Excellent food. The portion looked small but it was very filling. The staff were very attentive, polite and friendly A little bit nosy but a good atmosphere

The anticipation of this place has been mega. Rocked up. Absolutely rammed. 25 min wait. It’s like purchasing a Porsche 911 then going to pick up a micro machine. Tastes amazing but proper sneaky in the portions. If you got hand like Jeremy beadle then the burgers are massive

Really really good burgers! The portions of fries were also fresh and tasty, though one portion is more than enough for two people. Nice atmosphere, friendly service, easy to order, fast to arrive and worth every penny. Great work, we'll be back!

Shame on you This place was a disgrace since I walked in: staff was rude; I work in the building upstairs (Bloomberg) and we decided to go there for burgers and chips. Friday night and the place was practicly empty… unfriendly staff. After 20 my colleague got burger and sweet potato chips… only after I WENT TO THE COUNTER ASKING IF MY BURGER WAS READY… one if the staff (plenty of them at the counter doing nothing at that point) got a bit flustered saying that they were waiting for the chips…my burger was ready at a side cold… all other people had been served… they clearly forgot… when I asked if I could get my burger before chips since my friend had almost finished his meal… they did…my burger was cold… they served eventually my chips… piping hot… hurrah… no go… bad service… bad management

Ordered sweet potato "fries" which were soggy. Staff were friendly but the music was unbearably loud!

I'm giving Bleeker an Very Good (rather than an Excellent) because the quality of the burgers is so good my boyfriend even put one of their T-Shirts on his Christmas list. However - I think the Bloomberg arcade needs a bit of work. As a gluten-free person, I think that knives are needed as well as forks and I think that the cutlery should be wooden not single use plastic. I also think that there isn't really a need to have a "buzzing" system when there are literally like 8 tables. Feels a bit lazy to me. The tables and chairs are also a bit dated and I think there should be a bit more variety on drinks. Hope that doesn't sound harsh... just my suggestions. If you don't care about that stuff - it's the best burger in the area.

I ordered my burger at 12:20. The collection buzzer finally went off at 12:45. There had been no warning from staff of such an extended, and frankly utterly unacceptable waiting time. The burger was nice, but in no way special. The bottom of the bun was totally soggy, and I discarded it. I will not go back.

Friday lunchtime, so busy as hell, with utter chaos in the queue. At that stage you figure, must be good? No, think again. The meat tasted so bad we actually thought it might be off. So greasy too, seriously the bottom of the bun was soaked in grease. The chips were limp, grey, flavourless and also swimming in grease. Some of the guys actually threw theirs away as so bad. Not cheap for what was utter garbage. We're used to Honest Burgers and Shake Shack, and both are light years better. Got to be the worst burgers we've had ever. Not even worth 1 star to be frank.

The cheeseburger was ok, nothing special, and rather small. Effectively just a snack unless you had a lot of the expensive side dishes. Better can be found nearby.

Awesome burger as ever, high quality meat & always cooked perfectly pink! Would be nice to have the Bleecker Black back on the menu or have more side options, but minor points. Marked down a point for not having hand towels in toilet, only loo roll!

Visited for the first time yesterday. We were in and had ordered by 11.45am which was lucky because the lunchtime rush was manic. I see some people on here complaining about the wait, but it really wasn't bad and certainly no different to the other upmarket burger chains. If you want quick then go to MacDonalds. I had the Blue Burger, 'Angry' Fries and a milkshake - all great. The shop is tiny and if you eat in then the smell of the grease and burger smoke will probably permeate your clothes - so don't wear your best suit. I'll be going again for sure.

Went for a burger today around lunch time. Wasn't overly busy but still had a solid 15-20 minute wait for a burger and fries. Burger was nice but nothing out of the ordinary and the same can be said for the fries. All in all, a pleasant enough visit and meal, but I'm not sure where all of these "Best burger in London" reviews are coming from.... I ask those people...Have you actually been anywhere else?

Delicious burgers; full of flavour, less of the grease. This Bloomberg location is small and gets busy at peak times so just be prepared, you may not get a table. Somewhere in-between Shakeshack and Five Guys in terms of quality - I really enjoyed it...

I know burgers. I can tell you that too many places try to overdo it with unnecessary add-ons. These burgers are pure, simple, and delicious. Great beef, super soft sesame seed buns. Made this American in London very happy.
