Abokado in Southwark

This Abokado is right opposite my office so I go in there fairly frequently. Normally get a Poke bowl which is overpriced but adequate. Last Thursday I made the mistake of buying a Salmon Sushi platter. The sushi was pretty average to start with, but I then spent the next 3 days suffering with food poisoning. I tried to contact them online (no phone number available) but their messaging service doesn't work and returns an error.....seems not much they can do properly. Clearly I won't be returning, and beware anyone else who ventures in there.

One of the worst options for lunch in the area, if not the worst - and I do live in the area. High prices for the quality, poke doesn’t resemble poke, fish is not fresh. The staff is rude. AVOID!

I love bagels and was attracted by the sign saying they served breakfast bagels. I was not disappointed. The seeded bagel was deliciously fresh and they serve lovely vegetarian and vegan salads too. Service was fast and friendly and prices average for good quality food in this location. I would call again.

My favourite occasional take-away lunch spot. A great selection of rice and noodle dishes both hot and cold. Fast service; I have found the staff in this branch to be generally helpful. The only negative is that it is overpriced for what you get hence why I only go once or twice a week max.
