Was an absolute brilliant meal my missis loved the Oreo Pancake she is usually fussy but she says we will definitely be returning, I had the full English truly kept true to the name though and though great food lovely location 👍

Visited for breakfast on a weekday morning shortly after they opened. Nice attentive service with a smile. Good selection on the menu and the full English breakfast was incredible. Good coffee too.

Cute little cafe bar tucked away on lever st. The cafe is quite small with an airy atmosphere and minimal decoration. It also has an outdoor seating area which unfortunately has a bus stop in front of it. Still kinda nice to sit there when the sun is out, just a bit noisy! On this visit staff seemed a bit preoccupied, we ended up seating ourselves but they were over with menus quickly and were very welcoming. I ordered the brioche breakfast bun and my friend had the Irish breakfast. We also ordered coffees and orange juice. The drinks came quickly, the OJ was just from a carton and I probably wouldn’t order again. The coffees were fantastic, really enjoyed. Food came out pretty quickly and was fantastic tbh. I really liked the flavours of the brioche bun, the sriracha mayo really added too it. The meat was good quality and well cooked. Really really tasty. My friend really enjoyed his breakfast, especially the white pudding - recommended! Saw a few French toasts going out and tbh I’m gonna have to go back and try one because they looked fantastic! They were HUGE! An American girl took my payment and she was very friendly, asked if we enjoyed and such. Deffo recommend this place and I’m excited to go back and try some more of their offerings!

Just fancied someone else cooking Sunday breakfast so we picked 19 Cafe and were not at all dissappointed. We were there at about 10 and already a queue, but it was worth it. Staff were very attentive explained the menue, accommodated what we wanted and service began with a smile. The place was full and long queue had formed abd our breakfast arrived. Perfectly cooked and just what we wanted. Very good price and well worth the experience. We will be back again soon. This place should be high on anyones breakfast, brunch list. Very highly recommended.

There was a bit of a line, but I think it was worth it. Anyway, the pancakes are sweet, so if you don't have a sweet tooth, you might want to be a little careful. I feel like the store clerk corrected my pronunciation of Latte, but that's okay too.

Tasty breakfast. Went for the full English and it was really good. Wasn’t mad on the coffee thought it was watery. Staff are really sound. We had to wait outside and they offered everyone umbrellas for the wait. Que was really when we were leaving so best to get in early I’d say.

Went on a sunday in the afternoon and there was a queue. Had to wait around 30 minutes. Staff were really friendly, which is rare nowadays. We ordered 2 pancake dishes and a breakfast fish between 2 of us as we wanted to try both. Pancakes were normal but still nice and a very large portion. I ordered the biscoff pancake, and it was nice but a tad too sweet and filling. Breakfast was decent, but I wasn't a fan of the bacon as it was too hard for me. But if you like your bacons on the crispier side, then you'll like these. We ordered 3 dishes but we managed to finish most of it surprisingly.

Highly recommend! It was one of the best breakfasts I've had in a while. Staff are friendly and the waiting time for the food was good considering how busy it was. Shame it wasn't a bigger location as there was a queue to get in, and the place was full. The only thing that's stopping it from being a 5/5 is the portion sizes of the full English breakfast could have been better ( for example, 1 more of everything ) and a bigger location.

Spent the weekend in the city and stumbled upon this place out for an early morning walk. The menu was full of desirable options we opted for the breakfast with French toast and the Pancakes. Found the food very tasty and Good portion sizes, Along with coffee to die for. We found the service very very polite and appreciative however whilst we ate our food we saw a large queue form outside which was a good sign of how highly the place is thought of, highly recommend but maybe go early.😆

Had a really nice time here this afternoon, the staff were so warm and friendly I felt so at home. The guy that served us was bubbly and even when I ordered something they didn’t have (due to delivery issues) he kept a smile on our faces. The food coming out of the kitchen looked and smelt amazing, my French toast was delicious and very generous with the toppings!! Can’t wait to come back!

Dropped in on a Thursday morning, had the special of Pistachio French Toast with a caramel latte. Beautiful food, tasty coffee just a bit slow with service, but there were a few groups in to be fair x

Found this place on tik tok and it’s amazing. The decor is simple and doesn’t seem striking but definitely an underdog! You can’t book so may have to wait but we walked right in on a Tuesday and got a seat but filled up SO quick!! Food is really good quality and so yummy - you get a lot on the plate. We ordered two mains and pancakes to share and couldn’t finish them. Price is city prices and for 3 drinks, 3 plates it was £50 inc service charge which I think is reasonable! A must go, hidden gem! This place is outstanding. If you’re looking for the best brunch spot in Manchester, this is it and it’s well worth the wait. I have been about 10 times in the past 6 months and every single visit has been exceptional. If you are unsure of what to get, the French toast or the pancakes are amazing! The service is also brilliant. Hats off to these guys

Love this place and they are dog friendly so I can bring my corgi and he loves the attention.

Just nipped here on the off chance on a Monday afternoon, having never been here before. We were.lucky enough not to have to queue as has been mentioned at busier times. I chose the Egg Benedict which was absolutely divine. Excellent food, service and ambience

Came in midweek for a late breakfast/early brunch and luckily we got a seat without much of a wait. The seating here is pretty poor and packed in, and due to how busy it gets you can feel a bit like a zoo animal when eating. We got the kinder pancakes, the chocolate chunk pancakes, a salted caramel frappe and a latte. The pancakes were nice, nothing special but certainly not bad. The frappe itself was good, but syrup was poured all over the outside of the jar for decoration which made it quite difficult to actually drink out of. The lattes milk was over steamed, but overall the coffee itself was nice enough. It’s a nice spot if you get a decent seat, but as we were placed right in the door way it made for an uncomfortable meal, which at the prices they charge you wouldn’t expect that. I probably wouldn’t come back but it wasn’t bad overall.

Visited on a very busy valentines morning but service wasn't flawed. We have no complaints about our experience but also don't feel like it was anything ground breaking - The sweet breakfasts did look more impressive to our savory choices but unfortunately its not something we can stomach so early. I wouldn't travel far to visit again, but if I was nearby on an afternoon perhaps and fancied something sweet I would give another go.

Had a 45 minute wait for a table as it was very busy but the staff kept us updated about our table which we appreciated. When we finally went inside the service was excellent and the food wonderful well done to all the staff for a lovely breakfast experience

We were looking for a real breakfast. A real brunch (because the English are still weird with beans 😀😃) and we found this superb place. Typical without fuss but the plates were huge and delicious. We keep the address to come back without hesitation.

This was our second visit to 19 and it was just as good as the first. The staff are wonderful, you're greeted by a friendly face and settled at a table before perusing the menu. It's all table service so you can relax and have a good chat. The food is STUNNING! both to look at and to devour. I honestly loved it, I had the American breakfast and my friend had the classic french toast and both were divine. The restaurant itself is immaculate and the toilet facilities are great. We will definitely go back.

Was seated and served very quickly. So many lovely things on the menu, it was really hard to pick! Both meals were very delicious and would 100% recommend and return!

Breakfast was delicious. Really enjoyed the pancakes. Two observations: 1) the barista and two others behind the counter repeatedly blew their noses but didn't wash their hands and 2) I ordered the pancakes without ice cream and when the server noted it to the kitchen, the chef scooped up the ice cream with his bare hands, flipped the pancake over and added more fruit. You can decide your germaphobe tolerance level.

Could not fault the irish breakfast we got. Be aware there is a 10% optional service charge added to your bill which we kind of felt obliged to pay.

Have wanted to try this place for months but there’s usually a queue out of the door. Today was quiet being an early weekday morning. The menu has a good selection and the coffee options are plentiful. The French toast was nice although the granola type pieces were are a little hard. I would definitely go again!

I ordered the biscoff pancake. It is great. The pancake is hot inside while the ice cream is cold of course. But it is huge that is better shared with a friend!

Pancakes and toast were tasty, service was quick and staff were very friendly. It is a popular cafe and you might wait for a SHORT while before being seated.

Expected big things as I've known about them for a while but I'm not local. The food lived up to it as both our pancakes were really good and looked exactly like I had seen. The downsides for me were that the table hadnt been wiped down properly so there was sticky residue in several places. The hot chocolate was really weak and I expected good things from it being £5.50 but it wasn't chocolatey enough at all and I didn't bother touching it.. Service was slow and you don't get time to look at your bill as they put it on the table and proceed to take payment and inform you there's a 10% service charge which you feel you have to pay there and then.

Absolutely amazing. 10/10 recommend. Myself and my partner ordered different things off the menu and we were delighted with everything. Great service, great food and great price.

Honestly amazing, we looked up breakfast brunch cafes around. The thing that caught our eyes was the food pictures and it lived up to the expectation. I was satisfied and full to the brim. Lovely staff too. Well recommended

Absolute gem of a place, food amazing, staff really friendly.

Visiting Manchester for the weekend we needed somewhere to eat for breakfast and seen Cafe19 on Instagram with great reviews so decided we'd visit to see for ourselves. I went for the Kinder pancakes and my other half went for the Biscoff pancakes. Both were delicious and very filling. Having a look around as well the English fry up also looked tremendous. Service was also impeccable from walking into the premises to leaving, coupled with a chilled out atmosphere. There was a small wait for our table but that is just testament to how good Cafe19 is and was well worth the wait. Will definitely be visiting again.

Hmmm... The wait outside was a bit annoying. Staff were very polite inside but service was blooming slow. The food was lovely when it came it must be said. My better half has a pumpkin allergy staff were very receptive to this hence a 4 out of 5 star review despite the slight negatives on wait times. Any issues were also remedied. Would return.

Nice little cafe with a variety of flavours for the pancakes and French toast. I ordered the kinder French toast, which was extremely rich and a lot going on. It was nice and fluffy and goes well with the ice cream. However would have been nice to have some fruits to give it a little freshness.

Fantastic breakfast this morning before travelling back to Devon, Quality products were clearly being used and eggs were bright orange! The pancakes portion is massive! But I was just impressed by the way the whole place has been structured to be efficient, simple but done well! My only criticism is that drinks took a while to arrive at the table, my second coffee equally took a while, they were busy however it was a Saturday morning and I would expect them to have adequate staffing to cope with the influx of orders they had taken. Will definitely return when we come back to Manchester!

Place seems packed because its small, having that hipster cafe vibe but louder. Food went cold pretty quick, but wasn't hot to start with. Everything sweet (pancakes, drinks etc) seemed flavourful but its only because of the Nutella, Biscoff, Kinder etc. Pancakes are literally British pancakes just cooked doubled up to give "American" stack look (its not the 1 tone even colour flat pancakes) and they had basic pancake flavour. £12 for 3 pancakes seems extortionate given egg, milk, flour, 1 ice cream scoop, a sauce drizzle and broken chocolate. All items are £1.50ish each i.e. full 4pnt milk, full egg carton, ice tub, sauce bottle. Heck Nutella will set u back £3 but its not even fully used - doesn't add up even with size. 🌟 Note 🌟 Lactose intolerant homies 🐄 🥛beware lol. Anything with cream, milk etc is a tubby bubbling amount. ⛔I'm not even lacto-into but took me 3 days to stop gurgling from Hot Biscoff. I had breakfast at this Cafe. The service was friendly and efficient, and I enjoyed the American Breakfast, which is a bit different from the normal brunch options you’d get at other places.

The best latte I’ve ever tasted, and I’m not a big coffee drinker, the French toast was out of this world, full breakfast was perfection would definitely come back !

Omggggg the food here is AMAZING! Me and my husband came in for the first time today and greedily ordered 2 dishes each because we couldn't decide (one savoury, one sweet) and everything was spot on and so tasty. The flat whites were so good too! I'm pretty sure I've had my calories for the day already but it was worth it! The staff the minute we walked in were so warm and friendly and couldn't do enough to help and were so interative with our 10 month old daughter. Even bringing her over a Babycino haha The queue outside the door was never ending but our wait to be seated was like 15 minutes max, which was impressive and although they were non stop busy, the staff were cool and collected throughout. Deffo visit if you want amazing service and amazing food!

My boyfriend and I visited Manchester for a few hours and this is the first place we went to. We got the kinder and Belgium chocolate pancakes and they were HUGE. They were also extremely tasty, one of the best pancakes we have ever had. The girls there were also so nice. My advice is to share plate with your friend/partner as we couldn’t even finish ours (and we love eating lol).

19 Cafe Bar has delicious pancakes and very amicable staff. Do go on an empty stomach because these pancakes will fill you up in no time.
