Very small shop so difficult to find space to eat seated. The prices are quite high

The fridges in the hall are not working properly. Therefore, the products may not be of good quality. When I contacted the staff, they replied that only one refrigerator was spoilt. They lie. Go away from this cafe if you don't want to get poisoned.

Refused to provide hot or warm water alongside a purchase i made. The water was required so i could mix up medication. Complaint made to head office. Really disappointed. Fortunately, Greggs on the same concourse, helped me.

This is my Monday to Friday Mornig Pret Shop. Love the staff here especially the early morning boys and girls. The service is a good standard. Staff here can work under pressure levels. Some of the staff are rude but not all of them. You will always find odd ones anywhere. Kudos to the female manager. She can handle rude customers professionally. I am a regular 730am to 830am customer. I seen her in action. Occasionally I bring some goodies for them to show them that as a customer I appreciate them all. Unfortunately their coffee machines break easily. I understand it's a very busy shop and very tiny. Keep up the good work!

Wonderful staff this morning just left hospital with only £5 only accepted cards.But gave me complimentary coffee would not even take £5 for tip made my day cheers

I had the worst croissant in this store. It’s stinky and smells very bad. I don’t recommend to have a croissant from pret. This was not the first time, I had the same chocolate croissant from Liverpool street Pret and smells the same.

At the peak time staff prefers talking and smiling to each other rather than doing their job. Duties neglected on daily basis.

I am a regular customer in this branch during last month due to work. On each occasion no matter how busy store is , service is awful. No single Hi, Bye , please or thank you. Staff is talking and smiling to each other but unwelcoming towards guests .Vibes in there are depressing. Subscription it’s a great idea however there is plenty to improve

£5.50 for a very poor Chicken and Avocado sandwich. Standard of food at Pret has hit an all time low and the pricing is frankly ludicrous. Wont be visiting a Pret again.

Coffee watered down to non existence

One of the workers called me a liar and made up stories about me to her colleges. Not hospital. Coffee was awful. Cappuccino more like a lattechino. Can never get the milk right. AVOID!

I paid for a hot chocolate, the staff made two hot chocolates for the customer behind me. Poor service.

just how bad can you try? It’s like the staff are deliberately trying to ignore you having chats with each knowing that every single person in that store is late for a train. It genuinely takes a certain level of ignoring to not serve people at the station. WTAF.

Not good at all and not friendly

Always pop in for my early morning coffee and pain au raisin. Pastries are always fresh and enjoyable and coffee always made well and quickly. Not been disappointed yet. 👍🏻

Always love a lunch here.. I was waiting.on my husband having surgery so walked for lunch as I always enjoy the food. Can't complain about anything other than I wish there had of been more choice whenever I went there.

Decent spot, open till late so nice option if you're working late shifts. I've noticed several times they serve very weak hot drinks. The matcha, chocolate chai and hot chocolate are always very considerably weak. I thought it was maybe an off day but its consistently much weaker than other local branches like they add have the amount of chocolate or mix. Please fix this because when you are used to a certain taste from the drink and it comes out as half the strength in consistency it tastes quite bad because of the different expectation.

Scam prices... Avoid. You literally can't see the real price, because it's shaded by their membership prices or something else. Ridiculous...

Awful service! Should have read all the bad reviews on here before going TBH!! Staff member did not know how to count the change back to a customer (in front of me), he was there for ages trying to figure it out and when a manger came over to help, she even provided the wrong change to the customer. The customer kept stating the right change to give and the staff were not listening, the manager walked away, and the assistant kept trying to hand the wrong change but the customer refused and then he disappeared and the manager came over to open the till and check again and provided the customer the correct change. Meanwhile the que got bigger and bigger. No apologie to the customer was given or a thank you for the service. No apology to me for waiting and the same thing happened to me afterwards, they cannot count change correctly and this wasted my time! How do customer service providers not know how to count? Awful! Then the customer came back and said his coffee was leaking, the assistant just put another cup underneath the broken cup, he said that last still going to leak isn’t it and he said put it in a fresh cup to stop it leaking all together - they cannot even use their indicative! I love pret usually, but will never ever return, terrible group which has let Pret down providing an incompetent service - absolutely terrible! You need to train all of the staff at least to have some standards, this includes the manager who also did not know what she was doing!

I bought 3 hot chocolate from that shop at around 22.35 pm on 17/12/23 Sunday . Staff who served the hot chocolate did not closed the lid properly. My daughter’s hand got burnt! Staff should be trained on health and safety of customers. I should have take medical treatment for my Doughter “s hand now . I was very disappointed about this .

I wait at the queue same as all people and when i reach to counter i said hello and wanted to pay my sandwich and the lady cashier told me to move to make space for the person after me , even 2 times she repeated and very rude,and there was more space than available to other cashier .I felt very unwelcomed and i will Never buy from this shop . Is not first time when customers complain about staff attitude towards us.

Staff tried to charge twice for a wrap. It was so obvious that it's something they routinely do to take advantage of people late in the evenings. Took several minutes of me showing them my Amex app with the pending transaction listed before they acknowledged I had paid. Extremely troubling, please look into staff working in the shop on the evening of 17th Nov 2023.

Everyday this week I have gone to this location, they open at 05:30am, for a coffee before my shift. They’ve told me they’re not open yet at 5:45am. What is the point of listing your opening times as 05:30am If your staff won’t open at that time?? I pay for a full subscription which is pointless if I can’t use it! Will be cancelling and going else where. Your staff are very rude about it too.

Tried to charge me the eat in price instead of the take out price. When I queried this the lady behind the till shrugged her shoulders and said there's only one price.

Lol, not surprised with reviews tbh. Terrible customer service, just went there to confirm the amount that was on a gift card. I recently decided to seek solace from the chilly rain outside by warming up with a steaming bowl of mushroom soup at a local Pret. The inviting aroma that wafted from the kitchen initially filled me with anticipation and excitement. However, as I took my first cautious sip, my hopes for a comforting culinary experience were quickly dashed. The soup's temperature was disappointingly lukewarm, failing to deliver the much-needed warmth I craved on this cold, rainy day. Perhaps this was a result of improper storage or inadequate reheating, but it left me yearning for something more comforting. As for the taste, it was equally disheartening. The mushrooms had an odd, slightly off flavor, which I can only describe as "earthy gone wrong." The delicate balance between creaminess and earthy umami that should have characterized a good mushroom soup was lost, and I found myself grimacing with each spoonful. It appeared that the mushrooms used were not of the freshest quality, possibly contributing to the peculiar taste. Texture-wise, the soup was disappointingly thin and lacked the richness one would expect from a well-made mushroom soup. It lacked the hearty thickness that would have provided the desired comfort and coziness on this gloomy day. Moreover, the soup was under-seasoned, failing to bring out the natural flavors of the mushrooms. A dash of salt and a hint of herbs could have elevated the taste significantly, but instead, I was left with a bland and lackluster experience. In the end, the cold and off-tasting mushroom soup did little to lift my spirits on this dreary day. It lacked the heartiness, warmth, and robust flavor that I associate with a good bowl of mushroom soup. The overall experience was far from satisfying, leaving me with an unfulfilled desire for a truly comforting and flavorsome dish. While I appreciate the ambiance of the cozy cafe and the idea of enjoying mushroom soup on a cold rainy day, I cannot recommend this particular offering. My quest for the perfect mushroom soup will have to continue elsewhere, in the hopes of finding a more delectable and soul-warming experience.

Less than friendly customer service. The tattooed lady with short hair behind the counter was not too friendly. Since I had a 50 note, she told me in not so friendly tone, no change Was not sure if they accepted the exact amount Luckily my friend had the exact change No thank you too after I had said Thank You

Ran in on my way home from an evening out, was quiet and the staff were super cool. Had a brief chat, which is great and something lacking in a coffee house. These deal with more people than probably any other store a day, glad they were still chill enough to put up with my chatty self. Super nice

Used to be my go to in the afternoon, I Went today and the shop is very busy and hot 🥵 I mean hot didn’t even described it with out exaggeration it feels like 45 degree and the staffs are sweating No Aircon !!!!!!! when I ask one of the team told me that it’s been like this since last summer I was shocked 😳 I’m very sorry for the people who are working in this shop with this kind ofenvironment I can imagine how it’s a disaster, I couldn’t even stand for 2 min!!!! NEVER AGAIN🙈

The worst experience I’ve had in a pret ever. I had to battle to get through the door, waited to be served and that went well. I was told to wait by the door for my coffee, they kept on serving people until over 10 people waiting for coffees. 5 minutes later I didn’t have my coffee and so many others served after me got there’s. When asked she asked what I ordered skinny latte. When I got on my train I had been given a cappuccino and later found out was not skinny as my stomach was in such pain all morning/afternoon from severe bloating.

Probably always worst customer service I’ve ever seen in Pret , to make a cup of coffee they need a lot of time , today I did have to cancel my order , was afraid to miss a train , the busiest branch and only one barista is making a coffee , the other day they’ve completely forgot about my order and make me wait over 10 minutes to get it done , in this branch is always something up to, trying to avoid particularly this one, very disappointing with their service , it is understandable that they are busy at all time , but ……

Such a crazy, very badly run shop. Literally the staff in there just stand around talking. Even when there is a big queue, they do not care. Just stand there laughing and talking while you wait in frustration. Don’t believe me check the cameras

asked twice for my order - got it wrong both times

Very rude male that took my order just before 12noon. Customer service was zero and non existent. l placed an order and when the wrong drink came out he insisted it was what l ordered in an aggressive voice. Could not believe the tone of voice very disappointed.

This Pret NEVER opens on time. Its supposed to open at 5:30 (it even says it on the door), but is always around half an hour late to open. How can you just be late opening a shop?!!

Massive fan of Pret but this particular store is very frustrating. They refuse to sell Filter Coffee (didn’t know stores were allowed to amend the standard menu: sort of ruins the franchise) and then take ages to prepare an alternative like Americano. Result - close to missing train several times.

I always try to leave good reviews and it’s the first time that I am actually truly disappointed with a service. I was with my partner who was carrying our 3 year old and we wanted to grab some hot drinks for the train. I hence had to carry three drinks - there were no carrier trays and two staff members as well as their manager refused to give me one of their paper bags so I was able to carry our drinks. I did manage to get one after several No’s and looks that were lightyears away from a decent customer service. Pret should definitely up their game at this store - if a customer needs a bag they need it for a reason and that shouldn’t be treated with multiple refusals by their staff members. Truly truly sad with this level of service. Drinks wise the hot chocolate was ok, but the matcha late I didn’t like much - very thin almost water like and didn’t have that rich velvety consistency I am accustomed to.

I like pret coffee, but 8 out of 10 times the cappuccino is burnt in this store.

Just came for a coffee before 10PM. Both Google and Pret website says shop is opened till 11PM. But what I see? Shop is closed. No coffee.

Female crew are rude and so gross! One wipes her nose with her hand then puts the hand inside customers’ cups:/

Very poorly managed Pret branch! Staff are always tired and the shelves are most of the times empty. Not sure why it’s still open!

No hot section available. The Asian lady with scarf didn’t bother providing with a bag and tissues after I made payment. Instead of serving, she was busy turning her back and chatting, smiling with her coworker. The African lady who was serving in the other counter helped me and I never seen this kind of bad service in any other pret shop.

Watched lady behind the counter cough directly into her hands and not wash them then continue serving, touching the till and customers drinks etc. Basic hygiene training needed.

waited in the morning long time for them to open but they couldn't bother to open they were chatting.. although they saw the ppl waiting outside and it is mentioned open at 5:30 .. waited 14 min for nothing../ next day update, arrived in the station and they took the timerable from the window and when asked when is opened the lady with long black hair said " i don't know.." and then waved with hand to leave.. i'm wondering if ppl who work in general if they don't really like the job jjust change it you dont have to be rude or behave like we are beggers if we came there to shop , in general i noticed in all pret a manger since the subscription happened they all very rude if like everyone owns them something..

Staff are really nice and as is the coffee. The problem is they never seem to have change when I try to pay! The embarrasment of not being able to pay because of their lack of resources is not on. Eventually the manager gave me the coffee on the house. But seriously, sort it out Pret! This has happened a few too many times now.

Love your almond croissants but the team member gentleman chewing and having discussion with his friends behind the counter was the complete opposite of what amazing service I normally receive at all pret’s .. also they aren’t paying attention to the display and I saw a few items stolen … just worth noting

The best coffee ☕️ in town. Whenever I go to the London bridge, I definitely go for a coffee in there. The service is very good. Would definitely come back forever and take my friends too 😉

At 7:20am it was still closed. And this happened more than once to me. What’s the point to pay for subscription if I can’t use it when I need it? Also it is always a chaos there - massive queues and disorganised staff.

Worst pret in London. Forever forgetting drinks or just making the wrong ones. No one knows how to make coffee either.

Went in today and it was chaos. Took ages to get served. I ordered a latte. I was handed an oat latte and then a vanilla latte. When I was offered the vanilla latte I simply said " no". The young women got really angry and started shouting something about " the gentlemen was first". I have no idea what she was talking about. She was in a flustered state of angry chaos. Also not wearing a mask but maybe she us exempt.

Service is way too slow for such a busy location - messy and unhelpful.

Used to be my go to in the mornings but has recently got new staff who are rude and slow and just mess around with each other on the job, not to mention always getting my order wrong. The other day whilst I was waiting for my coffee I was basically shouted at to wait outside. every time I walk past there is a queue out the door, I don’t even bother anymore.

The service here is very hit and miss, which is a real shame because I would have given a five-star review due to the convenient location and speedy coffees in the past. In recent times, I've had the wrong order given to me and also experienced lengthier wait times in two or of five mornings. Hope it gets better and more consistent soon :)

The man here is lovely however, on a separate note they are due to open at 8:30 and a lady walks out so I asked to make sure and she said no we are not open but will be at some point....okay would be nice to know when!? Waste of time

Really friendly staff even in busy times. Polite when asking people to queue and keep a distance. And the lady with the short grey curly hair is lovely! Well stocked for its size.

I was this morning served by Alex, requested a latte and was impressed by the great service, not only that she offered not to charge me, I politely asked why the gesture, it's something I like to today as we are coming to end of week which was her response, not only was she friendly, smiling, looked she enjoyed working at Pret. Just like to say she is a credit to Pret, keep doing what you are doing to create Fans!!!!!!! 😊😊😊👍

Horrible PRET and terrible service. Nothing here is fresh, the sandwiches taste old and stale and the staff are just ridiculous. No one is keen to help and everyone just looks bored of being there. Causes insanely long ques and an extended waiting time. Would definitely not visit again.

I bought sandwich with cheddar which I always buy. It was not fresh at all, it even smelled, bread was bad, tasted also bad. Guys you should improve quality and mark somehow sandwiches which are from yesterday. Super disappointed.
