- Item missing from order - Phone number doesn't work - The actual place isn't Adam's Noodle Bar I drove to the establishment to find the place isn't called Adam's Noodle Bar. It's China Panda. I know this because I went and had a look. Then I tried phoning the number again while I was standing in the door way; the phone didn't ring. The number on the outside is 727 something. So, all of the online advertising is totally inaccurate: wrong number, wrong company name. The attached picture is a Google image, not my own - Drove back home to find two hairs in the food that did come Avoid this place like the plague

i wish i could rate this 0 stars. this was absolutely appalling. i don’t usually complain but in this occasion i had too. food had no flavour and did not fit descriptions. not one dish we had was enjoyable to eat

half of order didnt arrive, phone number doesnt even work so couldnt contact them and then my uber eats delivery driver hung up on me. really upset, feels like a waste of £60. chips cold, one slice of pepper in my salt and pepper chips.

Absolutely horrendous place to order food. Came far to quick. Food was covered in grease no flavour to anything. All tasted plain. Waste of £50 !!!!!

Don't bother ordering from here, really don't. Had to give one star but would have picked no stars if it was an option! Half of order missing, driver spoke no English when asked about it and couldn't help. Contact number disconnects after ringing a few times so you can't contact them to complain. Food that was delivered was the most disgusting sweet and sour I've ever tasted, like soup with a few bits of veg floating in it.

Lovely all ways get young cho fried rice and curry very tasty the steak and kidney pie are all ways very hard and dry so I don’t get a pie no more sort your pies out please

Not the worst thing I've ever eaten but the noodles were ridiculously greasy, soaking through the polystyrene it was boxed in. Salt and pepper chicken was alright though.

Friend got severe food poisoning from their takeaway here & had to go to hospital :(

Our favourite for Chinese food. Delicious. Always deliver on time. For any Northern Irish people missing ' chicken ball specials'. Their fried rice, chips, curry sauce and salt n pepper chicken hits the mark! Beautiful. Oh and their salt and pepper chips are the best. We had an unfortunate incident where a neighbour actually 'nicked' our food delivery and the restaurant manager came out himself with a replacement at no cost to us. Lovely man.

I used to like it until today. Ordered it, as soon as they said the food left the restaurant at 23:25 I waited outside on the rain and now its 00:34 they said the food arrived and it never. Tried to phone the restaurant no answer. Shame.

Lovely food, very fast delivery times & never a problem. Also provide a great range of drinks & deserts (including alcohol)

Food arrived quickly but was incredibly greasy to the point it soaked through the polystyrene, through the foil and through the wrapper. Rice was stodgy like microwave rice while the meal was flavourless. The Salt and Pepper chips were pretty decent though.

Probably the worst ordering experience I’ve ever encountered. £40 for food that never arrived. Driver had no clue how to find us despite giving the Post code multiple times, call the restaurant who had no recollection of our order however suggested they’ll call us back which never happened; then call the restaurant back many times for them to ignore all calls. Waste of time

Cheap, bland and delivered cold.

Im an optimistic person, I see the good in everything, even the worst of things. But this, this has ruined not only my night, but my week. Please save your money, if you’re thinking of buying from this place, you’re hungry, you’re not thinking straight. This is the first one star review I’ve gave in my life. Please get a dominos.

Ordered from here without checking the reviews (stupidly) One of the worst Chinese we've had. Chips were black, rice was reheated and I'd not like to hazard a guess at how long it had been sat for. Curry sauce had tipped out all over the bag and the bbq sauce was like strawberry jam. Never again shouldn't be open just basically threw away £22

Accepted delivery via Deliveroo, waited an hour over the time allotted for delivery and didn't receive the food. Didn't answer the phone having called four times. Awful service and not to be trusted.

Soggy and lacking flavour, low quality and old tasting. Also the majority of the meal was just onion and missing items when it arrived

They refused to refund or partially refund the starter even though they missed out seaweed in both portions that we ordered..The food was disgusting and so I would never eat from here again

Should be closed down. Asked for no onions on just eat, tried to ring to confirm this but no answer and got onions. Tried to ring to tell them after food had arrived and only answered after 10 tries. Delivery man had to ask us what we had ordered so he could look through the bags to decide which one was ours. Rice tasted like microwave rice and curry had no taste whatsoever. Both feel very sick after eating. Wish we had read the reviews on here before ordering!!

Ordered King prawn red Thai carry. Not a viscose sauce disgusting taste . Your food is vomitive

Delicious! Beautiful wonton noodle soup, absolutely chocked full of stuff, packed in fact! All juicy and fresh ingredients. The pan fried wor tip dumplings were also fresh, delicious and well cooked. Everything was piping hot! And the delivery person was so sweet and kind, wore a mask and helped with my disability. Perfect! 5 stars.

Ordered from Just Eat. Food had not arrived after 2.5 hours. Could not contact takeaway because phone did not work. Rang Just Eat to cancel but they told me that the restaurant had tagged the order as already delivered, so it could not be cancelled! Reading the other reviews they obviously do this a lot so people cannot cancel. Completely dishonest. Food was eventually delivered 4.5 hours after the order was placed. Put it in the bin.

By far the worst place I've ever ordered from! Waited over 2 hours 1/2 hours for delivery and when I rang up to ask where it was a patronising sad act answered the phone who refused to give me a refund he was absolutely vile. Don't waste your money. Go the chippy down the road.

Y first ever 1 star review because: I pre ordered my food to arrive in 3 hours. When the time came the food still never arrived, so i called the shop to be screamed at by a rude and nasty man, telling me under the circumstance my food would be another 1 hour and if i didn't want to wait to cancel it. Never would i order or recommend some one order from this place. i hope he doesn't kiss his mum with that mouth, horrible customer service, needs to lose his job.

Absolutely awful customer service we ordered our food at 19:30 on justeat, and we got a delivery time an hour later which is expected, because all take-outs are busy around that time. Then half an hour later at the restaurant changed the delivery time to one hour later to 21:30. I tried to call them at least 10 times to just cancel the order but the line was BUSY the whole time! We finally managed to cancel the order through justeats system and then the order shows up at 22:10, 2 hours and 40 minutes from placing the order, which is just not acceptable. Stay away from this take-away unless you don't mind waiting at least two hours for your food.

Ordered over just eat. Absolute disgusting service. Waited over three hours. Called them. Tried to say they were busy and to cancel. They denied my cancellation and took my money saying it had been delivered! Had to call just eat and ask for my money back the next day!

Big piece of chicken found in a ‘“vegetarian”’ tofu dish, awful practice - do not trust this place at all. Edit: woke up sick, feel disgusted and worried about what else was contaminating my food

If you want to be waiting for food for two hours before you give up home, and want a restaurant that refuses to pick up the phone so you can ask where on earth your food is, Adam's noodle house is the place for you. Absolutely dreadful.

Ordered at 9pm, they said it would arrive at 10:20pm, never did. Called multiple times and never got through. Would give it zero stars if I could.

Waited 2 and a half hours for our food, we rang after an hour and they said 15 minutes...1 hour n 15 mins later the WRONG FOOD arrived. No apology or anything either.

Waiting 2 hours 30 for our food to come after being told it would only be 15 minutes after we rang asking when it was just over an hour. Only to get the wrong food when it comes and when the driver comes back with the correct food it’s cold & 10x oiler than normal 😬

The food was nice, I'll give them that, although the prawn toast was meant to be a 6 portion but it was just a piece of toast cut up into 6. It also took 1h 40m for the food to turn up,which only happened because I rang them up. Tip- Don't order from here.

Absolutely disgusting. Worst food i’ve ever ordered, over an hour late, freezing cold, food tasted like it was a week old and been lying about. Was sick for 2 days after eating (the tiny bit i tried) the test went in the bin. Refused refund as did Just Eat as “i should be more concerned about my health than a refund” Literally the worst food i’ve had in my life. I wish i could give it 0 stars and i hope it gets shut down!!!!!!!!!

Never showed up with my food, put it down as delivered so I would not get my refund. I will be going to the police. Do not use these. They are scum.

Well, I have just ordered from Adam's Noodle House for the 1st time. I have to say it was the nicest take away I've had in a very long time. My God, the food was extremely tasty & very fresh.... Amazing! I will definitely be ordering soon. Well done to great delivery times & quality of food arriving hot. It's a pleasure to be a customer.

Didn't even want to give 1 star. This is the worst food I have ever paid for. Waited 75mins, the order was half wrong and unidentifiable and inedible. Was bland and watery even the rice was disgusting (god knows what the meat is) My boyfriend called them up and had a female driver with a bad attitude say it wasn't her problem and she wouldn't eat the food herself! This place needs closing down,, and the staff obviously need a lot of training! ! I feel quite lucky that not I'll after having a few horrible mouth fulls.

Really good place to order from if you like chicken that is tougher to chew than a dog toy... Not only that, apparently you get free prawn crackers on order over £15 and i got bloody nothing. Everything tasted like it was dragged through a bin first, dreadful. Sort it out mate.

The chicken we were given was like eating my shoe it was that rough and the dumplings tasted awful. Even worse the food took around 1.30 hours to arrive so it was stone cold. Honestly could have defrosted it. 1 STAR. Not a happy man

Took around 2 hours to arrive and wontons were doughy and tasted abit like willy, because of this I'd have to say my experience was dreadful overall.

Turned up over 2 hours late and food was disgusting, we received none of the free items that are listed when you spend over a certain amount, also driver gave us wrong change and NO apology for being so late, wish I could get a refund

Place is a joke, ordered through just eat and got told it would be an hour and a half before delivery, delivery woman then repeatedly rang and left before we could reach the door, once she came back 15 minutes later she did not have our food but someone else's and we were told that she would come back in 10 minutes with our actual order. Ridiculous service. Can't say much of the food as we're still waiting.

Waited 2 hours for our order, being told 4 times over the last hour of the wait that our food was 5 minutes away. Then when the food finally arrived it was cold, chewy and had definitely been microwaved in the restaurant. They then refused to give us a refund. Do not order from here.

Was desperate for food as everywhere else was closed , this place stays open til 2am, I ordered a beef curry, which the beef wasnt particularly fresh and there was only about 3 pieces of beef and a absolute ton of onion and carrots,. I had to stir through the curry a few times to find the beef !!!. you could basically call it a onion and carrot curry. This is not somewhere I would use again unless I had no options, as you can literally walk into the majority of take aways in liverpool and get better food easily.

Pizza is delicious... Unless you order it from this sh*thole takeaway. Save your time, save your money and most importantly, save yourself the disappointment. Eat somewhere else, anywhere else!

Arrived in half the time stated on Justeat, delicious salt and pepper squid and chips! Not the absolute best Chinese I've had but really good

Absolutely DISGUSTED with this place. I received the COMPLETE WRONG ORDER. after waiting over an hour and a half for it as well!!!!! I was given food that I wouldn’t give to my dog. Would NEVER EVER go here again. I hope JustEat take it off their website as there is not many people with good or even mediocre experiences here!!!!

Literally the worst meal I have ever eaten, the chicken curry tasted like it was several days old and had just been chucked in the microwave. -10 out of 5 stars.

Really quite appalling. So we tried to order a wing lee (our favourite) but it was closed, so we thought 'not to worry we'll try somewhere else'. unfortunately that place turned out to be adams noodle house. I think the Japanese prisoners of war were served better chinese food during ww2. and to add serious insult to injury- it turned up 25 minutes late freezing cold.

Order was an hour late and when I rang to ask where it was I was told "your order is here, the driver is setting off in 5 minutes" not good enough. If I hadn't of paid with my card I'd of sent the food back and gone elsewhere. When food finally arrived it wasn't worth the wait and was cold.

Claimed to have delivered my order, never turned up. Constantly ignore the phone when I tried to call. Avoid
