This was the worse place I have ever been too. I booked a reservation for a table of 9 in February for my boyfriends birthday which was in March. As per their website it was meant to be a Shisha , food and cocktail bar. When we arrived they didn’t even have the reservation noted down then took us to a lobby of a hotel to wait for a table as from what we could see there was no space. There was 4 tables all together and the Shisha area is the size of a child’s bedroom (The pictures on the website are just taken at a good angle to make the place bigger) and there is no restaurant it’s just a hotel lobby to order food. The manager was terrible and his attitude was appalling . We finally got the table which fitted only 4 of us And had to wait for other people to leave to get another table so some of my guests had to stand. We asked for a food menu and cocktail menu and got one menu however there was no cocktail menu as they didn’t do cocktails -the website has a cocktail menu on it ?? We then asked to order and was told we can’t order anything until we all order Shisha ( at this point we had been for 45 mins with no drinks and only been squeezed on the Random table ) we explained not everyone wants to do Shisha and some of our guests had health problems and would just like to eat and drink but apparently Shisha is the only way they make their money here ? ….at this point we left. I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy the phone number supplied on the website also just rings and rings -It’s fake and not the place they are promoting on their website. Do not waste your time.

Best shisha spot around. 10/10 every time. The shisha is exceptional and the drinks are also really nice.

Do not bother, the worst experience of my life. We booked a table for 4 at 8pm. Upon arrival we were told to wait as no table was available. After waiting 20 mins, they informed us there was no table for us. They did not seem to understand or care that we booked in advance to avoid waiting. The staff failed to resolve the situation and we just walked away to avoid any further distress. Never going back ever again!!

Made a reservation for 8pm. When we arrived though they told us we had to wait for a table to leave as it was walk in walk out. They initially told us one table was leaving and it would be 15mins but then after 20mims told us there was nothing theu could do. Could not believe it! If its a walkin place don't have reservations online!!!

This is by far the worst place ever, me and my best friend had a booking for her birthday at 10pm which we booked on open table for food, shisha and cocktails, when we got there, this guy (owner or manager) sat me down at a dirty table and told me to wait whilst his butler finishes cleaning something else, I told him to clean the table, he got a little piece of tissue and tried to wipe the dirty table until the other guy was finished that’s part 1... part 2 there was no food, cocktails or shiaha although I had booked with open table for dinner and even emailed saying it’s my best friends birthday and one of us have a nut allergy... we got given a dirty drinks menu, where we order 1 drink each and was told that’s easy enough to make, when the drink came it was disgusting and watered down, even the toilets had no tissue and was so dirty with napkins everywhere, we paid for the drinks and left (did not finish) Although this place looks good on Instagram DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND GO, this place is NASTY and knows nothing about customer service, giving this place 1 star is not acceptable for how bad it was.

I am shocked, how I am next to another customer with no social distance rule, I don’t feel safe. I assume they will follow this but more and more customers kept coming in. Someone needs to make them understand, it’s not safe for this crowd - not being safe at all.

Terrible is an understatement. The service was absolutely appalling. Staff were in a mood from the second we arrived and were rude for our whole stay. The pricing is okay but It felt like a scam that they add tax after since no other places in London do that. Coal changes were a myth and the shisha lady absolutely ruined the vibe. The shisha was poor while keeping in mind it’s about double the average shisha price. Drinks were overpriced and poorly made and toilets were dirty. Avoid at all costs

Visiting 17 was like going on holiday. Not only did we not have to worry about service or coals, but the location is central yet discreet. The shishas are top class and the food and drink provided by the hotel was magnificent. Thanks for a great evening guys!

One of my favourite shisha cafes. Always tastes brilliant and the staff are amazing. One of my up and coming spots in London!

Visited this hookah bar a few day ago and I am very impressed. The staff were polite, specifically Hus who gave amazing customer service.
