Just had there chappal kebabs today.. By far the bestest kebabs in the UK The naans were absolutely amazing too Very clean atmosphere Highly recommended Dont forget to have a cuppa green tea after the meal !

Kabuli pilau are appalling. No meat at all! These lads dont know how to make them. A small tray with dead rice.. tasted like a pot noodle! No daal, no proper salad, should be ashamed of selling this food if they can't make it properly. £7.50 for a tray of dead rice! İt's a rip off. Save yourselves and don't bother going here. Much better places about..

I found the staff member called Demi to be rude she was screaming and having ago at staff on the shop floor which is disgusting and disrespectful towards customers. She was also on her phone doing nothing the store was a complete mess and filthy.

1 John William StreetA staff member had a small accident (dropped a sauce which smashed it happens) the manager then was leaving other guests mid order telling them they he has to go sort this out very loudly, didn't seem bothered if staff member okay just getting In the way The staff member who was managing perfectly fine to clean it up but the manager was making such a drama out of creating a scene. The manager looked like he was going to have a heart attack running around to every station trying to micro manage every team member with every job with his red face surely he should trust his team? . It's not a nice environment both for staff and customers him running around there, wow i couldn't work under him or with him. He seemed to slow things down if anything making a drama be better suited to acting. I mean I even went to grab sauces and he's asking if he can help!. The chips as cold on arrival had to send back maybe instead of running around he shoves an apron on and helps getting food out. The staff was polite and helpfull no issues on that aspect. Update :- our next visit was good different manager on shift everything running smoothly and food good
