Lovely food and a good atmosphere. The warmth of the room was perfect and romantic lighting. Good staff, very attentive and good cocktails too! Very good value for the money in my opinion, only thing I’d say is the lemon in the butter on top of the aged ex dairy sirloin doesn’t quite go with the meat, because the meat tasted so lovely on its own and was a very generous size! I’d recommend the beignets for sure too!

Great birthday experience for my partner. Very happy to cater for Vegans with options that can also be accommodated. Good portion sizes. We ordered 5 plates. The bread was warm and smelt fresh but we both enjoyed the truffle spelt which was incredible. Also enjoyed the pommes Alan. My partner ordered the mussels which were served on a bed of salt. Food was fragrant, fresh and full of flavour. The wine list was also great and we ordered a lovely red with our meal. The servers were highly attentive for the entire service and we felt well looked after. The atmosphere was intimate and cosy too. We would love to come back soon!

Great food, really nice ambience and the most helpful and nice staff ever. A real joy and will surely be back to try more of the menu (the mussels with nduja on sourdough with fennel mayo were just incredible! Was not expecting that!).

Amazing cocktails and even better food. We had a range of dishes, oysters with grapefruit, belly pork, a gorgeous wedge of potato that was flavored with garlic and truffle, there were a few other savory dishes too that were equally delicious. We shared a rhubarb dessert which was fantastic. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and down to earth. It was a bit hot on the top floor so wear removable layers. Definitely coming back.

Incredibly warm atmosphere and best Sunday roast we have had in a very long time. Staff were very welcoming and made the evening a truly special experience.

My wife and I were staying for a few days in Manchester and were recommended 10 Tib Lane by the staff at The Stock Exchange hotel. It was just a short walk away and we were immediately impressed by the warm welcome and the general vibes of the restaurant. We have had "small plates" several times before and have not always had a good experience. This time was superb. we started with olives and beignets. The beignets were delicious, hot, crispy and full of flavour. We then had one plate of Pear Tarte Tatin ,with warm blue cheese which was amazing. We then shared two large plates, Sea Bass and "Ex Dairy" Sirloin steak. The fish was beautifully cooked and the sirloin steak was one of the best I've had. We were both pretty full but finished with Butter Milk Panna Cotta with Rhubarb and fennel oil, a great way to finish a brilliant meal. I had a a large glass of a very good Tempranillo and my wife stuck to a vodka and tonic. Thank you so much to 10 Tib Street and your staff, it was the best meal we had in Manchester and the best for some time anywhere.. Only one small warning our table was on the third floor and at my age steep stairs are not very easy. Once again thank you from Ian and Carol.

Amazing. Restaurant, styling, atmosphere. Everything that's good is at this restaurant. Food was wonderful. Love sharing plates, it means you can taste it all. Nothing we chose was left uneaten. Wine delicious. Pomme Anna to die for. Sticky toffee pudding the best. Oysters, steak, steak tartare, anchovies, bread, greens, mash, celeriac, custard tart.......in case you hadn't realised it, we loved it and will definitely be back x

Total rip off to be honest. The anchovies £9 basically you would get more in a tin from Lidl for 59p, then you pay for bread 4 small pieces 6 pounds. Small sharing plates which is basically a way of ripping you off. Small bowl of mash £8 and I mean small. My hispi cabbage was dry ( try cooking it in stock Sherry and stock ) bill £80 each no desert one bottle of wine. When will you learn DONT SKIMP ON THE FOOD. Went home had toast will not be going back. Plus will be telling everyone about my experience. You deserve all you get

A really wonderful meal with friends, with inventive dishes crafted from the best ingredients. We started with some Cumbrae oysters, which were some of the best I've had in Manchester, accompanied by a refreshing bottle of Champagne. I recommend the beignets with Templegall. Delicious. We also had pommes anna with aioli which was great. We shared a number of larger plates including a truly fantastic duck dish with root puree and port sauce. I could eat that a dozen times. The ex-dairy sirloin was lovely, nicely cooked and with a tasty sauce. The smoked mashed potato accompanied it well. Service was great throughout. It isn't cheap, but the price matches the quality fairly.

What a find this is. A relaxed vibe, knowledgeable team, banging food (get the duck and you won't regret it) and a broad choice of wine. Would happily go back!

We visited for a late lunch and were very impressed. Although the menu is structured as small sharing plates, we ordered more along the lines of starters and mains. We ate cheese beignets which were delicious as an accompaniment to our cocktails. We then had steak tartare and pear and blue cheese tart tatin. The tartare was beautifully seasoned and hand cut, which made a huge difference - sometimes it can be like eating an uncooked burger, but not here. The tart was delicious. Sweet and salty at the same time with very well made pastry. And dressed with a lovely French green salad. If there was one improvement point it was that you couldn't really taste the pear. It was obviously an orchard fruit, but more sweet than peary. Didn't detract from the enjoyment, though. For main course we shared the duck breast with port sauce and had both the smoked mash and the cabbage. Wow! The duck was perfect and easily enough for two. Just the right cooking on it, no evidence of fat and very tasty. It was sat on a root veg puree, which added an earthy note and the sauce was rich and glossy. The mash was lovely and not too smoky and the cabbage was brilliant, like little crowns of dark green deliciousness. The wine list is predominantly French and good value. We had a lovely Bordeaux for under £45. Cocktails are also excellent and the service is attentive and prompt. One of the best meals we've had in Manchester in a long time.

Came here on Friday night whilst visiting my son. We had a truly wonderful meal, and were served by a lovely young man who was very knowledgeable and friendly. The food was all beautiful and the service was spot on. Thank you.

I tend to visit once or twice a month for drinks and/or food. So much care and attention to detail right the way from the menu selection to the type of glass your drink is served in. Perfect candle lit atmosphere, great playlist and the staff are super nice. Perfect for a date, family and/or with work colleagues. Not a single bad word to say about the place. We went for a Sunday roast this evening and I had the silkiest buttery soft sirloin steak with all the trimmings. Thanks for always delivering, looking forward to our return! ☺️

Called in to round the day off after a day in Manchester celebrating my birthday. Emma our server was extremely nice, very friendly and made us some delicious cocktails. She even gave us some prosecco. The bar/restaurant is very stylish and covers 3 floors. Toilets were spotless. Will definitely return.

A group of us landed here for late night drinks, probably not appreciating its reputation as a fine restaurant. Drinks were very good and the waiter was very accommodating. The place itself was modern and, unlike me, stylish.

So disappointed with this service and staff. Not one person has addressed our issue. The anchovies where so bovril tasting. The oysters were not fresh, the rabbit was sent back because it was cold. When we expressed to the staff , they continued to ignore us. The most disappointed we have been for a while.
