Adam's Cafe & Restaurant in Wakefield

Came for lunch on Saturday. My partner had the full Monty and I had the traditional breakfast. It was lovely and hot with absolutely no grease. The staff were very friendly especially the young waitress. Thanks for a great visit and see you again soon 😁

Both myself and my husband had the all inclusive full English breakfast for just over £6.50. Included in the price was two rashers bacon, two sausage, beans, mushrooms, tomatoes, hash browns (or chips if preferred), two slices of toast and a large cup of coffee. All was cooked fresh to order, in a good, clean, friendly atmosphere. Very busy with orders for takeaway, eat in and delivery, this place is a little gem and was exceptional value for money. We were even given a further free mug of coffee because of the small wait. Thanks Adam’s, we really enjoyed our breakfasts!

As we are in "lockdown" at the moment, decided to try this takeaway, delivery Brilliant, haddock and chips (large) and plenty of chips. Will definitely be using this place again

Visit Adams frequently and always enjoy the meals. Their quiche is lovely, very tasty and filling either with salad or chips. Excellent value for money. The meals are prepared whilst you wait and delivered to you by the very friendly staff. It’s very clean and has a very nice atmosphere.

I dropped in here for a snack, but ended up having fish and chip and coffee. The fish and chips were really tasty and there was plenty to eat. The coffee was good and was piping hot. The staff were polite and friendly. My meal was reasonably priced and I will go back.

Visited for lunch whilst on a mid-week visit. We had a BEST baguette (bacon, sausage, egg and tomato) and a jacket potato with tuna mayo. Both were tasty and filling. Food was freshly prepared and the cafe was clean and comfortable. Outdoor space is available. Staff were friendly and efficient. Good value for money. We would return.

Went here for breakfast with a friend and so glad we did. Breakfast came the plate was grease free food was fresh and piping hot. Milky coffee was lovely and it was all very reasonably priced. All this plus friendly polite staff well worth a visit

Great place to eat. Food always good. Sit out side. Dogs welcome outside which as an undercover area too so good place to call for coffee etc

Best cafe about honestly breakfast is unreal. Staff are super friendly and really cheap. I usually go once or twice every two week and it's honestly the best cafe in a 10 mile radius

Best fish and chips but sell much much more for choice also.Friendly pace and good service Since moving to South Elmsall this has become my Favourite takeaway

Visited here a few times, staff are always friendly, meal portions are a very good size (even kids portions are massive) food always served hot and tasty, it’s the only place to go

this restaurant has a large selection of food cooked fresh I have had loads of different meals and loved all except one, the fish on the fish and chips was frozen fish, but the rest is amazing, now just down the road about 150 yards away is adams plaice well you got to try this place for the best fish and chips in elmsall and staff in both places are great and friendly

top of the high street a bit of a truckers cafe feel but a lovely cup of tea. Place is clean and well kept. Toilets spotless. Outside smoking area and play area for children. A good menu for eats.

I visited this cafe for a meal to see what it was like the food was very average nothing home made I would say mostly frozen there is much better in the area

This small cafe is in the middle of our small town and is great value for money with good sized portions, you can also ring up and order and collect...the Sunday lunches are great if you dont want to cook or cant be bothered to go out, you can ring in and collect with a choice of lamb beef chicken or pork..there menu is varied and very reasonably priced, with snacks breakfasts and lunches the coffee is also amazing...there is also outdoor seating at the rear if the weather is nice,well worth a visit.
