Have not been to the chippy for months since the last time of doing a review and binning two lots there's no need for photos as the meal was sickening, disgusting and like a sewage rats dropping, it started of brilliant when taken over and now its going further down hill shop owner as along way to climb the ladder. To improve what they sell. I thought after months not going would try to some dismay total CRAP, would not recommend at all

Got two large haddock. And fish, tea time, chips cold worse ever and I've used these several times, normal case of a buisness good to start off with and make an impression then gets worse. Total YAK and waist of money.

Returned to Hull for a short visit. Nearest takeaway chippy to the hotel was Adelaide. 2 haddock, 2 patties and a portion of chips. By far the best we have had in years. Freshly cooked fish, generous portion of chips ( and some scraps to bring back memories). We enjoyed every mouthful. Friendly service too. Highest recommendations and Thank You.

Fish shops live and die by quality. My pattie and chips was over priced and awful. Sorry first and last visit. The previous owners were reliable. If the fryer will not eat it then why expect a customer to?

used this chippy now 4times since take over and fish and chips have not tasted so good since late 90s the chippy is spotless and clean. old highly recommend this to anyone who wants to taste the good old fish and chip meal

What can i say new manager newly refurbished and fish and chips very nice have not enjoyed until now. this chippy does not leave a horrible greasy taste on lips neither well done to the new owners and 10/10 in a short period really enjoyed hope you keep these standards up far much better than the last owners Thank you for such an enjoyable dinner

First time last week, only 2 people allowed in, paid by card, lovely people and my fish and chips was delicious, couldn't eat it quick enough, I'll be going back.

We always stop off here on our visits to the area. A traditional fish and chips shop. We have tried everything on the menu: delicious, cooked just the way I like it and priced to please. Well worth a visit for authentic fish and chips. Staff is very friendly and polite offering a warm welcome and the shop is very clean and tidy

visited many times and always had great fish and chips.The fish is always very good and better than many shops that charge far more for a much poorer quality product.

Went in and ordered one of their specials - around £1 - £1.50 for Pattie, Fish Fritter or Spam Fritter, Chips, Peas and Gravy! Now that is what I call value - and even better it was scrumptious!

First visit for a lunchtime snack have to say we're not disappointed as te food they serve is excellent quality and fantastic value... fish fritter (large and tasty) and a small chips could satiate even a large appetite.

I've tried their Haddock & Chips, very tasty. Fish was lovely and juicy and the batter perfectly crisp. Good portion sizes too! Well worth a visit.
