We had takeaway and was terrible not nice was like slop when it arrived & had missing items we had paid for. Never again

Inedible Mixed Kebab & chips. 2 bites then in the bin. Photo wouldn't load. Enough said but have have 100 words to describe this poison 😕

Food barely hot. Soggy chips. Doughy calzone and pizza Dry chicken wings I would not go back. Very disappointed. Takeaway is meant to be a treat

I was missing part of my order. I tried all night to get in touch with the restaurant but the phone wasn't ringing nothing I tried the next day also. Again with no joy. I will thi k twice about ordering from these again

The pizza was vile it was extremely doughy and just didn’t taste right at all and the garlic mayo smelt funny but the delivery was amazing it was 25 minutes early and the driver was so polite

Terrible food. Couldn’t eat it. Nan bread was rock hard and soaking wet on one edge. Chicken Tikka was tough and dry, onion bhaji was sloppy in the middle and barely any onion. Curry sauce was vile and flavourless. It wobbles like jelly and looked like it was made from powder or something. The potato wedges were bad. One was actually bad. The only thing palatable was the mint sauce. Very disappointing when you are looking forward to a special treat and you get a load of rubbish. Waste of money.

I was having difficulty trying to pay for the food through my card, I rang the takeaway directly and queried whether they had a card machine. The person that answered was very rude and didn’t seem to want to find a solution to the problem. I managed to get cash, the food arrived the delivery driver was moderate, I was appalled by the quality of produce as me and my lovely friend ordered and the wraps may as well been bare... we will definitely not be ordering again really poor, not enough chips to feed a child either don’t order from here

Bland, not great quality, waited a long time for delivery. Had previously and it was ok ish but probably will not use again.

Pizzas was brilliant, cheese sauce was just a creamy coloured liquid with a greasy taste tho, other than that can’t fault the place

Didn’t receive half my order. 2 of my 3 set meals wrong and never answered when called to sort lthis out. It’s a shame because their usually very good but never ordering again.

My order was due at 9.05pm I rang them when it didn't turn up at 9.30pm they said my order wasnt ready and to give them 45 minutes, my order eventually turned up just after 10.30pm, when the food did eventually arrive it was cold and undercooked as it looked like they rushed the order.. never will I order from here again, absolutely shocking food and service. Waste of money and time.

Unfortunately I wasn't a fan of the curry itself, I took a risk with a curry I'd never tried before and the risk did not pay off, however I can say everything else was amazing, will definitely order from here again

Always satisfied with Abby's Diner, I have been ordering from them a couple of years now, about time I laid a comment, I look at star rating when I order from takeaways (especially from just eat) coz I have managed restaurants and know the food industry and have knowledge of food hygiene, this place always gives me fresh donner and chicken which doesn't make me feel bad the next day like all other places do, coz most other places don't have a clue what they are doing, Abbys is reliable, clean, and tasty and the pizzas and garlic breads are great too...oh I forget to mention the tasty southern fried chicken mmmm

Specifically asked for sauces on meals as been missed previously but burger & chips came plain again. Disappointing

Ordered pizza at 2.02am, , delivery confirmed for 3.05am by 3.20am still no food, so when chasing this up through just eat app was told that the delivery time had changed to 3.35am, over 90 minutes for a pizza to be delivered from under 2 miles away and no courtesy message to let me know change of delivery time so went to bed, first and last time I will order from them again.

First time we have ordered. Wasn’t happy with the quality of the food at all. Naan was hard and tasteless. Korma sauce only had a very slight korma taste. Garlic mushrooms were like slop in a tub.

Always rated currys from here until tonight. More grease than anything, hardly any chicken, full tomato not chopped. Then collecting the order from the driver who parked down the road.

Food was early by about 20 minutes which was great; however, the quality of the pizza and chips could have been better. The chicken was alright but I have had better experiences from ordering from here.

I phoned up and specifically asked for a MILD BALTI. The chef said it wasnt a problem. When it came it blew my head off and was UNEDIBLE It went in the bin! Rice was also hard!!!

Everything but the chips and cheese burgers are great I dint want to write this review but twice now they pre cook the cheese burgers then grill them before they come out and they are rubbery as owt chips have gone down the drain how he’s is it to make fresh cheese burgers besides that rest offood is great

Tikka masala was bhuna was over an hour early in the box 7 special there was no chicken tikka and the customer service was diabolical called as they were an hour early so the restaurant said they'd send another order on time then they refused to send anything do not order from here

Took a while for delivery, food was very salty, never had such a salty pizza. It was definitely edible but I think I’ll probably stick to Bella pizza in future.

Pizza too hard on crust not soft enough didn’t enjoy it and normally I love their pizzas really disappointed wedges hard like not cooked properly 😢

Food was lukewarm and bland.There was more of the curry soaked up by the paper bag than there was in the container.Really dissapointed.Will not be ordering anything else from them until the quality of their food has improved(at least the rice and currys)

We've ordered from here loads of times with no issues but last night was disappointing as my son's meal which is a meal number 18 on the menu arrived. The burger was fine but the chips and kebab that comes with it was stone cold so he decided not to eat that part of the meal which was disappointing. My youngest had a wrap and chips and his chips were also cold so were left. Feeling disappointed as all our food has always turned up hot before

Came early but food was poor panini missing 2 out of 4 ingredients, tomatoes used were top bit were stalk goes. Fish bites were hard and rubbery

Part of my order was 2 pizzas. I ordered a 12 inch pepperoni one which was what I got.However I requested a four cheeses 10 inch pizza but instead got a mushroom and ham pizza which I don’t like mushrooms so got wasted.Disappointing,will have to try somewhere the next time I order a takeaway.The delivery driver seemed polite and nice.

Order quite a few times from Abby’s the food is always hot and always very tasty. The delivery staff are really nice nothing is too much trouble. Plenty of choice on the menu. The hardest part is choosing.

Staff are very nice. Food is very nice, rice portions are smaller than i thought it was gonna be but food is banging.

Fantastic fast delivery all food was piping hot wedges to die for was delicious.

Third time ordering from this place and this time was the worst as the food came approximately 30 minutes late. I decided to call them to ask where my food was and the man told me that it will be here in 5 minutes but it turned up 15 minutes later. When the food finally arrived, everything was cold which was disappointing as their food is quite nice. Might be quite some time before I feel like ordering from here again because it felt like it could be worse than having your boyfriend show up to a date late.

Ordered chicken tikka masala first time n it was beautiful, I ordered chicken tikka madras second time wasn't so keen but they were very punctual and first curry was amazing
