wish I could give no start never fetched some of the food so we rang up he came to my house I opened the door he stormed in was shouting picking all the bags apart then I asked him to leave as I have 2 young kids he stood in the door step shouting and then walked off I used this Chinese for years will not be useing it agin !!!!!

Dry rice, chips tasted old and quickly reheated in the microwave. All was barely warm

Food was shocking, I ordered chicken satay skewers not sure what the sauce was on them. Also ordered chips, sausages and gravy on good thing about that was the sausages and also ordered chicken and beef curry and fried rice. The fried rice might of been nice but the curry wasn't, the chicken tasted dry and the beef undercooked. I won't be ordering from here again unless I just want sausages.

Always order from here and never have a problem so will still order again. Unfortunately there were a few chunks of meat in the vegetable chow mein so it didn't get eaten. Presumably it's a one off mistake.

Very bland food. Nothing was tasty. Wasn't very hot too.

Worst chinese I've ever eaten. It was bland with a terrible consistency. Plum duck was a gelatinous soggy tasteless mess. The fried rice wasn't even good. The bbq sauce was separated from its self. The delivery was very quick but now I'm thinking they saved time by not seasoning the food or putting any effort in to the cooking.

I ordered from here tonight and I have to say I wasn’t impressed and I ordered a pretty decent amount and a high price and it was cold and the chicken balls were undercooked in the middle so had to stop the kids from eating them. The service it’s self was good and the people were lovely but I won’t be ordering from here again.

Crispy chilli beef was not spicy at all more of a Hong Kong style, very sweet. Also received the wrong second dish, although similar wasn’t what we ordered and no contact to say it had been swapped or anything.

I ordered the pekingese spare ribs and salt pepper chilli chicken. My meal was luke warm. So disappointed, as I don't have a takeaway often

Singapore chow mein had absolutely no flavour, salt and peppers chips cold and lacking salt and pepper. Will not be ordering from here again.

Hi ordered a few times from this place, and usually it's really nice, usually order rice noodles share box, mainly, everything was lovely apart from the pancake roll, I think mabe the beansprouts was turning as the pancake roll itself smelt like horseshit! Tasted how it smelt am afraid, I love your pancake rolls too but last night's was revolting, I hate giving bad reviews specifically when food is usualy lovely from here, could be a little more meat onions mushrooms in the special chow mein also, I felt last night its was more plain then anything, taste there, quantity of food isn't, and for the price that's paid, was a little gutted that things wasn't up up to scratch Thanks

We were so impressed with the freshness, flavour and how hot (temperature) it was, we have decided this will be our 'go to' favourite Chinese restaurant. The food was superb!

Ordered special fried rice, special chow mein, chicken curry and pancake rolls. The curry was gorgeous and the mushrooms were quite big which I enjoy, we asked to have free prawn crackers if we qualified for them and they sent them, food was hot on arrival and delivery was earlier than expected - overall very happy with my order :)

Without a doubt the worst Thai green curry that I have ever eaten - the taste and spicing were fine but the sauce was far too glutinous. The prawns were good, it was the sauce that spoilt the dish. The special mix with mushrooms was excellent and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Absolutely delicious food in huge portions! Far better than what I've had from other places in Grimsby! Well worth it and will definitely be going here in future!

Can the curry sauce be kept separate in a different plate from the food. It’s disgusting when the sauce is poured on the food, at least the choice of doing it by oneself should be given.

Worst takeaway I've had for a long time. Satay chicken skewers were about 3 weeks old in a sauce that looked like it had already been through someone with chunks of cucumber in. Chicken curry bland and fried rice dry and stale. Will not be ordering again

Food was good, get regularly, onlh complaint is the prawn crackers everytime are alittle stale, no real crunch to them as would normally get or expect.
