This jolly pizza place and cafe/bar (with optional crazy golf) has become a bit of a hub for Acton life as it has copious outdoor space and lovely staff. The coffee is good and get there early so are the croissants. I’m not a pizza fan but those who are say these are ace. There are huge umbrellas so the cautious who don’t want to be inside, can go in all weathers. Plus the team is really lovely to my 90yo mum who goes there nearly daily. So that’s a major plus. Assiduous cleaning after use and of all spaces makes it feel unusually safe from Covid.

I often come to Acton park, however a few months back I had read cafe under new management, so I thought to try their coffee as we usually walk to Costa. It has become a favourite, I love this place as my twins can play while me and my sister can have tea and cakes. The owner is very friendly as are the staff, we have ordered a few times, they do delicious muffins, a very delightful earl grey and coffee is good. We have tried mostly the desserts and for me the white chocolate and raspberry one is the best.

We are regular patrons of the café in acton Park and are delighted that it has changed hands. We used to go there with our grandchildren and enjoyed the experience. However it has now been taken over by new managers and is known as Birdies Kitchen The food is much better but it is still a great place to go with young children. The place is full of little children with their carers and the food is pitched to this market. We had good croissants and coffee. My grandchildren were very satisfied with lollies and gingerbread men.

Having been recommended this place for an afternoon pit stop on a long family walk - it did not disappoint - amazing food, service and just a great locally run venue. Looking forward to my next visit

Went to this cafe yesterday with the family. It was raining quite heavily so decided to have a coffee till it stopped. I ordered four Lattes waited 10 min to be given two of them and receive nothing after that. I asked where the other two were and an unpleasant lady told me they were made but she gave them to another customs who had come in after me and that they were being made as we spoke. So waiting another 10 mins. Then as we were given them she very rudely asked us to leave as she had a party to organize. I mentioned that it would have been nice for her to have told us this as we ordered the coffees to which she said there was a note on the door that had flew away and that it wasn't her fault. I found her to be extremely short and rude with no apology whatsoever. But she gladly took my money. I will not be going back there!

I've been living in west London for a few years now, and whenever I need a bacon sandwich that I can't be bothered to cook for myself, I come here. They use good back bacon and your choice of white or brown bread, which they will also toast if you want a toasted sandwich. It's freshly cooked so you know the bacon hasn't been sitting on a warming plate for the past hour, and goes lovely with a cup of tea. This is a very child friendly place so if the sound of happy children is like fingernails on the blackboard of your soul then this may not be the place for you. On the other hand if you like freshly cooked food, friendly staff, and nice clean surroundings, you need to visit this cafe. I can also echo the comments about the delicious cakes (sometimes you can have dessert with breakfast). One day I'll try one of the "menu of the day" options (which I understand include chicken nuggets made by the staff with proper chicken breasts and fresh breadcrumbs, nothing out of a packet of Birds Eyes finest for Acton Park!) but they'll have to stop filling me up on bacon first.

I go - with my mum - quite often to the cafe in the park. It gets a bit full of babies and buggies - as you would expect. But on sunny days, it's very nice outside and not too noisy. But today the staff weren't coping. Nice day bringing out lots of customers I suppose. I ordered omelette with brown toast for mum, curry and rice for me. It took 40 minutes to be served. I had to go in and enquire. When it arrived, the toast was white...which mum doesn't like. So I said - not snippily I don't think - "the toast doesn't look brown." To which the server didn't say, "sorry, I'll bring you brown" He said "You ordered white toast". No, I said, you wrote down brown, I saw you. So he stomped off, returned a few minutes later saying "You were right but I don't take that tone with me again". Extraordinary! No apology, wholly unprovoked aggression which made mum feel really uncomfortable. He just made me feel cross. I hadn't been rude, I had waited a long time for an order which was wrong, had pointed this out, and had then been abused. Then he had a spat with a delivery man. So not just us then. But uncomfortable. I won't be recommending it locally any more.

The Acton park cafe is great. The cakes are amazing, the homemade pasta really delicious and drinks all very reasonable. I can't believe someone has rated this as the worst food ever! It's very child friendly with space for rollers/crawlers to be on the floor and a lovely patio to sit out on although management do not seem to mind crockery being taken onto the grass. I feel lucky to live so close. Well done and thank you. Can't wait for the refurb :)

The cafe seems to be under new ownership this year. It's agreat place to stop off for a tea or coffee and as the previous reviewer said it now boasts a great range of fresh home made cakes. It remains excellent value and offers a friendly service you'd be hard pressed to better

I usually go to Beehive whenever I'm in the area. I love the ambience and the food. Their sourdough avocado, mozzarella and chicken sandwich is my favourite. I think it's a generous portion and delicious. However, I believe that they should add a much more expanded meal deal option encompassing more sandwiches, for example, the sourdough sandwich + a drink for a discounted price. That would make me more likely to visit more often.

Popped in for a cuppa and sit down and ended up staying for lunch. Delicious grub, fresh, hot and generous. Friendly locals and warm service. And one of the best Mochas I've ever had! Highly recommended.

Bought a 1kg bag of coffee beans. The assistant was happy to grind beans for espresso and coffee, and to reseal the remaining beans in the bag. Great service, thank you. The coffee was excellent.
