A Dial Curry British Raj in Manchester

Solo tenía una comida para llevar de British Raj, parrilla mixta tandoori, gran servicio, buena comida y buenas porciones, pedido temprano para la entrega cuando abrieron, felizmente relleno 😋

Rushed and not tasting authentic like the week before. Came within 25 minutes and was not like the Indian meal I expected .Spices not cooked so harsh and strong. Been thrown in a pot and threw out .Raj surprise was 1 prawn and load of bits of random meat of not good quality. Bajis were warmed up and tasted old .£28 for un enjoyable meal ...

I have used this takeaway previously and liked it. The last time I ordered I received a pretty tasteless meal. However I then received an email from them saying they are no longer offering loyalty points and I had 30 days to use the £10.80 discount I had accumulated. Two days later I decided to try them again so I could use this discount. It was not available andcwhen I rang them tjey simply told me they did not know what I was talking about. I no longer trust this company. .

My husband was at his mums funeral. Every week for 10 year he has had food from here. Tonight because he had forgot to get the £4.50 from the bank. He ask could they send it and her will pay tomorrow. A young lad said we cant do that absolutely disgusting shame on you.

Cuando llamé para decirles, me dijeron que buscara en la bolsa; todavía faltaba el artículo. Cuando le dijeron sobre la comida fría; "Bueno, puedo enviar más chips". Sí, como si fuera a esperar otra hora y media. No pierdas tu tiempo o dinero. Se necesita algo especial para arruinar un pedido de comida para llevar, pero el Raj británico puede y lo hará. Por favor no les des tu dinero. . . . . . También agregaré que solo tienen una calificación de 1 Star Food Hygine, ¡la más baja que puede obtener antes de cerrar! !

After being a loyal customer of a year and checking my order status of £180 in 60 days I was upset to be sent the wrong order I.e set meal minus sides adding up ttto £5. I contacted the establishment to be asked did I have proof, they. Don't except exchanges on food and there was nothing there was willing to do I even explained kindly it was for 6 children to eat and it would be going in the bin. £40 waisted. How nice is this for customer service having the phone put down by the manager. Will never order again from here oh and it's now 5hrs later still eating for my sides to be re delivered lol xxx all I can say is don't waiste ur time there's Mumbai spice a few doors up amazing customer service xx

Ordered a king puri (king prawns were non existent), it was stone cold aswell as the kebabs and onion bhaji's overcooked overall waste of money staff rude. Dont bother ordering from here.

Great service very fast delivery, me and my partner ordered different kebabs both tasted lovely and were hot on arrival. Great little takeaway well worth placing an order!!!!

Ordered a chicken & lamb tikka on nan. Came with 8 pieces of meat and a tasteless sauce of questionable consistency. 75 pence per chunk of meat. Terrible, wish i could give it 0 stars.

We have just started ordering from here after the last takeaway we had seemed to have changed chef! The food here was delicious and good value as well.

We had a Donner kebab, I thought they had forgotten the meat!! We did previously use the Raj but the past few times have been so bad we decided never to go there again.

Have been using Raj for the last 5 years and never had a bad meal. Great selection, always on time and always very hot and of very good quality.

Always order from here most weeks curry’s kebabs and tandoori chicken always fresh and hot delivery spot on can not fault

Just ordered a curry from british raj with a delivery time of 30 minutes. Called shop after 40 minutes to be told on the way. At 60, 70 and 80 minutes my calls were ignored. We live local but could not drive to the shop in case we missed the driver. On delivery at 90 minutes no apology just the driver telling me they were very busy. Tell the customer the truth when ordering and let them decide if they want to wait instead of accepting the card payment and then forgetting about them. NEVER AGAIN!

Food here is an absolute waste of money,deeply disappointed,food stone cold,was not fresh at all,rang up to complain and the attitude of the person on phone was as if they couldn't care less,I know weekends are busy,but sending out sub standard food is a joke,the quality of food and customer service need to drastically change. Completely ruined a family night together with my children. Sorry for this bad review but this is an open and honest opinion

I finished work late so ordered my partner and I a take out from here which he loves it usually from here. I got my seekh kebab and it was raw... See photo. I called restaurant asked for manager and was told he left at 9. The guy spoke to other staff in a low voice and his colleague said well it's late.... I was then told to just take pics and throw the meal which I'm not stupid I haven't I'll be taking it back. Aparently his manager will give me the same meal tomorrow for free... I do not want nothing again from here.!! Be careful from this place. FSA WILL BE NOTIFIED ON MONDAY!! and no I will not throw it FSA can come and see what you sent me. Absolutely disgusting. I feel sorry for your customers who work late!

Best kebab and tandoori grill takeaway in Manchester IMHO. Consistently good, well cookled and fresh kebabs, great salad and sauces.
