Amazing food. Really fresh salads. Huge portions. My favourite Turkish in the area.

I need some grub. The owner named the Restaurant after a certain type of Turkish burd that,in his youth, he used to hunt. It's a good Turkish meal. A bit expensive,like most Stoke Newington restaurants.

Absolutely fantastic, fresh food. Best kebab I had in London. Service was also super friendly and speedy. We came in just before 11 pm their closing time and they stayed after closing to serve us all. Would highly recommend. Not to miss

The food ingredients were ridiculously good. We had two kebab wraps which were bigger than my arm. I’m surprised at both being able to finish it and how light I still feel after. The staff were so so kind. We had such a good meal that we recommended to friends and the staff went out of there way to serve us past closing! Can’t recommend this place enough! Food was delicious. chicken shish was huge at least 2 skewers. So much fresh salad and hot bread. Cooked onions as well which most places now charge for. Vegetarian aubergine dish was so good.. comforting spices..very fresh..Large portion of hummus. very friendly waiting staff. Prices fairly high but quality of food and ingredients is worth the extra cost. Wasn't that busy but it was a Tues night.

Popped in for a takeaway. I sat there for just under half an hour, having to ask eventually for the reason for the delay, to be then told "2 minutes". In the interim, another customer came in, ordered, got served and left. I took home what was supposed to be garlic mushrooms but was just a soggy oily mess. Had diarrhoea within an hour of eating it. I shall not return!

The food is amazing, very authentic Turkish cuisine and the charcoal grill makes it extra special. The service was great too! Would definitely recommend.

Went for lunch today. We got the mixed platter and it was great. It was one of the best kebabs we have ever eaten. It came with loads of tasty bread and grilled onion salad. There was so much food for the 3 of us we took half home with us. We will definitely be back.

Had the grill platter. Meat was freshly cooked and very tender and well seasoned. Accompaniments very tasty as well and very generous portion size. Restaurant was busy which is always a good sign.

We regularly eat here and always enjoy the experience. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. The food is consistently high quality and dishes reasonably priced. It's a huge menu but particularly I'd recommend the mixed meze as a sharing dish. The last two times we've eaten here, we've had to request a "doggy-bag" for the leftovers as the portions were huge. Only slight criticism was the vegetarian lasagne, rather oddly, had large slabs of carrot instead of aubergine. A good place for vegetarians. Decent wine list.

We went on a Sunday evening. Initially empty but soon other customers joined us. I was sceptical when the starter arrived which was stuffed aubergine. It looked soggy and appeared to be microwave cooked. It tasted very average. The free bread provided was however excellent and freshly baked. The salads then arrived and again they were of questionable quality and needed seasoning. The main however was a sharing grill for two and it wasn’t just enormous, it was also superbly cooked meat. We loved it. Service was quick and warm. We enjoyed the meal and might potentially return someday but would probably just choose a dip for starter instead. The price was very good at about £35 a head with tip. Women’s toilet had no light which was a bit frustrating but gents was fine. We took a large box of leftover grilled meat home with us and will enjoy for lunch.

The takeaway wrap menu is great value. Had the lamb adana wrap which was delicious and absolutely ginormous! You could easily share one between 2 people. Highly recommend.

We loved the meat grill for two the starter and free salad wasn’t the best. The free fresh bread was great. Coffee was nice. Staff good and price reasonable enough.

Really delicious authentic Turkish food, highly recommend!!

Food here was sooooo good. They gave us a bunch of salads that were all amazing and then a delicious rice pudding for dessert. Was about half full on Friday night when we went. Price was a bit on the higher side for a Turkish place but I think worth it as we had so much food we couldn't finish it.

We came here to celebrate my parents birthdays. We ordered the biggest platter they had and a few extra dishes - chickens wings etc. food was good, staff were attentive. Food took a bit longer than expected, however it was probably due to the amount of take outs (deliveries etc).

We visit here a lot, being local and absolutely love the service and hospitality from the team. The portions are super generous so much so that we always share a dish and the local wine recs are great. The salads are super fresh and to die for with delicious dressings

Good food but extortionate! Just over £20 for a lamb shish wrap and small grilled onion salad. Better off eating at one of the many other excellent Turkish restaurants nearby for a fraction of the price. Won’t be going back.

Had a lamb shish and it was absolutely delicious. Freshly cooked meat and a very generous size. The staff was lovely and gave me and my friend complimentary Turkish tea while we waited for our takeaway. High recommend this place for a real Turkish restaurant.

I just ordered a chicken dish but received 4 great complimentary dishes. There was some fresh bread, caramelized onions, spiced sliced onions and a huge salad. The chicken was nicely grilled and served in a yogurt sauce with aubergine. It was a great combination!

Ordered the N2 mixed grill. A great selection and flavoursome all around except for the rice, which was served plain and could benefit from butter/stock/seasoning. Really the lamb ribs and chops. Service was good and the staff there are friendly. Prices were very reasonable, coming to roughly 20 per head.

Delighted to find what may be the very best Stoke Newington / Dalston area restaurant. My first experience here and I will be back whenever I need a luxury kebab meal .

Amazing restaurant! The food was delicious, the service attentive and considerate. We had a delicious meze to start followed by kebabs and salad. Had to take quite a bit home as we were so full. A small restaurant, the staff were extremely helpful. Highly recommend.

It seems like a delicious place but is not. The food is average or even made without care. We wait more than 45 minutes for two wraps. They weren't very fresh and the pita bread was dry and old. For the price, they could do it better. However, the waitress was gentle. It was an argument between the chef and one of the customers. Very uncomfortable. It is not a place to go back to.

We have lived just over 10 years in Stoke Newington and this hidden gem is still our family's favourite. Tasty fresh food, reasonable prices, and generous portions. We look forward to visiting this great restaurant for the next 10 years :) So glad this Cirrik didn't sacrifice quality or value just to appear trendier than their neighbours!

Absolutely adore this place - the meat is fantastic (special shout out to the chicken wings and lamb chops) and don't get even get me started on the onions, which are enriched in this pomegranate granite mollasses and super sweet. Service also super friendly.

Quite possibly one of the best in the city. Seriously. Best rice pudding ever, and what comes before definitely won’t disappoint! Take the 73 bus; we’ll worth the ride north.

Go here if you like real authentic and delicious Turkish food. Home run place with lovely staff and they are very generous. Prepare to be full with taste you cannot find outside of a family run kitchen. Can't recommend here enough

A very enjoyable experience. This doesn't have the footfall that the other heavyweights in nearby Dalston can rey on so it's really appreciated that they do make the extra effort. The meal was a typical Turkish Shish dish but it was the accompanying sides that gets this place 5*. The salad could be meal in itself plus wonderful onion dishes in complimentary sauces...plus a side of hummus..ALL included within the price. If you are this end of Stoke Newington, why not treat yourself ?

For sure the worst food and I have had from a turkish restaurant! The lamb shish was chewy and felt like boiled; nowhere near charcoaled. Falafel edible, below average. Calamari was sent (delivery) with the tartar sauce in the same pot so it arrived mushy, half dipped in the sauce.

Amazing food highly recommended

Sadly their are no positive's for this recommended place, as it failed to live up to its 4.5 * reviews. A mixed grill for 2 had one lamb Chop. The' best lamb spare ribs' were fatty and covered with a chewy membrane, it was rather unpleasant. It was served with only rice, no bulgar or cous cous. There was poor service and no staff interaction apart from taking the order, removing the plates and bringing the bill. Nobody asked if all was well or if we were enjoying our meal. That is telling as it was not a very busy evening and other places were heaving with no tables available. It was also expensive for a Turkish restaurant.

BOOKING Making a reservation for this restaurant on the surface seemed to be straightforward, but was not. Upon making a reservation on their website, a message pops up informing you that a confirmation email will be sent to your designaged email address. That email never came through. On the morning of the day my reservation was booked for, I emailed their general enquiries' email address to confirm my reservation. Several hours later, after still not hearing back from the restaurant, I called an hour before the time I'd booked, which revealed in fact that my reservation hadn't been placed and was then made on the phone at the time. Whilst it wasn't a problem because the restaurant was relatively empty, if it had been busy it could have been an issue. FOOD My mother who attended with me suffers from Coeliac Disease and a Dairy Allergy, and I'm Lactose Intolerant. The online and in-person menu doesn't have any allergen information available, so we had to guess and hope for the best with what we could eat. Could be potentially life-threating for people with severe allergies; would recommend that info gets added asap. No water was offered to us on the table throughout the entire duration we were there...We weren't given new knives and forks when our main dish arrived; it is basic hospitality to get new cutlery with each meal and water on the table! Food was ok, not bad not great. I've tasted far superior Turkish food so was disappointing. Would have liked more seasoning, but that's personal preference - I think they 'anglocised' the menu to suit the English palette...Also I've noticed I've been sick and on the toilet more frequently since eating here, so think that maybe my fish or rice wasn't cooked properly (?) ACCESSIBILITY I have a real problem with the fact it states on Google that it's wheelchair-friendly, when it's evidently not. Both customer AND staff toilets are up a set of *very* steep stairs which would cause difficulties for customers with mobility needs. Customer toilets were located next to staff toilets which I think is inappropriate, and should remain in separate areas. Only 1 toilet for each sex (male + female) - when full would be inconvenient, and no changing facilities for parents. STAFF/CUSTOMER SERVICE This is the area that we had serious problems with. Whilst staff were friendly and attentive, I would dare say that they were excessively - it was too full-on! Firstly, all the waiting staff were male; at least 1 or 2 female waiting staff is much needed. Secondly, there was 1 waiter in particular who made both me (a 19yr old female) and my mother who's 54 feel extremely uncomfortable. This waiter was our main server who took over from the original waiter who seated us: he was polite, however was standing over us nearly the whole time. My mum even made a joke saying he was obsessed! He was staring a lot in a way that could be intepreted as threatening and borderline harassment for females. It was intimidating and made us uncomfortable, putting a downer on our overall experience. He also kept coming back to our table checking in every 5-10 minutes, meanwhile he didn't do this with any of the other customers who were ironically women with male companions, which made us think he was targeting us 'cause we were 2 women on our own. When eating out, most people want to be left to their own devices - it was extremely intrusive. It's far from the standard of professionalism I would expect from a restaurant rated 4.7/5. DISCREPANCIES WITH ONLINE INFO The info stated on Google isn't accurate. It says that it's "women-led", definitely not when you have no female staff on-hand. "Free water refills" - we weren't even offered water so that's interesting. "Braille menu" - not true. "Fireplace" - nope, none in sight. It may seem I'm being nitpicky, but I just don't see the point of lying online about things that you don't offer in-person - not beneficting your brand image in any way. Overall, whilst it was nice as a casual local spot and the food was edible, I wouldn't recommend and will not be coming back. There are far better Middle Eastern eateries in the area...

Had amazing takeaway from Bos Cirrik II last week. Great quality meat dishes and plentiful sides. Shame you can't eat in yet and see them work the grill, they're artists.

Amazing lamb kebabs. The fancy kind, not the street-corner kind. They brush the skewer juice into the wrap-bread as they grill, for extra deliciousness. Everything is always fresh. Grilled onion to die for. Well worth a "regular haunt" status. When there is a sit-down menu (so, after the pandemic, hopefully), they have a decent wine selection and a full menu - but the star is their charcoal grill.

I love the food here, a super place. The chef cooking on the traditional grill is mesmerising. Great atmosphere, great food. Tonight the background music was blues, just to make it even better

Where do I begin... what a first class restaurant. The atmosphere is second to none, with the live charcoal grill for customers to watch their food being beautifully prepared. The staff are all absolutely amazing especially Emre and the guy with tattoos. The owner is also a wonderful man, and you can always feel the family friendly environment. I’ve never had a bad experience no matter the time of day I go. The food is to die for, with quality and freshness really something they hold high standards to. Marinated to perfection, and slow cooked, just amazing. I can not thank the restaurant for the amazing experience we had, and the price was fantastic too. I can honestly say, living in Stoke Newington for 35 years, this has to be the best Turkish restaurant in the whole of Hackney.

Friendly service and food freshly cooked on barbecue before your eyes. Large portions - enough to take some away for lunch tomorrow!
