Lovely food, amazing quality lovely staff I have had it delivered by them many times also have collected always looked after us and made us feel welcomed will be using again as my regulars

Stone cold, late once again and missing half of my order

normally don't have a bad experience with the food but tonight it was luke warm and over half hour late and was not very nice tonight hopefully will b a one off

Kebab and chips arrived over an hour late, stone cold.

Good took over 2 hours to deliver came cold was told on the phone it would be 15 minutes and ended up waiting another hour

Our food was over an hour and a half late rang the restaurant and they would not give a refund and said it’s on its way . Turned up cold and uneatable very disappointed as always enjoyed the food here

The pitta bread was not grilled and was soft. Portion of chips was so small not even enough for 1 person and cost £3.10. The smallest amount of chips I have ever had and probably one of the most expensive I have paid.

Ordered food from the and wean phone the to say it wrong all I got was she lied to you wean I was next to here ask for mix meat and chips and got a tray a grease the call that food and call then self a real takeaway and wean told all you get is bad moth off them jokes that all that place is

Asked for mixed kebab meat and chips. Ended up with doner meat and cut up popcorn chicken. It wasn’t even finger licking good or I might have been able to let you off. Deserve shutting down feeding that to anyone

Completely the wrong order. I received a mix donor and chicken kebab. With no salad and only garlic sauce. I don’t no how you can get this simple order wrong. Had to Chuck the kebab in the bin as I don’t like garlic sauce.

Soggy tiny amount of salad on a lamb kebab. Lamb was cold (we are less than a mile away). Same with the mixed kebab in the order. Have used Adam's for many years but unfortunately that will be the last time.

Quality kebab meat with garlic sauce is lovely, would prefer a pitta over a naan but best around

always arrives hot and never soggy chips

I’ve had others local, this by far the tastiest, be mindful if you like mint mayo this is actual mint sauce, delicious though

30 minutes late and the food was cold, not what I expect as I have used Adam's for years and always found the service and food to be good.

Order was an hour late. I wouldn’t mind this if they had taken the hour to actually prepare our order - however the food we received was not cooked at all. At best it had been chucked in a microwave before being flung into boxes. Ordered a Kebab and 12” pizza along with drinks. Kebab meat was concerning, even made my dog wretch and the smell. Pizza we received was smaller than the Chicago town mini pizzas from shops and raw. The drinks never arrived. It is disgusting that this business is allowed to operate - I hope the owners are ashamed.

Ordered at 8pm delivery expected at 8:35 for me and my son, I’m sat here with nothing an HOUR LATER called the restaurant at 9:20 they replied with it’s on the way we’re really busy 20 minutes later still nothing, understandable to a degree but an HOUR???? Just-eat do absolutely nothing to help either nor do they do anything in the way of refunds they just give you credit to use on their app! 2nd time in a month food hasn’t turned up. Deleting the app. Done with this service. Absolute JOKE.

2 hours from ordering to delivery.Arrived 45 minutes after scheduled delivery time, when the address is 10 minutes away and pizza was lukewarm and had to be warmed up. No explanation or apology.

The chips were cold and the chicken tastes werid. It took about a hour to come my grampy was straight on the toliet this morning cause of the chips. I don’t know if it’s a one off but it was shocking we basically order every Thursday sometimes we have a KFC

Ordered food 7.50pm numerous calls made each time being told food was on its way no sincere apologies or concern for wait time … arrived at 9.55pm drivers words ‘ it’s busy but I’m glad I make more money’ then told my husband he had no change so forced to tip! Ordered pizza ,burger & chips on the 28/04/23. Order late. Rang twice food turned up freezing cold, rang Adams Pizza spoke to a lady she informed me the driver will drop my money back £23.30. The driver never called back nor did I get my money back. Very disappointed won’t use again.

I always enjoy the quality of kebab but today the salad wasn't fresh, which was a shame as I love my salad.

Chicken nuggets were over cooked & the pizza even though it was supposed to be double pepperoni it had barely any on it & barely any sauce then the cheese was as thick as the base

My partner answered the door and the man handed him the food, we normally pay with card but decided to pay cash tonight. Delivery driver advised food was paid for, didn’t realise it was not until we were awoken at 11:30 at night by someone banging on our door over £30. This is utterly ridiculous, not only did they wake us up. They also woke sleeping children up who were scared. They could have rung the next day and this would have been cleared up straight away. The food was all cold and the pizza felt like it had been in the fridge. We have ordered here many times and will probably not again. It was also Late being delivered.

I bought a king Shish kebab but was more like a large, it was cold on arrival and some of the chicken was like leather. I asked for all the salad but there was no chilli’s and 1 piece of tomato. Very bland and won’t be ordering again.

Good took 1 hr and 50mins to arrive, it was cold on arrival I contacted them through just eat and heard nothing back.

Order loads from them usually they OK ordered a large shish tonight and the chicken was tough couldn't eat it phoned them they said "well it was cooked just like always won't order again and we spent £30 😔

Working away and ordered a mixed kebab. Came and it was just loads of doner meat and the absolute scraps of chicken meat!!! No shiish, no kofte, no steak! Wetherr they think because I’m staying in a travel lodge and not a local they would just send this out??? Standards are standards no matter what !!!! Avoid

Ordered at 9, meant to have been delivered at 21:45, turned up at 22:57, bit pointless when two of the people who i ordered for had a taxi booked for 22:30, in the bin there meals went, food cold and had to be warmed, asked for a refund and guess what, no reply back, really gone down hill the standards at this place, happening regular, give it a miss now going forward

Delivered on time. Delivery driver was friendly. Food quality was good, fries were a tad underdone but still good. Tasty kebab wraps. Burger was tasty with the chilli sauce and bbq chicken pizza was extremely tasty! 8/10 overall!
