Adam's Cafe in New Forest

Another amaxing breakfast yesterday! Hot and tasty. Lovely interior and the staff were super polite. Highly recommend, don't walk away if it looms busy, they will always fine space!!! We'll be back again soon.

When we arrived we were greeted with a warm smile by the young waitress and served with a lovely smile manners at all times lovely, a good breakfast was had by us all once again a very pleasant experience 10 out of 10

Great hot food. Fast and friendly service where the owner makes a point of remembering your name. Great selection of options all day. Free parking right outside.

Attended today with my young family to find the young girl serving quite rude and then to have chicken served to me under cooked and pink. We will not be visiting again.

Fantastic atmosphere. Warm welcome and happy staff. Good selection of food. I gad a bit which was excellent. Had sideof chips which was so generous I couldn't finish.

I can see I will be in the minority here but although, for me, this cafe started off well, I am not so impressed recently. They seem to have a clique of young, noisy regulars which doesn't make for comfortable dining. The prices have shot up recently and although the portions are big, I would rather they kept the prices down and reduced the portions. Ham, egg and chips cost £4.50, now it is over £7. I like their sausage and mash with onions but I don't rate their coffee and defintely don't like the dressing they put on their salad. It's hot and I have never tasted anything like it before. The place is clean and the staff are friendly including the boss but this place is no longer for me.

I have visited this premises previously when in the area so decided to visit again. The whole experience was first class. Very good food and service and at very reasonable prices. Whole premises extremely clean.

Always enjoy a visit to Adams Cafe when visiting from Chester. My Dad loves the cafe and it's a tradition we come here and then onto The Nelson. Owner very friendly and welcoming, service and food always top notch and great value for money.

Returning from a month away, and jet lagged we went to Adam's Cafe for an early breakfast. The menu is extensive, offering breakfasts, lunches, snacks and a wide range of hot and cold drinks . It is clearly very well run, with bright and clean decor and furnishings. Also the staff were pleasent, and efficient. We had a interesting chat with Adam as well, and were happy to donate to the Turkish Earthquake Appeal he had organised. All in all, a great cafe, great food and excellent surroundings.

I'd heard good things about Adam's Café, so was happy to give it a try. We were served quickly on arrival - the young woman who served us was very pleasant and polite. The menu had a good range of dishes at reasonable prices. The burger I had was one of the best I've had locally in some time with a generous helping of salad beautifully presented (see photo). I could have ordered a side of chips but the burger satisfied my appetite. We didn't feel under any pressure to finish our meal quickly. We chatted with Adam, the owner, after our meal. He seems a really nice guy and is keen to make sure that his customers are happy. We were. So glad we tried somewhere new to us! We'll certainly be going back. Adam's Café is very close to Hythe town centre, behind Lidl. The nearest car park is the library car park. The ferry is 5 minutes walk away.

We are blessed in Hythe by having a plethora of good eating places....Adams is definitely one of the best....good and service is always exceptional.....really can't fault at all.

Great little family run cafe, brilliant service, delicious food, tasty baguettes fresh ingredients, good coffee, pleasant clean surroundings, couldn't fault anything, will definitely be going back.

This review is based on my experience on the day and could be different for you, but I doubt it. Please note my review is based on a new cafe based in Hythe town centre, near to the new forest not a possible similar cafe in Southampton town centre if one exists as the review comes up with Southampton not Hythe although Hythe is close central Southampton Anyway .... This is a new cafe located in Hythe close to the new forest. Needless to say this is my first time attending this cafe, although my friends have been many times and recommended it. So being a cafe the food options are very good from Good old English breakfast, burgers, traditional meals, coffee, tea, shakes, traditional soft drinks. It has to be said I went direct for the breakfast as I really fancied a fry up and did not peruse the remainder of the menu ! Superb, very tasty, excellent good value for money. Very clean and attentive staff. No complaints here. When I attended it was very quite, a few people inside, around lunchtime. It did have people coming in to collect after phoning food orders through but was very pleasant. I can’t vouch for what it will be like in the middle of summer when it will probably be heaving with day trippers but if you can get a seat you should not be disappointed by what you order and receive. Payment can be made by cash or card. Think I have covered the things you would normally ask. Try you will be surprised.

Took my Sister and Brother in Law here for breakfast. Excellent food, choice and Service from the lovely attentive staff. Constant flow of people coming and going and all the food looked lovely. Best Cafe I've ever been to. Thanks

We go here regularly for breakfast at the weekend and I would definitely recommend a visit. Parking is available right outside which is handy, the staff are always friendly and efficient and you are always made to feel welcome. The food is good and the menu has something for everyone, the portions are always generous so everyone leaves happy and full!

My partner was directed to this place some weeks back and came home waxing lyrical about it. We dropped by a few days ago. The staff were clearly exhausted - they had just dealt with s manic lunch rush - all were friendly and approachable. Food was ordered and delivered. I was overjoyed to find small beetroots in the salad garnish to my chicken and bacon burger. My burger was just right. My partner's meal was equally just right. It is spotless and calm and a good place to remember if in the area.

Adams cafe is simply the best in Hythe. It’s a little gem that is tucked away and if you’re visiting Hythe or the New Forest, pop in for a breakfast or meal after a walk at the beach or in the Forest. The food and Shakes are fantastic and you’ll get great service from the team and Adams own personal style of greeting and beaming smile. Spotlessly clean and fantastic food. Highly recommended!

Food was very high quality and cooked to personal requests. The layout was perfect for the customer as it was open yet cozy. The staff were all friendly and constantly checking how it was and any recommendations meaning they are constantly improving. Perfect portion sizes...

This cafe is fairly new the food is the best I have ever eaten in a cafe, good selectio everything is so clean you could eat your food from the floor and the owner is very polite and friendly.Certainly worth a visit you wont regret...

Cannot rate this cafe more highly. Spotlessly clean in the cafe and toilets, lovely breakfast, perfectly cooked. Easy parking. We'll worth going out of your way for. Nearer the seafront than you would think.

If I could give this place six stars I would - super friendly service, bright and fresh cafe, cosy and great food. Everything from light lunches to pancakes, deserts, tea and cake, great coffee. Highly recommend calling in, we’ll be back!
