7 Days Pizza And Chicken in Southampton

I love this shop, and honestly the milkshakes Absolutly Exquisite

I visited this place on May 5 with my kids and found it busy, so I just queued up to place my order. When I reached the counter, I placed my order and asked the staff to clean the table, but I was surprised as he gave me a few tissues and asked me to clean for yourself as he is busy taking orders and others are in the kitchen or wait till he is done. As a customer, I deserve a clean and comfortable dining environment, especially when dining with family. It's understandable that restaurants can get busy, but maintaining cleanliness should still be a priority. Now let's talk about the food. I ordered 1 pizza, but they gave me 2 pizzas (of course they charged for 2), but it's not a big issue. The pizza was good; two chicken burgers were acceptable; strips were overcooked; and fries were horrible. It seems like overused fryer oil, which gives a bitter sort of burned, metallic, or chemical taste. I hope they will take my review seriously, but I will never recommend anyone for dining. I am new to this country and am exploring Halal food outlets, and it's a big disappointment with service quality.

Charged £18.00 for 2 chicken meals that were cold and tasted like the chicken was left to dry out as could taste the dirty oil in it. How can you serve food like that? That was first and last time I'm going back there never again. Absolute cowboys trying to cook.

HIGHLY recommend the Juicy Lucy burger. Meat cooked well, not dry or overcooked. The stringy cheese in-between the patties 🤤 best Juicy Lucy I have tried. Slow service but worth the wait for thT burger.

I don't really write google reviews but got annoyed tbh, it was busy, ordered a small pizza and ordered before everyone else, somehow waited 30 minutes, despite everyone else being served, kept getting given times again and again, waiting longer and longer, and was given chips even though i had wedges? & a warm drink as compensation. food wasn't bad just long waiting times and everyone after me already got their food. probably won't go again.

Excellent place for regular takeaways. Decent quality food, clean shop and good service. Can get busy but staff always polite. Portion sizes are good and nice selection of drinks. Great value. Highly recommended!

Really good food but they take long time

Visited on a whim as we were shopping in the area. Lovely halal food, good decent sized portions of chicken and chips which we got. It was very busy for 8pm on a Sunday when we went and we waited for 20 minutes for our food, but the staff were very friendly and let us know how long our food would take. We ordered on the machine near the entrance which only takes card. Small area for sitting.

Awful. They will give you the wrong food and won’t care that you’ve been fasting all day and now have to eat someone else’s order who is also in the same boat. Miserable staff and very incompetent and inconsiderate. Food isn’t that great either

Hello. I am visiting Southampton and a wonderful friendly person at the mosque invited me to the shop to try the food. I’ve tried pizzas, delicious. I tried the chicken and rice, delicious…….and this was for lunch, and I took some for my customers, who enjoyed the pizza. I I then visited again and ordered a mango milkshake and what can I say it’s one of the best mango milkshake so we can taste the mango but it’s not overpowering. The food is so good that I am taking some back for my family and friends The staff are friendly and helpful and would highly recommend

My kids love the food from here, and will insist I buy their Pizzas from 7 Days. The staff are always friendly and welcoming and chat whilst we’re waiting. It’s always busy as the local community clearly agree with us. Well-priced, and ‘service with a smile’ - would highly recommend it if you’re looking for take-out. Service has really gone down lately. My family and I used to go regularly but now the staff are smart arses in their comments, VERY slow at dinner time and full of flies!! Still cheap. But used to be good.HMMMM

I had to change my review of this company as many things has changed, they now take nearly 30 minutes for simple order and even after that gives you wrong food always, you ask for a sidebreast they will give you wing part of the chicken. Their wings also turned horrible now a days, it looks like they are getting the lowest quality wings from some supplier. Terrible service as well, before they used to give free sauce, now they even charge for that with these terrible products

This place offers a £1.99 meal that consists of a chicken steak burger, fries, and a drink. Whilst it may not be of the highest quality, the price can not be beaten.

Food is fresh, reasonably priced. Chips are amazing hot, especially the cheesy chips. If you eat in, choice of sauce is free. A few seats often busy but lovely place to eat. Very clean. Staff are polite. There pizzas are huge and well worth every penny. I prefer to eat in here than have it delivered!

Good value deals can be found on their menu. Standard were good when they first opened but has slipped since which can cause a decline in their food. Overall good place if you want a quick and cheap meal.

Only good thing was the price and deals they have on. Wings were super oily fried chicken ultra petite, pizza not so good either. They are busy only as they have bellow average prices for Southampton area similar to London's prices without there quality. Sorry but its true. Far far over rated.

Worst customer service experience. When you call and place order over the phone and when you reach shop they decline they haven't received the order. You guys need to fixed your service. I can see huge downfall into this.
