We had a quick late lunch here - the buffet arrangement lends itself to a good meal that you can eat relatively quickly. It has a good range of different dishes that are well cooked and prepared. The staff are all very friendly and they make you feel welcome. The dining area is very big and can accommodate a lot of people, but it is also very clean. The staff clearly take care of the place, even the toilets. Full marks! Finding a parking spot may seem tricky; there is a Private Eye car park next door to the restaurant building, but the entrance to it is round the back down the next side road. The car park isn't expensive. All in all, you should enjoy a good meal here whatever the occasion.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant, and I will definitely not visit again or recommend it to anyone. The staff at the counter were really dishonest, and the food was terrible. We visited the restaurant the week before last for lunch. We asked one of the staff at the counter whether they had free parking, and they confirmed that there was free parking for up to 2 hours for restaurant customers. The staff member directed us to a nearby parking space and assured us that parking was free for up to 2 hours. I confirmed this twice before parking, and the counter person reiterated the same thing, also mentioning that we didn't need to pay a service charge. So, we parked the car as suggested and had lunch. We were there for only 1 hour and 5 minutes for the buffet lunch. Afterward, we paid and returned to London. Recently, we received a parking charge ticket costing £100, which was really frustrating as it wasn't our fault. We contacted the restaurant by phone, and they asked us to send an email, which we did. All the staff denied telling us about the free parking. I requested the camera footage to identify the person we spoke with, but they constantly denied our request. They sent some footage of us eating but didn't include the footage of us discussing at the counter. After several requests, they sent some footage but omitted the part where we were discussing parking. Finally, they claimed we didn't speak to anyone about it. It's really surprising how people can be so dishonest, which is really disgusting. Please spread this incident so others are aware. As someone of Asian origin, I can say the food they serve is not authentic at all and doesn't taste good. It's just a waste of money.

Been a few times to the restaurant and a nice selection of food. The problem was that there was no mention of the 5% service charge and with £20.99 on a Sunday we were thinking how did the drinks cost £10 more with £4 each for 2 drinks. £2.29 so £22.29. Not sure if the prices went up since I last went a few years ago.

I had been looking forward to a birthday lunch and had saved for the occasion. As lunch costs the same as dinner (£18.99) I naturally assumed all the food stations would be open and a full choice of selections. They didn't appear to be open. A pretty mundane selection of food was on offer, mainly chicken. I was so disappointed I left after one plate. I complained to the guy on the till who told me that everything was open and all food available - all I had to do was ask! Now hang on a sec! This is what you should be told on the way in, not on the way out when you're disappointed and appetite gone. I wondered why it was quiet in there. I know now. Soft drinks are extortionate BTW. I doubt I'll be back.

Parking is a pin even though I have a disabled badge. Service is nice and the restaurant feels clean, although the toilets smell bad even before you get to them. And the price! Came here a year ago, and the prices have gone up 25% without any improvement on the food. £49 for two meals and one coke on a lunchtime is crazy, and simply isn’t worth the money. I won’t be returning. One good thing, the service was decent
