Food was great but got told i wrote the wrong number with a mean face.

This company is out of order. They send out a wrong pizza refuse to change it at all and then refuse to give you a refund, the staff are extremely rude. Had to contact just eat myself in the hope something can be done about this bad quality. NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!!!

My Favourite Pizza place been using them for years never fail to deliver brilliant service. Delivery man always friendly and polite. Food 5* as always. 😄

The food is great, however, i would suggest reviewing your delivery guys. Twice now in a row the guy seems to not know where he is going or has the wrong address!

Honestly the pizza was dry and overcooked ,looks more than brown color close to black tiny sauce by the time I received no sauce left dry , I had one slice and put it in the bin

With the sweetcorn and cheese stuffed crust I think u should put the sweetcorn inside the cryst with the cheese instead of ontop of the crust...

The food came nearly an hour late

Pizza was over cooked, wings were over cooked asked for flat wings did not get what I asked for. Fries were oily. Literally felt as if they reheated my dish. Wouldn't be surprised as they did arrive earlier than expected.

I received food late!!! I received not my order!!! (One pizza was different from order, second one have missing ingredient). I do not received dips I paid for!!! Try talk with driver - look's like another problem, language barrier!!! In total very DISAPPOINTED!!!Will not order from them anymore.

TERRIBLE this is about 10 minutes from my house took them 1hr 30mins to deliver... when it arrived food was very basic. They also forgot one of my items and when I asked for it to be delivered they did not want to deliver it and would give me it "next time" there won't be a next time so I asked for a refund instead!

Service good but sent the wrong pizza. We ordered a mighty meaty one and got a meaty one. Was not told if they were out of meatballs. We were all too hungry to bother having it changed.

First of all I wasn't made aware of the price change of their menu so I was unexpectedly overcharged. Also I asked for a BBQ base and got a a very light tomato based pizza. And I paid for sauces and got the wrong ones (which continuously happens). It's not terrible but I feel more attention needs to be paid to orders and general customer service.

Pizza wasn't cut nicely, some slices were really big others were small. Chicken wasn't as spicy n crispy, but it was succulent.

After waiting almost two hours for the delivery, they mixed up my order. Upon notifying the restaurant of the mix up they said they will bring me my food an hour later, by then it would have been past 11pm. Ridiculous.

Food was ok, but the order was all wrong. Instead of two different 10" Pizzas I got two large of different style (spicy which I dont like), Meat Lasagne not delivered, and Chocolate Cake instead of Banoffee Pie. Very poor.

4 stars for food: although the pizza was really nice the side order of jalapeños cream cheese peppers were undercooked, cold and quite unpleasant. 3 stars for delivery: I ordered it for ASAP, was given an estimated delivery time of 45 mins but it arrived 1h 15m after ordering. 1 star for service: I gave the delivery man the correct money according to the just-eat total but was shown a receipt for more money. I showed him my confirmation email with the amount I had given him but he just kept asking me for the extra money. He said he would go and call his manager if I didn't pay and tried to take the food back despite holding my money. I told him to call his manager but I wouldn't be paying more than the total on my order. He didn't come back so I assume his manager honoured the just-eat total. If the prices on just-eat aren't right they need to be updated. I probably won't buy from them again. Even though the pizza was really nice the delivery & money issues were annoying and the side was cold.

Disappointed. Made specific changes to my order but they completely ignored it. No point in calling them as the driver didn't seem to want to stick around and I had to force myself to eat it out of hunger! Better to call and clarify order than be disappointed!!

Ordered a bbq chicken pizza with 4 extra toppings only to receive the pizza with only the 4 toppings I added extra. Couldn't be bothered to ring up and send it back or ask for another one as this one took nearly an hour to be delivered.

I used to love this place and have been using it for about 7 years - it does really good flavoured pizzas - but this is the second time recently they've got my order wrong (wrong pizza this time). It's also the second time I've ordered extra garlic&herb dips and they've sent mayonnaise. Sound minor but it's not what I ordered and paid for. Sadly I don't think I"ll be going back.

recently placed an order through your app to a place called Super Pizza. When the food arrived the pizza had incorrect ingredients on the top, I received pineapple and jalepenos which I did not ask for in the comment box to the restaurant. I called up the pizza shop and explained to them the order was incorrect, they were very rude and suggested "You can just pick it off we are very busy" they then said they could send another an hour and thirty minutes later to which he then changed his mind and said they were too busy to send another pizza to me and I should just pick off my toppings I did not want. Overall it was a terrible customer service and very poor food, not worth the trouble.

Delivery took ages and they gave me the wrong order. Was told they were busy so they could not bring me my correct order. Did not receive my refund either, had to lodge a complaint with just eat of quality of food was atrocious. Could taste that the pizza was frozen and not freshly made.
