I was really disappointed with the cookie dough it lacked flavor, had a strange texture, and was nothing like what I expected. For a place that specializes in desserts, I thought the quality would be much better. Definitely not worth the price, and I won’t be returning again.

We went to Creams to get some ice cream after our meal out. Service was a bit slow and was amazed that they charge extra 50p if you want ice cream in a cone and an extra £1 if you want sprinkles - also the questions directed at my kids who just thought it would be included...! (Understandably in my opinion!) Ice cream scoop is £3, but with sprinkles and a cone this jumps to £4.50...! Ice cream itself was OK, not the best we have had so far this summer...

Having had Gelato in Italy what they serve here isn't up to much it has way too much sugar and not enough flavour and the milkshake was just naff

If you are an adult aged 30 and over , Plz run miles away from this place .. the deserts here have no flavour other than just sugar ,sugar and more sugar …… plz guys you are at a prime location and have a lot of footfall in this place …you have to work on your recipes and drinks … just pouring cans of sugar and caramel and cookies chips / chocolate shavings on top of everything doesn’t necessarily make it tasty … And yes this place is quite pricy for the quality you get … I hope these guys do well and work on their service and recipes but I am over and out… this place is not for me …

I did not receive my delivery order after waiting 1 hour 20mins. I tried calling the number on Google and it is an incorrect number. I’m not usually someone who complains, however, this is the third time this has happened with this restaurant.

Been a regular customer for the past few months. Never disappointed even for a single time. The service and food quality was always consistent. The service was quick and efficient. The shakes are a must try.

It's usually very good never have a bad thing to say but last week I bought me and my mum a treat and I payed for it all came on the recipt and we got the utensils but not her food trued calling got no where as they didn't answer chatted to a robot and they didn't answer either it's better to just go in but as I have covid right now I can't fo out so would've been nice to have the food we ordered and paid for

Premium cookie dough - 5/10 too much going on, milk, white and triple chocolate cookie dough with crushed Oreos and ferrero rocher, ores ice cream and vanilla.

Worst service ever ! It’s been more than one and half hours since I placed the order and they don’t even pick up the phone .

Despite giving this dessert café a second chance, I was met with disappointment. We discovered a hair in our waffle, a concerning lapse in hygiene standards. What compounded the issue was the initial reaction from the staff, which was dismissive at best. Efforts to address the matter were met with indifference and, disappointingly, some gossip among the staff at our expense. After a lack of acknowledgement, we felt compelled to approach the till to seek a resolution. The staff were quick to place blame rather than assess the situation with diligence. It was only after insisting that they inspect the dessert more closely that they acknowledged the oversight and concluded that it was indeed their mistake – the hair had been cooked into the waffle, ruling out the possibility of it being from our party. In the end, we were offered a replacement dessert, which we accepted. This gesture is appreciated, hence the two-star rating, but the initial service response and a repeat quality issue have left me hesitant to return.

Best desserts around. Brilliant creations to suit every taste. Went with the family and we all chose different items, but all ended up having to share because everything was too delicious. My favorite was the waffle ice cream combo, an absolute 10/10. Cookie doughs with ice cream were also top notch. Can't wait for the next visit!

my family and i was going out for a dessert when we arrived there was only 1 employee in the dessert shop so we sat down and the service was really bad and we asked for a pancake and waffles then all of a sudden this employee said he didn’t know how to open the teal and said he didn’t know how to pick pancakes and waffles ( i would not recommend for your kids mine are heart broken)

I would go there again they ordered the wrong drinks and service customers to quickly so they can stand there chatting .to each other

Lovely experience. Lovely food and atmosphere.

We reserved the party room for my 6year olds birthday. Was a great space which allowed us a bit of privacy from the main restaurant. The tv on the wall was great for playing music for the kids to have a little dance to while waiting for their food. Food was delicious and they make a good coffee. Service was brilliant, food came quickly and the they even came and sang happy birthday to my daughter with another bit of cake and candle for her to blow out which I hadn’t asked for so was a lovely surprise. Thank you Creams lakeside!

The manager Mary and her team were amazing. Saved the day by having my party of 15 in the party room with 40 minutes notice. Mary was very helpful and made a stressful time calm. Her team were polite and made sure we had what we needed. Will be going there again.

The strawberry waffle I tried with Natalia was delightful, beautifully presented, and tasted amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly as well.

Visited with high hopes, only to be met with a tremendous disappointment. Their waffle was undercooked to the point of being almost raw. For a dessert café, it's bewildering how they can fail at mastering the basics of a simple waffle. I'd advise potential patrons to think twice if they're in the mood for a well-cooked treat.

Was very rude. Was helped by an employee and was rude for no apparent reason another employee came and I spoke to her and she had my issue solved within minutes when this other employee just stood there and argued with me

Perfect place to enjoy some desserts. My family’s first time visiting Creams and they loved the food. Staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. Waiting time was short. Great energy from our server Imtiaz, went above and beyond to make sure we were treated well throughout our meal. Will definitely be coming back again.

I’ve a regular customer of Creams for 2 years now. They have the best desserts one could get after a heavy meal. The waffles specially the Oreo waffle is my favourite. There’s more delicious items aswell. Even the customer service Is really good they respect the customer which encourages everyone the visit again and again. Thumbs up Creams👍

This place is a lovely place for enjoyment , most especially for family with children. We visited a family friend and to my surprise, their little daughter of 5yrs old, told her parents to take us out to this restaurant. It was marvellous. The staff were lovely, warm and professionals. The manager was a wonderful personality, very smart and always smiling. Their products were of a high quality, very tasteful and meet your needs.

Has a Bueno Cookie dough. It was really nice and fresh. I ate at the restaurant and the staff were really friendly. They came over to my table and asked me if everything was OK and also offered me tap water if I needed it. Overall a good experience and I would bring my family here next time. P.S Yum Yum
