Absolutely vile left me my partner and little boy with food poisoning! To then be called a lair by the scummy manager. DO NOT ORDER!!!

Appalling customer service, the person on the phone raised her voice and was incredibly rude to me when I asked for a refund for my burnt food that was missing about 7 different ingredients

So disappointed with the food we received tonight, even more disappointed with the customer service. I have been ordering the same meal for my partner and it has been excellent up to tonight. Tonight the chow mein and fried rice was burnt, and there was no flavour. Rang up and explained the situation before asking for a refund. I then got told I would get a £5 refund and no more. I asked why not the full refund, the chef then laughed and said 'what, 90p?'. I agreed to the £5 as I wanted it all sorted, yet when my partner rang up and once again, requested a full refund she was met with a staff member raising her voice over the phone whilst being incredibly rude.

Chef and front of house get aggressively argumental when a refund was requested for food they were aware was inadequate. Completely plain burned noodles sent in place of chow mein. Long time loyal customer, will no longer give our business.

Ordered Chicken Chop Suey and Special Curry. The chop suey was gluey and rather tasteless. The special curry consisted of runny curry sauce with a few bits of meat. The chips were dry. The pancake rolls were not that exciting, mainly full of bean sprouts. All in all it was not worth the money. Arrived on time, about 45 minutes but was luke warm. Would not use again. I don't recommend.

Absoluty disgusting tonight .been ordering same meal from here for a while and been given what I've asked for 3 in 2 box with rice dozen chips. curry sauce because I said could I have a bit extra rice which up to tonight had been no problem..owners answer was cost a extra pound said didn't matter just put in portion rice..dozen chips and sauce..meal arrived stuffed with chips small bit of rice and about a spoonful of curry sauce only on chips...rang to complain his answer was chuck it in the bin and dont ordered from here again .asked for money back got it but not full amount he'd minused delivery even though it was his fault..so to all who read reviews if you want what you order and a decent meal then don't order from little panda there is quite a few decent places for takeaway such a shame that bad owners cause bad reveiws

Got a delivery from here tonight so salty worst £31 I have spent don't think I will be ordering for here again

Tried many Chinese and havnt found one as good as this, nice staff including cheerfully delivery drivers, food is excellent, won't go anywhere else.

I got home to find they had given me the wrong dish to what I ordered. The food I got wasn't to my liking or quality.

Has improved over the years sometimes can be a little of the same flavour throughout dishes but still tasty. My favourite was jade gardens unfortunately they are now closed down due to blasted COVID what a shame.

Food is rubbish and they bully staff as they only employ school leavers. They speak to them like dirt. Don't let your child work for these disgraceful people. If you notice I only ever order chicken fried rice. Nothing else. Ps I found one 10 times as good

First time I've eaten food from here. Won't be rushing back. Dry chicken, overly chewy prawns. £8.20 for special fried rice and a portion of sweet and sour sauce. Over priced.

Not too impressed on this visit! Waiting time for a mere special fried rice was lengthy and pricing for this and a sweet n sour sauce was more than enough. Not the best I've experienced, by far.

I had a 2hr 10 min wait for my meal . King prawn and mushrooms had 4 prawns in it . The peas were raw .the sauce tasted of gravy granules. I was a regular but after tonight I will go elsewhere

Had spare ribs in Peking sauce & chips. Chips where dry & tasteless the ribs where tough it was like eating old shoe leather. It ended up in the bin. Will never visit or eat from here again 😨

Pleasant staff but not over impressed with food

Asked for no onions with my food and got given onions. UPDATE: the food was terrible quality and my beef was chewy and squishy. In addition to this, went to collect the food and the counter staff was rude. To add to the ever growing list of problems, i feel terribly sick and weak due to the food, right on Christmas eve night. WILL NOT ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN.

Bought 5 for £13 on Thursday 7th of November. Food is normally good but got a beef curry which contained burnt mushrooms and four small pieces of beef, chips which were cold, two chicken fried rice which part was not cooked andsome was burnt. Maybe three pieces of chicken and haven't even opened the chow mein. Very very poor. Won't use again . I actually feel sick after a few mouthfuls and threw the rest away

Dont order from this takeaway food turns up 1hour and 30 mins later called twice to be lied to on the phone was told 50 mins what a joke they should rename the place little liar not little panda

Bland, no flavour. Beef in mushrooms came in gravy , could have done that with gravy granules. We spent 50 pounds on monthly takeaway. Dissappointed, bland and tasteless

Absolutely disgusted I'm sat here waiting for an order to be delivered. Ordered 18.21pm 5/1/19 its now 20.13 and after 2 phone calls im told itll be the next order out. On original order no time of waiting was given so I would of expected 30-40 mins. Ffs I could of collected it quicker.🤬

Positively awful. Spare ribs bone dry, overcooked. Special fried rice was OK but some of the meat was overcooked dry, tasted as if reheated. Just as well I had curry sauce (not the best either). Prawn crackers were horrible, fried in old oil, black bits on the crackers. Not the first time I've had dry spare ribes from here. My regular takeaway was closed. Young woman serving was very nice, and helpful.

Food is perfect every time always delivered fast. . To mrs parker from riby. I just googled how far it is from little china to riby it is over 7 miles thats alot for a delivery driver so if you think its no far go pick your order up...

Just ordered a meal worth £18 ... after some deliberation was told it was too far .. yet they deliver to Healing, Laceby & Stallingborugh .... We are in Riby just past Laceby would have taken 12 mins .... what a joke ... obviously don't need customers

did not even get to sample the food! Phoned up with an order for delivery and was told it will be with us within the hour. One and a half hours later still no sign so called up. was told food hadn't even been cooked yet. When we asked to cancel our order (it was a substantial order) they didn't even care, or try to retain our custom - it was just an "OK that's fine".
