Little food for the price.. Ordered a biriani and just got a small tub of oily sauce with the rice. Won't be having a take away from there again.

We visited here as a family expecting an authentic Indian food, trust me we were not disappointed at all. Food was outstanding, every dish we had was prepared with love and care as such it tasted so good and we wanted to order every dish from the menu. Added bonus to this is the service. Nothing was too much for the 7H Spices front of house team. Pothi Raj manager/owner of the restaurant was so humble and reached out to every table ensuring customers satisfaction and that was very warm to see. Overall, excellent food, service and we will certainly be visiting again and again!

Placed order via uber eats, waited for an hour. When contacted to get an update on the order ,I have been told that order was cancelled.

Our boy had his first proper curry tonight. Tasty food, arrived on time, decent price. What more can you ask for? Perfect.

Bailing out of a second meal at the very mediocre place I was staying for a second night I searched desperately for an authentic looking Indian restaurant nearby. Seeing pictures of Pani Puri and Dosa at 7H I decided to book a table and was very pleased that I did! Other then the standard ‘British’ curry offerings, many of the other items on the menu were not familiar to me and so I asked the owner to provide my Dutch college and I with a meal of his own making. This turned out to be a wonderful mini tasting experience of some very delicious Southern Indian cuisine, all of which was thoroughly delicious!! As I live 3 hours away, 7H is unlikely to become a regular haunt of mine, but anytime I am in the area again, I will be sure to visit!!!

Great South Indian food. Fantastic service and amazing selection of dishes on the menu, including vegan and gluten free choices. Very pleased with the quality and taste of dishes ordered (dosa and Chennai chicken). Will definitely return.

I usually go for an Indian in Leicester, and if you know your curries you’ll know Leicester is the spot but this place might’ve just topped that! Great food, great flavour, great place! Will be my next go to restaurant for sure and a variety of dishes from all around India, specialising in the tasty South Indian cuisine!

Super food, just a bit ‘special’ being South Indian. This is our 2nd visit.., but certainly not our last. The staff were very friendly and helpful. So all in all a great experience… highly recommended.

Wish I could give these guys more than 5 stars! This is an amazing south Indian restaurant in Hinckley! Every single dish served were cooked to perfection and tasted authentic. Prices were way too reasonable. A good selection of drinks available on the bar too. Very polite and friendly team of people along with Raj and I highly recommend the place if you're looking for a mouth watering Indian curry!

Came here to celebrate my Hubby's birthday. I am so glad we chose to come here. The food was amazing really enjoyed and they brought a complimentary starter for us all to share , which was a lovely touch! Staff were really attentive and service was great! Thank you very much and we will definitely be back!!

We came here for the first time and we enjoyed our night. The service was good. We had a complimentary dish before our quick bites and starters. The dosa was nice, light and crispy. The kerala fish curry was good, maybe slightly more spicy than I thought it would be. They checked a few times to make sure we were OK and the food was ok. The tables were quite far apart from each other so you don't feel too cramped.

Fantastic indian restaurant, unfortunately being indian I think my standards are a little high, hence 4 and not 5. However, the food was delicious, the staff were welcoming and assertive great night out Edit: Some time has passed since the review above. Things have declined terribly. I have a Nut allergy which I informed the waiter, he seemed very confused and unsure as to what I was saying. My starter arrived and the waiter informed me he was unsure about nuts as it was imported from another kitchen. Then my main course arrived, I was seconds from taking a bite when the waiter informed me that there was DEFINITELY nuts in my meal. The words 'you should have informed us before ordering the mains' was awkwardly muttered from the waiter. Must I keep reminding the team of my allergies or each course? Complete lack of competence. The menu needs an upgrade with allergens.

We visited today for Father's Day, as my dad and his wife have raved about 7H Spices for ages. And as it turns out, understandably so! The food, service and value for money was outstanding, we were so well taken care of and the food was incredible. I haven't had much experience of south indian food, but the variety and taste was wonderful. I'm not vegetarian myself, but I can highly recommend for vegetarians, the selection is very wide and not just a few token items.

Thought we would try as hadn't been before. And we weren't disappointed! Had a really delicious meal tonight, poppadums with delicious pickles. Followed by a chicken korma and chicken jalfrezi, mushroom rice, saag aloo, along with a vegetable dosa. The service was excellent, friendly and courteous🙂There was a good wine choice too. Couldn't fault it, was superb and can highly recommend. We will be back soon 🙂

Absolutely superb food I cannot recommend highly enough. A vast menu covering your traditional curry but also real South Indian cuisine . Freshly prepared and with such depth and flavour and staff so friendly our family could not of asked for better . We will be back.

THIS IS MY FAVOURITE INDIAN RESTAURANT IN THE WORLD. This food is different to the standard UK Indian, this feels more like home cooked Indian food and we all find it easier to digest, I assume because they don't use cheap vegetable oil. Lovely people, the prices are competitive despite the quality being higher than the norm. My daughter orders korma but its nothing like the bland korma you normally get, even I would order a korma here. The breads are varied and amazing. We visit regularly and will continue to do so. If youre looking for authentic south indian food then you will like it here.

Visited with friends on a Saturday night. The food was amazing. Love Indian food and this restaurant is in a league of its own. You can tell the dishes are all made from scratch. All of us left very full and happy. Would highly recommend.

I eat here most weeks and they never disappoint. I try different meals and so far Saag chicken is my favorite, but every meal is delicious. Having tried other local currry options, I continue to be very convinced that 7H Spices is the best around.

Fantastic food but shame about the service. Ordered takeaway for delivery was over one hour late after confirmed arrival time and missing food when it finally arrived. Not the service you would expect after spending best part of £100 and want repeat custom!

The rogan josh was nothing like rogan josh, very very hot and not tomato based at all hardly any meat in it, keema nan didn't have meat going through it just bits in places, overall disappointed and hungry

My new favourite place for curry in Hinckley. Not a traditional British curry house as it's South Indian cuisine, but it feels very authentic, with delicious spice blends and flavours. Great for vegetarians and good value. Can't recommend enough 🙏

My sea bass is Amazing, very tasty.

After initially loving 7H spices we had a couple of bad takeaways from there and was put off. We thought we’d give it another go tonight. What a disappointment! Ridiculously expensive, average curry and a keema naan with no visible keema. Never again!

An ordinary south Indian food. I ordered Prantha assuming it will be in shape of bread but revealed it was crushed chopped in the curry hence it becomes soggy. No crispy prantha at all.
