when the food came there was items that was cold and had to be re heated

Fries and doner meat very dry. Very little sauce. Sadly bad review because we live just by the corner and it was 25mins late anyway.

Wasn’t an awful kebab but hard to tell when it was freezing cold. Just disappointed because for the time we waited I was expecting a decent kebab.

Food took 80 minutes to be delivered, arrived cold, portions were tiny too. Never again.

The kebab box definitely isn’t worth it hardly and meat on it and the chicken was like chewing a rubber 😮‍💨 Donna was nice well what was there but tiny portion and chips were way over cooked

Ordered food, forgot to put a house number but had the postcode obviously, this is very local for us. Food first of all never shown up, i rang straight after ordering informing that didn’t put a house number said our food was on the way checking what food it was. Good thing we was paying cash! as it never shown up. Shocking service to me. All of our order went through so no online ordering mistakes totally on there half.

Ordered a pizza, chicken burger with chips tonight, The delivery was 10 mins later than they said it would take and when it did get here the whole food items were absolutely FREEZING. We might as well have thrown our money in the BIN. It's not the first time we have had this issue. Once we can understand but not more than that. Totally disappointed with A1. Time to start ordering from elsewhere.

I waited over 1 hour for this pizza, to have it arrive burnt. Not good enough.

My husband ate his chicken kebab in naan bread only to fall ill 2 days later we have just had the results back from a sample he left with our GP and he has accute bacterial infection caused by food poisoning. The test was even able to pin point that it was from chicken

Repeat customer. Ordered on their website today, phoned after an hour and reported order not processed as turned their bookings off, however still taking payments. Informed they are back on and they would deliver. Phoned 15 mins later, no evidence of my order they retook and said they would deliver . An hour later they rang to ask for additional payment before delivering, I declined to pay again and they cancelled order after 2 hours. DO NOT USE

ordered around 5pm , told it would be at 6:05pm attempt ed to call restaurant at 6:15 to find out where food was, phone line was busy, so let just eat app know then received a new time of 6:45 it then arrived at this time, food was cold and southern fried chicken leg was undercooked as meat appeared a little pink, portion size and value for money was good, shame about the wait and the chicken

We order from here all the time but the last delivery was not good chips were cold and burger meal we paid for was missing the most important thing kebab meat which was why my husband wanted it he ended up with a cold thin piece of burger that’s it not good

It's an ok kebab type take away if you're really needing a fix. Not exactly clean or tip top, so take your chances with the hygiene.... Plenty of takeaways like this up and down the country hence 3 stars
