Abra Kebabra in Croydon

These guys produce well tasty food, we regularly eat here as it is one of our favourite takeaways. The food is high quality and reasonably priced.

I had a large doner kebab from here and it is one of the best I have ever had. The chilli sauce was a bit lively though. It went through me like a train and I had to run a shallow cold bath to soak my harris in to cool it down. I would definitely have it again though and I would highly recommend this gaff

Have never spoke to someone so rude in my life! Me and my other half went to get some dinner today, (I’m exempt from wearing a mask). I go in, NONE of the staff are wearing masks. They make me wait to order and then tell me 15 mins, me and my other half wait outside. Go back in and get the food, all good and then I check the burger and they’ve put ketchup in my burger, I do not like ketchup in burgers which I made very clear when I made my order I said lettuce and cheese. My other half goes in to get my new burger, and they’ve put no cheese in it, so I go in and ask for some, he opens my burger with his bare hands. I say to him ‘ you haven’t washed your hands and your not wearing gloves? ‘. He looses his rag so I go outside and send my other half in again, he then shows my other half that he just put cheese in it, shoved it in his face and then threw the whole thing in the bin!!! He starts getting very aggressive to my other half and after another 10 mins we get the order we asked for. I get home and the box looks used, there’s two holes in it AND a bloody black hair. Never again am I going to this restaurant, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

the kebab was banging. The texture was perfect. The flavour really exploded in my mouth and i was desperate for another after. I would defiantly eat here again despite spending 4 hours on the toilet after.

Tried this takeaway kebab last night we had 1small chicken doner kebab and 1 large chicken kebab wrap it was very nice not greasy with lovely fresh salads and nice hot chilli sauce finding a decent kebab shop is a delight it is even open on a Sunday

Had two large chicken kebabs with extra chilli sauce. First time of trying this place as usual kebab shop shut for holidays and glad I did try it. Will be going back soon. Chicken cooked really well, nice thick chilli sauce (hot - we did ask for extra so, not a problem!). Salad included red cabbage and cucumber - very nice. Will be going back. Good parking as well.

Outstanding kebabs, burgers, chicken, fresh salads and breads. We have been eating here for years, lovely staff and very good value.

Great Service; food & atmosphere, as always. I have been using (at least twice a month) this Kabab shop for years now and the food has always been great and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful! Great food great atmosphere what more could you want?

Chicken and lamb sheesh are very tasteful. Service is very good and price is reasonable. Hygine is nice.

Used abra kebabra for at least the last 10 years and have never had bad food from them!! Never been able to fault them but tonight it was poor. Hopefully next time they are back up to their normal high standards

This is our local kebab and we use it at least monthly. Food is always freshly cooked and tasty. Would recommend for a quick healthy take away.

We have been going to abra kebabra for years and would highly recommend the food! There is seating available too if you want to eat in. Love the food , love the service 10/10

Great lasting kebab and hummus. The have tables to use and food comes on plates. All very tasty and very friendly staff.

Popular fur generations of local school kids my son and daughter introduced me and I always buy from here. Love the chicken kebab and cups. Friendly fast service and tasty food. Worth a visit but try to avoid the school time rush.

A proper kebab shop. One of the rare places in the Bromley/Croydon area that does chicken donner. I usually get chicken and Lamb sheish. This place will not disappoint. Good quality food and reasonable price. No nonsense food!

Recently had a takeaway from here, always freshly cooked and tasty. Good choice for a simple healthy takeaway.

THE best kebab shop. Run by a lovely Turkish family who are always nice and welcoming! Very generous with the portion sizes and the food is always beautifully cooked. Have been going to this kebab shop for around 4 years now and will continue to do so for a very long time!!!

Abra Kebabra is simply a great local kebab shop with staff who can't do enough to help, extremely generous portions and a guaranteed hit every time. Thoroughly recommend. Really good value.

I visit this kebab house once a month for a quick lunch with my teenage son James, who loves it, and have never been disappointed. I'd rather take my son there than down the road to MacDonald's because the food is better quality and the portions bigger !I was also one of their first customers when it first opened and have remained loyal.It is good, fresh food, prepared professionally, and the staff are brilliant. Great value for money too. I highly recommend it. It's not gourmet, but it doesn't pretend to be!! It is what it is.

One of my favourite kebab shops. The food is reasonably priced, tasty and well prepared. The staff are friendly and always ready to serve you, never waited more than a minute to be served. The shop is always spotless. All in all a great spot for a kebab!

There are always more than enough staff to attend to you right away, and very friendly as well. The kebabs are wonderful.

It is ok the staff are friendly and it is clean.we have had many meals here, as our kitchen was being built and problem with builders meant it took over a year to complete.In the lasy year when a cuouple of new staff joined the portions have become smaller......then box is simply not full. i have left this review to see if it was a one off but sadly no. the box full is a good filling meal but no more.on one occasion, the meat was spongy and next day i had a doggy tummy.

Hadn't been here for 10 years or more and was working in the area tried it with 2 work colleagues we was all amazed clean very friendly but more importantly great tasty could have eaten it all again

Love this place, very mouthwatering food, not dripping in fat! Generous portions, reasonably priced. Definitely worth giving this great kebab shop a try
