We visited to take abreak from our walk around Glasgow. This a very large bar, very comforatble and pleasing to the eye Service is fun and friendly We had a couple of cocktails each with olives and bar snacks The cocktails were great We really enjoyed the experience

Really fantastic food selection from great steaks, fishcakes, salads were all generous portions. Loved the fab atmosphere on a very sunny and busy Saturday, toilets spotless. The staff accommodated our drinks table outside in the sun, and helped us move inside when food arrived. Way better than anything else we’ve had in Glasgow recently. But expensive!

Used to do the best bloody Marys in the city but suddenly changed them removing the celery and putting a large chilli in instead, now very hot! Unfortunately the one I had was undrinkable and I felt my money was wasted, I hope they change them back.

This place was brought to my attention when my friend took me here for a drink after lunch somewhere else. On reviewing the menu later, I noticed it did a New York Strip Steak, which is quite hard to come by in Glasgow. The prawn starter is genuinely the tastiest gambas pil pil/picante that I've had in any restaurant, ever. We both had steaks - my husband had the New York Strip and I had the fillet. Both were amazing. We enjoyed it so much that we've already booked to go back.

Popped in for coffee, took a huge amount of time to arrive. Crockery and coffee itself was very nice however the price of it was ridiculous and I got service charged 12.5% for two coffees. If I was in for food and cocktails I totally get it but a couple of coffees? Common sense should prevail!

Great steaks, great drinks and great atmosphere all served up with great service. Love it.

We had an itison voucher for a Sunday dinner and this place didn’t disappoint! Service was great, drinks were lovely and the food was first class. The toilets were down stairs and really clean which I always think sets some places above others. Highly recommend👏

Get the Garlic Ciabatta. That’s all I have to say….

Food was really good. Cocktail ( Chelsea berry) had too much crushed ice and berries in it so couldn't actually drink it. Atmosphere was nice but given it is a little off the main thoroughfare, it was quieter than expected.

Went for dinner and drinks, this was our first visit and we were not disappointed food , service and ambiance 10/10. The menu had such a range of choice. Definitely would recommend x

Such a gorgeous place for a meal or just drinks, great portion sizes and the food is delicious.

Venue looks lovely, really nice setup. Went with work so table of 10+, on a Tuesday evening so not busy. Drinks order taken quickly and received, food order taken but delivery chaotic at best - some people's starter didn't arrive till others had finished and same happened with mains. Opted not to stay for dessert, by this point we'd been in there 2hrs. Food was nice but they didn't seem able to coordinate a larger groups orders.

Caitlin was our waitress and was lovely. We were out for an early Mother’s Day and our service made the night. Highly recommend

We visited here as a family at the weekend for some lunch. Firstly, the food was lovely and the cocktails too. We have a severely autistic son who’s 8 and he finds eating out a challenge. He was sat quietly at the table (making no noise!) on the sofa and his toe was touching the underside of the table the way he was sitting on the sofa. He finds sitting upright difficult and likes his knees at his chest. The waitress asked us to remove his foot from the table. Despite it being a tiny part of his toe we obliged and said nothing. When she came back I apologised again and explained he was severely autistic and that eating out was a challenge for him. I said I appreciated that the table would need extra cleaning and to my horror she said ‘it’s not about that it’s about how it looks to other guests!’ This was the point that I became so upset as there was no compassion or care, infact she was downright rude. We were also customers - and paid almost £100 for our lunch! No one around us could even see his toe! It was basically under the table! I approached the manager who smoothed over the situation and tried to assure me they were inclusive of folk with disabilities. It certainly put me off. We noted no service charge was applied but no one actually said ‘we’ve taken this off’ It’s super interesting as we holiday regularly at a certain 5 star hotel in Auchterarder and never ever has my autistic son been pulled up on how he is sat at a table! It’s a shame the food was nice but this particular waitress needs some extra training on diversity and inclusion! The manager did apologise on her behalf, it’s just a pity she wasn’t asked to come and apologise too.

Popped in for the last drink before our train home and the service was amazing! Cathy the mixologist was incredible and found us the perfect cocktail to finish a good night. Atmosphere was great, we sat at the bar and had the pleasure of meeting and chatting with a freshly off duty chef also. Great times. Highly recommend, will be back to try the food!

I had lunch here by myself, it was a lovely experience in a beautifully decorated place. The staff were amazing from the moment I arrived making this solo diner feel completely comfortable, the lychee mojito was recommended after the very knowledgeable staff member helped me decide what I was looking for it was delicious and refreshing, the food was so tasty the heritage tomatoes and saffron risotto were divine ... And I left with my espresso chocolate truffles boxed for me ,an absolute treat of a lunch , going back with friends as it's perfect for a cocktail lunch with pals ,would be lovely for date night too .

Excellent management from David. I had mistakenly booked at the London shop months before a big family lunch. When I called to adjust the numbers they obviously did not have the booking but this was not an issue and they made us very welcome. The service was great, patient and friendly and the food was delicious and very good value. Well done guys.

Outstanding Sunday roast lunch yesterday, food was excellent, plenty of it and the best quality. No supplements charged for blade of sirloin on our amazing itison deal (3 courses, coffee and a bottle of wine for two for £55). Service by our server Myla was exceptional. Can't wait to go back again.

What a fabulous place! My friend and I met for dinner last night and were so impressed! Not only was the food outstanding, but the service was super efficient and friendly. Cocktails were top class and with so much care and attention. We found everything reasonably priced too. The atmosphere was so lively and it made us start to feel Christmassy! Absolutely fantastic place to visit, ambient atmosphere and the music is not too loud so you can talk to your companions without yelling. Attentive and friendly staff, great beer and wine... We've not tried the food yet, but we're going to be back and have some...and I'm sure it will be just as amazing as everything else about this restaurant.

Love this place great atmosphere fast service lovely cocktails tasty food and decent pricing plus the interior is beautiful been a couples times and will be back. Deserves more than its current rating in my opinion :)

I have never left a tripadvisor review before but thoroughly believe this is warranted. I was in 63rd + 1st for an event on Tuesday and given that I was not there with friends I was, to say the least, slightly nervous and therefore in desperate need of a drink. I was served by a young girl by the name of Sarah I believe? She informed me rather sheepishly that it was her first day and should I have any questions if I could provide her an extra minute to ensure that my needs were met appropriately given that she was not as familiar with everything as some of the rest of the staff. I hope this isn’t offensive to the other (fantastic) staff but had she not told me it was her first day I would have sworn she had been there for years. Sarah was friendly, attentive and incredibly professional. Some of the best service I have received in a long time and some very very nice cocktails. Drinks were a little on the pricey side but worth it. Thank you very much for kicking off a very wonderful night - will definitely be back

Great atmosphere, food was superb, central location close to central station. Service was first class. We had a gluten free person in our group, great care and attention was given to this, manager was all over it and an off the menu dessert was offered, all the food tasted amazing good gluten free delicious choices. Keep up the great work, you got this 63rd and 1st.

Great food, great service but music was far too loud. Asked waiter if he could have it turned down and it was a little however not long after that, it was cranked up even more. Ridiculous for a restaurant. Decision needs to be made as to whether the venue is a bar or a restaurant. After our meal we left for another bar and were not the only ones to do so.

This was our first visit here and we were very impressed. Food was very tasty and well presented. The menu is varied with something for everyone. We will definetely return. Recommended.

Great place for a few drinks, although music was at "club" volume so difficult to sit and have a decent chat....

We got charged £42.99 for a bottle of Rekorderlig cider and 3 small glasses of wine , weren’t offered a receipt by the brunette waitress at 7.30pm on Sunday 3rd while sitting at an outside table for 4, a lot more than the advertised or expected cost , so not impressed … area has one of highest carbon monoxide counts …menu looked limited so we left .., was quiet ..

We were actually drawn inside by the decor that we could see from outside. It’s really nice inside and hide nice vibe music. It was early afternoon so there was only one other table in use when we went in. The staff were friendly and attentive. We went for the two courses for £20 deal, I had a pint of their house beer which is lovely and my partner had a glass of Merlot. I had the 63rd and 1st Burger and my partner had the fish cake. Burger was delicious as was the fish cake. I’d say it would be on the expensive side if you didn’t make use of the lunch deal we got. Overall, lovely food and nice atmosphere.

The place is very nice and the decor catches your eye on arrival. The service I thought waiting ove3r 10 mins to be offered a drink was a bit slow. Now to the food - we had a shared started that was nice but really greasy and overdone in oil. The main course of a burger and chicken framgiano were at best average. The cost of said average meals are not cheap for what you are getting.. I wont be rushing back.

Came here for hen night drinks, there was plenty of us there but they were so fast with bringing out our drinks and put up with our hen night nonsense! Great team and great atmosphere, would highly recommend!

A service charge for serving us 4 drinks and the second round even though the place was empty I had to go to the bar to ask for the drink. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING. Annoyed me for the rest of the day

Très bon souvenir : Cadre sympathique, un apéritif sans alcool très bon, une viande excellente ainsi que les frites qui allaient avec et un beurre garlic (supplément de mémoire). De mémoire j'avais pris : le 8 oz filet steack, avec frites et supplément beurre garlic, en dessert le cheese cake, avec l'appértif j'en, avait eu pour un peu plus de 50£. Personnel également très gentil Je recommande vraiment ce restaurant. Il en existe 2 dont un à Glasgow, ils ont un site internet.

Popped in for a nice relaxing drink and to meet family. Greeted with a smile and taken to a table. Great service and a great atmosphere. Only had drinks, so no food. Please give it a try.

Good service and range of cocktails but not the cheapest place

Eat here for the first time tonight and it will not be the last. Great atmosphere, really tasty and well presented dishes. Staff were so polite and helpful. Our only gripe were the deserts £6.75 for there small balls of ice cream approx. 1 inch in diameter was a bit of a rip off. The chicken lollipop and escalope starters were great as was the 12oz steak and beef noodle salad were excellent. We’ve tried many other “top” restaurants in Glasgow and this was beats most of those. Definitely recommend booking.

Fantastic service and great food. We arrived hungry and tired, and were kindly greeted by a friendly and patient waiter. While we waited for our food, we noticed the lovely ambiance the restaurant had. We ordered two Manhattan burgers which were great, although we thought the meat could have used some more seasoning and the chile mayo could have been a tad spicier. The prices were reasonable for downtown Glasgow. Overall a great experience!

Lovely place it was pouring with rain when I arrived so was quiet staff very helpful and food really lovely I had a cocktail which was very nice helped me sleep.

We were here for a private party , very nice inside , modern & clean decor throughout. The food was nice , we only had buffet items, but they were tasty. Staff were friendly and helpful, very efficient. Toilets were clean also.

The interior of the place is beautiful and the food was nice enough. There was a confusion with being charged twice which i felt was not handled well, the cocktails where not great i had an espresso martini and i would definitely stay away from that on the menu. The service was also very slow, no communication between servers potentially under staffed as the team where not great about the payment issue either. We where out for a celebration and to be honest i felt a little embarrassed that i had choose this place. The atmosphere was nice maybe a nice place to go after work when it’s sunny outside just for a chill one but definitely not a special occasion.

Popped in on a busy Saturday night, managed to get a seat by the bar. Cocktails quite expensive for what you get. Nice bar, decor and plenty bar staff.

Lost our reservation. Tiny pirtions of food and infact one of the Sunday roasts ordered was a slice of fat. Expensive for the little food produced.

We have organized our corporate drinks in this place. The reservation process was smooth and hassle free. The attendant was super nice, polite, and friendly. The ambiance is the MSP for this place. Plenty of space and larger groups can have their own gathering sort without disturbing other parties. The seating arrangement was decent and comfortable. The food (finger food mainly and pizza) we tried was good, I love the breaded rolls we had there. The pizza could have been better in texture and structure; it was bit soft, especially if you prefer thin and crispy.

I will start with a positive as the Sunday Roast was in itself good and surroundings pleasant. We had gone to try this specifically as there was a 20% discount on the roast advertised in Scottish Hone magazine. On a quiet sunday afternoon we booked by phone and advised we were using voucher as instructed. When we arrived we were seated then moved as the table was"reserved" place was 3/4 empty. And this one specific table was reserved!!!...we were given menu with Sunday Roast on and ordered. When the bill came we offered the voucher but told we had ordered off the wrong menu and should have checked the terms and conditions. Chris the general manager would not consider the establishment t had any responsibility to the customer to at least point out that offers were subject to certain menus, down to us it seems. Very poor customer service and would not recommend, very expensive frankly for what you get.

Quality of cocktails can vary depending on your bartender. Food is alright and not big enough portions. I love the atmosphere and the vibe!

Two course Sunday roast was amazing

Loved the vibe decor a food/drinks. New York style street food. Good for catching up and having a nice brunch. They make mean Bloody Mary which I loved!

Cool New York inspired restaurant/bar, with a heavy focus on the bar part. Loads of booths and nice seating for a night out with friends, and plenty of fun cocktails too. We went for our anniversary dinner and we were treated like royalty. Food was amazing and drinks were great.

Getting old, it is a restaurant, music too loud to hear your company speak unless they shouted, food was very average and service was okay. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Especially with such a wide variety of choices in Glasgow.

Very nice place for drinks and food

Absolutely amazing food and probably one of the best steaks I have ever had. The woman who served us (didn't catch the name, but had amazing black and green hair) was amazing. Kept checking up on us, making small talk and telling jokes throughout the night. The menu is a bit pricey, but the drinks are well worth the price - especially the watermelon cocktail.

So happy about this place we were in a rush and they were able to push our food through quickly

Only came here for a drink but it was fine…just fine. Very quiet for a Friday night. The drink was good but overpriced. The decor is lovely and the service was overly keen - asked three times in a row if we wanted to order a drink, after our order. Server taking our payment at the end wanted to stand s chat for ages…we didn’t. Wouldn’t rush back.

We stopped in for a couple of cocktails. The service was good and the place looked very nice. The cocktails were great but shouldn't mean the prices should be so high. I would visit again though
