i come here for lunch every single day, always busy But line goes quickly, amazing customer service, very friendly, food comes within 5-10 minutes, clean delicous and cheap food, highly reccomend

Very poor costumer service. Very poor about taking instructions for order. I had very bad experience with them twice First about 5 months ego I ordered their buy 1 get 1 pizza extra large 2 different flavours when I give them order over the phone I mentioned that please don’t put any beef on any pizza but when it arrived there was beef on 7 days special pizza and I was really embarrassed in front of my friends but still I let it go because I liked their food. 2nd today I visit 7days and ordered 7days burger meal and give clear instructions to the counter stuff to cut my burger into half before serve me but when other guy served me the food I saw the burger was not cut so I requested the other stuff to cut my burger he took it and cut but it wasn’t properly cut it was cut from the top only and when started eat it was messed and I had to eat like I am eating rice !!!!! So I ask the counter stuff to call the guy who took my order he called him and I told the guy when I ordered I give you instructions to cut my burger so why didn’t you??? (He rudely said what’s the problem what you want ?? You want another burger??) I said no you should follow instruction when taking orders from customer Then he asked me again if I want another burger or not and it was really embarrassing that how stuff behaving with costumers, it’s not always about giving compulsory food and I am really disappointed.he didn’t even apologise for his mistake and the other stuff was witness of this and did nothing. what ever happened today I am not going to visit this restaurant again. I will advise Other customers to beware of their behaviour.. And food and safety authorities should review this restaurant asap!

Delivery driver also had the nerve to keep pushing me to give him a "like" before handing the food over in the doorway.i understand you get "blamed" for uber but maybe use another company if thats the issue. Recently ordered pizza & shake from 7 days.. While there is a waiting area in the restaurant. U sure can even have the food there itself. I cant say the pizza was the best I have ever had but certainly it was among the good ones. The taste, the cheese and right amount of toppings. A must try is the shake. The standout here was definitely the management staff. They were excellent in terms of customer service, going above and beyond to ensure everyone is satisfied. This is the only fact which makes them different from the several restaurants in Southampton.

The best pizza was Thandoori hot and Pepperoni lover. Their Oreo milkshake are very good! Highly recommend this place.

I went to the shop for food. The prices are very good compared to other places. The strawberry milkshake is just amazing. I highly recommend their burgers and milkshakes if you are new. Also, the customer service is very friendly.

The pizza I ordered was chicken hot, IT was disgusting, IT was full of cheese which is not good. The pizza bread was so thin and flat they put lot of cheese to make pizza big. The chicken wings were not tasty at all I dont know why it smells like cinna cinnamon. And the fries were very soggy. I never want to order from 7 days pizza.

The AI images you use on your menu are off-putting, unappetizing and rather unnerving. And stop calling your chicken sandwiches "burgers" just because of the bread they're served on. The type of bread used, does not a burger make.

This place uses AI-generated images in their advertising that set unrealistic expectations for their food. The pictures promise a high-quality meal, but the actual offerings fall far short of these objectively ugly visuals. This gross display of false advertising is deplorable and unacceptable. If they can't be bothered to supply decent food photographs, I couldn't be bothered to actually write a review, so you can thank chat GPT for this entire thing.

I visited this place on May 5 with my kids and found it busy, so I just queued up to place my order. When I reached the counter, I placed my order and asked the staff to clean the table, but I was surprised as he gave me a few tissues and asked me to clean for yourself as he is busy taking orders and others are in the kitchen or wait till he is done. As a customer, I deserve a clean and comfortable dining environment, especially when dining with family. It's understandable that restaurants can get busy, but maintaining cleanliness should still be a priority. Now let's talk about the food. I ordered 1 pizza, but they gave me 2 pizzas (of course they charged for 2), but it's not a big issue. The pizza was good; two chicken burgers were acceptable; strips were overcooked; and fries were horrible. It seems like overused fryer oil, which gives a bitter sort of burned, metallic, or chemical taste. I hope they will take my review seriously, but I will never recommend anyone for dining. I am new to this country and am exploring Halal food outlets, and it's a big disappointment with service quality.

Charged £18.00 for 2 chicken meals that were cold and tasted like the chicken was left to dry out as could taste the dirty oil in it. How can you serve food like that? That was first and last time I'm going back there never again. Absolute cowboys trying to cook.

I don't really write google reviews but got annoyed tbh, it was busy, ordered a small pizza and ordered before everyone else, somehow waited 30 minutes, despite everyone else being served, kept getting given times again and again, waiting longer and longer, and was given chips even though i had wedges? & a warm drink as compensation. food wasn't bad just long waiting times and everyone after me already got their food. probably won't go again.
