I love coming here and come most weeks. Lisa and Tony who run it are lovely and they have really nice food, very cheap surprisingly too. It’s got a nice ambience about the place especially when you sit outside with the wind chimes and the old antiques that surround you. There also some antiques/curiosity cabins next door and there’s a nice communal feel between them and the tea room. In short, visit here and come and enjoy the nice ambience 😌

Absolutely lush! Enjoyed my breakfast today and was lovely to see such a cute tea room yet so spacious compared to what I thought! Nice little buzz of customers in with us too and all enjoying the sun in the outdoor seating area. Highly recommended! Also enjoyed a lovely ice cream afterwards.. set me up for the day! ❤ I will be back.. and again and again! 🍦🍳 Lots of detail on the walls and decor to look at, a cute cuckoo clock and plenty of madhatter trinkets! The staff are lovely, down to earth and I love that it's a small family cafe. Lots of items to check out around the Curios around the site, It's a hidden gem!

We popped over to the 10/6 Tearoom for a treat after work, and we had a super time. The cafe was fun, nicely decorated, and clean, and the owners were very friendly and accommodating. We didn’t pick the best day to go (after a very busy coronation weekend, and lots of thundery rain), but there were still delicious treats to be had, and very much enjoyed. Lovely china for the pots of tea, great service, and terrific value for money. We will definitely go again.

We booked an afternoon tea for 4 of us for Mother's Day and wow! We were made to feel so welcome by Lisa and her staff, and were served straight away. There were little packets of love heart sweets on our table, which we thought was a lovely touch. After staring in amazement at the delicious selection of cakes, sandwiches, quiches, scones and crisps, with lovely fresh pots of tea, we ate until our tummies were full! We are a chatty bunch, but no sounds were heard, we just couldn't get enough! Even our little dog had a saucer full of doggy treats to enjoy! Lisa was so lovely and friendly, ask her why the tearoom is called 10/6, there's an interesting story behind it! If you like Alice in Wonderland, you will also love this place, with its quirky decor pertaining to the theme! If you find that you cannot possibly eat another bite, you can take your food home with you. We really cannot recommend this gem of a place enough, and aswell as afternoon teas, there are cooked breakfasts, paninis, toast, teacakes and scones, aswell as a nice array of different coffees and teas and soft drinks. We will most definitely be returning and thank you to Lisa and the staff for a memorable afternoon!

Amazing coffee, amazing staff, amazing town with very nice people. I had a fantastic time there overall. However, reception is poor in Bishampton town and inside the shop or any buildings you might not be able to make any calls, send messages, or make online payments without network interruptions. I really hope the relevant authorities can improve mobile phone network reception in the area. Also if you plan on using a debit card at the village shop/post office to pay for coffee and other items, it might not work for some reason. It’s the single most painful experience I had to endure since I had to look for another post office to withdraw cash.

Simply disappointed. No meet and greet at the door. We just stood in the entrance despite a staff member doing nothing. Disproportionate amount of time waiting for a menu. Asked to choose wine before we had even seen a menu. There were lots of changes to the menu which we were verbally told but to repeat this to all diners was time consuming. A simple menu reprint would have been better. The waitresses were polite but there was no happiness. When we asked one to explain what something was the answer came back as ‘a pastry thing’. There was a lack of dish knowledge by everyone except the main man. Who was running around taking orders and producing bills and basically doing the brunt of the work. The terrine starter and beetroot gravlax were bland. Main courses were good but the chocolate torte was more of a sponge cake with no robust/ deep taste. The wine we chose was good and reasonably priced. It was meant to be a special occasion but was an expensive lack lustre affair.

Took them up on their two fish and chips for £18. The meals were excellent. Crispy batter, tasty haddock, crispy chips with fluffy centres. Best we've had for a good long while. And not too big either so could walk away not feeling over stuffed. We'll done Anchor.
