Excellent experience …. Service attentive and welcoming food delicious a must is the wings. Quesadilla was tasty and a good portion. Chicken and waffles delicious

We went here for our wedding Afternoon tea, they were very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Service was exceptional, especially the coordination which was handled by Bogi. Food was good ambience was relaxed. Would recommend

The food and service is the worst I have ever had, hence writing this review. The mix grill was cold and was obviously reheated. And the Karahi curry was tasteless and the meet chewy. Not only is the food expensive, it is also inedible. The service was also very poor and the staff seem like they have never worked in the hospitality industry. Avoid this place.

It was my first time I visited and I put my registration number in the tablet but after a couple of days I received a parking ticket of £60!!! I’ve called the hotel, they said I need to talk to the parking ticket company. The parking ticket company stated I need to call the restaurant, the restaurant stated I need to speak to Mr Maroof (the manager I’m guessing) who is NEVER available, I was going around in constant circles and still yet to pay for the parking ticket I should have never got

It was my second time here frist time was ok but this time a big Rat was running around us...I don't need to write further....

Wrote a glowing review about this place a few weeks ago but on second (and last) visit how things have changed and I take it all back. Used the same groupon deal as last time but left feeling robbed. First we were told there was no Proseco only to see another couple order the same and get some, the only difference was they weren’t using a voucher. One starter and two main meals weren’t available and to end a lovely experience two of the puddings were not available either. Now with a groupon deal the choice of food is limited wich is understandable but when half of what should be on offer isn’t then it becomes silly. The bloke who served us last time knew the meaning of good customer service, the whole staff this time wouldn’t know it if it slapped them in the face. Food was still ok but needless to say we won’t be going again.

We love our curry and had previously visited this venue when it was Mumtaz and was unlicensed on a Groupon Voucher. Went this time on a 5 course meal with drinks for £32 again from Groupon. READ THE SIGNS ABOUT PARKING before we went inside and immediately registered our car and as the Manager advised there had been complaints he also wrote our details on a form which we signed and photographed. The place was quiet but it was 6pm on a Thursday evening - 2 - 3 more tables of couples and families and a group watching the sports at the other end of the restaurant with a platter of food. The service was excellent and we followed the advice of the staff and were not disappointed - pappadoms - lamb kebab starter - lamb madras - rice and pashwari nann and garlic naan - followed by blackcurrant sorbet and then lemon cheesecake and warm waffle and honeycomb icecream. With a top pint of Carling and a coke - what more could you ask for! All was piping hot and delicious. We came home and purchased another voucher. They do have 30% off food and drinks through April with free for kids so would be happy to pay this but the voucher makes it so easy :) Cannot recommend this place enough and it was getting rather busy when we left.

We went here for the first time in February 2018 with family from the Netherlands and service was appalling. We waited over an hour for food and there was hardly anyone else in there. We had a 3 week old baby so not amused by the wait, then the food came and it was good. BUT a few weeks afterwards we got a £60 parking fine even though we wrote our registration number down in reception as advised on the signs in the car park. We appealed it and were told it should have been electronically registered by the receptionist but NOBODY told us this. It's just a SCAM.

Sunday night @ 7 & we were the only customers. I've reviewed this restaurant before & the service was at times problematic. The food was excellent & served hot. The starter was served on cold plates & soon chilled off as the restaurant was quite chilly. The real rub comes with the bill £60 for 2 starters, 2 mains,2 pints of beer plus service charge. We did not even have the most expensive items on the menu. I was on a 50% off the bill due to the complaints from our last visit. Kashmir you are going to have to up your game as there are a lot of good small restaurants doing a much better job.

I’m so glad I stopped to try this place! The food was fantastic and the service was excellent. I will definitely be visiting again and with a lot more people. Thank you to all of the staff at Kashmir 1887 for making my dining experience enjoyable and thank you for your hospitality.

I have been in the bar area of this restaurant a few times and have always admired the food I have seen being served. Last Saturday I took my wife for a pre match meal (ideal location for Old Trafford) the five course special menu had a good selection of dishes all very tasty and well presented, the only downside was that the service was a bit rushed!

Wow what a lovely restaurant. Stayed in the hotel for one night, thought why not try the hotel restaurant before the footie match we had traveled from Brighton to see. The decor is lovely and staff very attentive and the food.....well that was just amazing, easily say it's one of the best. Pick any curry you fancied and they could make it as mild or hot as you like...not an option I had ever had before. Start with a huge basket of poppadoms, shared a nan and rice as adviced by the staff they even advised on a cheeper beer deal option to save us money and so there fore wasn't wasted food. 20% off because we were staying in the hotel...what more could you ask for. Shame it's not closer to home, will definitely come back next time Brighton play Man U. Wasn't needed for myself, but did notice a prayer room. Thank you

The service was bad. They used a wagon to get the dirty dishes. The toilet was disgusting, there was a cup of dead insects in the window and we were not offered water. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

This restaurant/bar is linked to the Trafford Hall Hotel & provides breakfast. Perhaps some improvements in supply would help. Better coffee would have helped but the food was plentiful and good. We also went there for our evening meal. Being Londoner we were expecting standard Indian food as at home. That was not the case. Everything was different and certainly very plentiful. 1st night we had starter & main. Too much!!. 2nd night just the main was more than sufficient. Again staff very friendly, food great. It must have been as we went 2 nights running!!!

Used the Groupon voucher here and there was no issue. Unlimited poppadoms to begin, then all courses were really high quality. The blackberry sorbet was lovely! Would definitely recommend trying this place out.

Its was £15 for prawn curry but you had to pay extras for rice or naan bread. They add additional 10% to your bill for service which is compulsory. Had to ask for things twice and it wasn't even busy.The positive is that the food...
