Not as good as expected. Staff pleasant tea good but ciabatta baguette poor.. Tasteless cheese, limp salad and chilli chutney contained red peppers which we'allergic to. Ended up leaving it. No mention of peppers on description.

Lovely coffee shop, the quality of the drinks is consistently excellent and never had bad service. Food is also high quality and the decor is nice. Does get busy sometimes but it’s a popular shop in a busy location.

It was very busy and we just ordered coffee and cake. We had eaten the cake by the time the coffee came which we understood as it was busy but when the coffee came we had ordered one of the drinks as latte extra hot and it was not extra hot but cool. We returned it and were told to sit down and it would be brought over. 10 mins later there was no sign of the drink so on asking it had been put to the back of the queue so we queried it and was told all the other drinks were a priority before it. Ridiculous The attitude of the member staff was appalling.

We ordered a cappuccino with no chocolate sprinkled on top, and a flat white. And we ordered a sandwich. The sandwich arrived but the drinks took a long time to arrive, well after the food was eaten, and even though the shop wasn’t too busy. When the coffee arrived, the cappuccino had chocolate on it and both that and the that warm were barely warm. So we returned them both. We had no apology and when the coffees were redelivered they were very hot - a temperature that would have ruined the coffee. I can’t believe such service from a shop that runs a barista school! Although we are long standing customers, and even bought coffee beans and a sage coffee machine from them, we won’t be returning. Fortunately, the Outlet has alternative places to buy decent coffee.

Really disappointed. We use this place a lot and I ordered a cappuccino but got latte. Said I wanted cappuccino so they said latte and cappuccino are just the same, just that there's chocolate shaker on top of one. I had to insist that they are different, I don't drink latte and I wanted a cappuccino as I ordered. They eventually made me one. Attitude not good either. Back to Costa in future

A pleasant spot for refreshments whilst shopping at the designer outlet. It was pretty crowded for most of the day! We came back later and got a table and enjoyed a tea and hot chocolate.

Very disappointed that you don't stock skimmed milk for your coffees. I don't have it for slimming purposes I have it because it's less creamy, due to health reasons I carnt tolerate semi or full fat milk. I don't know this as didn't ask ,hubby ordered our drinks ,but imagine you do stock oat milk and soya . We normally use Costa but wanted to try somewhere different but wish we hadn't. It's a very dark cafe , our food arrived well before our coffee's,we had almost finished eating by the time our coffees arrived . disappointed vist.

I love my coffee. However this is not a place I would return to soon. It’s a very dark place inside. Although the food looks lovely displayed. I guess I’m being picky. I don’t understand why visual overrides practical. ie toast on a small rectangle plate? And the toast was quicker than the small drink? There are no other size other than a thimble of coffee lol. The coffee art was very good.

Our regular treat ruined by selfish dog owners. Why are they allowed in a food outlet? We sat beside two women with howling, wining, yapping dogs. I could smell them from our table. We walked out in disgust. I tore my loyalty card up. Never to return. I blame not only 200 degrees but the management of McArthur Glen. On this one visit today, aside from the dogs inside, I saw dog owners letting their dogs urinate up shop door ways, on sign boards and one crapping on the walkway. I was disgusted

I love the coffee but I was really disappointed with the venue. Every single table was dirty. One table at the back was just filled with dirty items. It wasn't that busy either to warrant it being in that state. The coffee took 15 minutes to arrive and was luke warm. Its a shame because I love the coffee shop in Nottingham but I won't be returning to this one.

Visited with family for a quick coffee and a cake. It took 20 mins to receive two teas and two kids hot chocolate. In the meantime one of the waitresses was feeding an ice cream to a dog of another guest while we were waiting. While this is a nice idea…priorities? Cost almost £20 for two teas, two kids hot chocolates and two pieces of cake. My cake was the end of the loaf so not great. All in all disappointing, won’t be visiting again.

Following a very positive visit to the store in the Derbion, we gave the shop at MacArthur Glen a try. Chalk and Cheese. Disorganised, slow service, shambolic, badly managed. Drinks took ages, Luke warm on arrival. One to avoid. In answer to ‘have you any allergies?’ YES. Bad Service.

We have been a regular visitor to the 200 degrees coffee shops so decided to visit the one at Mcarthur Glen, the coffee as always was fabulous but the shop look scruffy, there where bags of rubbish in view , including cardboard boxes and empty plastic milk bottles , the tables were being cleared but no attempt to wipe the tables of debris, including empty sugar packets, the shop wasn’t particularly busy so why not do a proper job? We won’t be calling again until the shop looks a little tidier as it wasn’t a pleasant experience. It’s the little things … Sorry.

Never been before and it's very good. Plenty of flat parking at the shopping outlet and good flat access. The atmosphere is pleasant and the music not obtrusive easy to have a conversation. The coffee was very nice and the service good with the drinks being brought to the table. £4 for a sausage roll I thought was dear and gave it a miss but other food seemed better value. I would go again it's surroundings are pleasant and a bit different.

We have been to 200 degrees quite a few times in the past few months. The first time we came we was very impressed with the coffee and the service and thought we was buying from a local business rather than Costa or Starbucks. The following times after we have been the drinks have taken ages, orders have been wrong, and served with a grimace rather than a smile. It has got to a point where if we went in, we recognised the man barista and knew straight away it would take ages and he would be grumpy and look disinterested. They try and take so much time to perfect the coffee art that by the time we get our drinks (normally in a takeaway cup, so who cares about the coffee art, i need coffee to go) the drink is cold, or they have wasted so many attempts at perfecting it, i am actually worried about the money being thrown down the drain for the company. 200 degrees seems like one of those businesses that used to be a small business that catered for local people, and it has now just turned into another costa/pret/starbucks chain with no regard for customers and more about the money. Will not be returning.

Our usual coffee shop at the Designer Village had a queue outside the shop so we had a look at 200 degrees. No queue so placed an order (Card only - no cash allowed.) Waited 15 minutes for the drinks to arrive whilst sat on an uncomfortable, wonky chair (part wood, part metal) Drank two cups of tea straight off as the water was barely hot. Then we noticed a sign on the wall which admits that they turn down the heat of the water to save on their gas bills - So much for putting the customer first !! The taste of the coffee was also disappointing. In conclusion, we won't visit again. PS Price is also more than our regular haunt.

Came to Bolsover for the day on my wife's birthday to have a pub lunch and to visit the castle. Having read the positive reviews we went straight to the Blue Bell. Walking into the beer garden at about 11.50 we saw that the view on a good day would be spectacular. Unfortunately the weather was bad so in order to eat inside we went to the door marked ‘Entrance’ which was locked. I checked on line and saw the opening time was 12 am (??)  so we waited. A few minutes after 12 the back door opened and we entered only to be told there was no food (no reason given). Although there was a sign at the bar, a notice outside would have saved time being wasted. Fortunately there are other places to eat so we went elsewhere.
