Excellent hot pot, huge portions and delicious

I came here twice with different friends and ordered different dishes. Most of the dishes were very delicious. There are some bean sprouts fried rice, roujiamo, braised large intestine, spicy dry pot, and tinfoil duck blood vermicelli. I like the brown sugar ice powder very much and ordered it twice. It should be noted that if you are not good at spicy food, you need to talk to the waiter to reduce the spiciness. The vegetables I ordered were not very tasty. The cabbage was a bit bitter and had too much vinegar. The price is a bit high and the seats are not very comfortable. I will still come to dine here because the cooking here is very authentic, and it would be better if some of the shortcomings can be improved!

Their atmosphere is quite bad but the taste of Malaxiangguo is amazing! Definitely want to visit again :) Super delicious 😋 and the male staffs are quite kind! 👌

It’s so unpalatable, don’t go there. There’s no service at all but you have to pay an exorbitant service fee. A plate of pig’s trotters is full of bones and chili peppers. The preserved eggs with roasted peppers are so sweet👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Don't go, there's no service at all but you're charged a fortune for a plate of pig's trotters full of bones and chilli, roasted peppers and eggs, all of which tastes disgusting.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The taste is average, the meat products and hot pot balls are not fresh. The price is expensive, and the portions of the food are too small. It is the first time I see cups being used to serve dishes, which is really outrageous... There are also some service fees that don't provide much service. I don't recommend it! After coming back, several people had diarrhea...

The hot pot was good and much cheaper than in London came here after I ate and I was very full, and it was so tasty I finished it

These are the two Rainbow Girls who ate at the street side of our store in August 22nd. Sitting outside and halfway through eating noodles, I said there was a small bug in the soup, and I insisted that it was there when it was served. Since it was served, why did you eat half of it? If you want to cheat money, just say it, the acting is too bad.

Found a fruit fly in noodles. The manager refused to apologise and insisted that it was dropped from the air. 炒饭很敷衍，巨干巨硬。面条第一次上来还是夹生的。 吃到虫子，老板非常理直气壮地说是正常现象，还夸口说厨房里绝对没有一只虫子，是在外面吃饭的时候掉的。一句话不提解决方法，连句道歉都没有。最后只给免了服务费，太糟心了这服务态度

The cold dish is still freezing hard. Too expensive and no service but charge 12.5% service charge.

The Pig Gut Noodle Soup is super! The noodle is good and the soup is tasty. Will order it again.

I always go here when in Brighton. Ask for the Chinese menu. Proper authentic Sichuan food. Very spicy, but delicious!

吃味精就吃飽了 - - they put too much Monosodium Glutamate in your food.. which is very unhealthy, and the service is really poor! I would never go again...

Bad food, horrible service, plain settings and expensive price. Had to go to toilet all day next day... it’s not even worth one star but Google has no zero star rating unfortunately.

The transitional beef oil hotpot in here makes me feel like being at my hometown. Unforgettable taste and really spicy which I really love it!!! Especially keep me warm in winter. Probably the best hotpot in Brighton

This is the most shittiest restaurant I ordered about 4 hours ago and still my order has not arrived they didn't call nothing I had to call the restaurant and they are closed I will suggest this restaurant to nobody not even my worst enemy they literally collected my money and I received no order

Disgusting food the rice almost like a mash potato, the food turned up after one hour and 40 min, the delivery driver asked me for £2 delivery charge, and there was no prawn crackers, very poor customer service.

Unfortunately i believe that my most recent order from Sichuan Garden 2 has rendered me with lasting trust issues which span beyond that of takeaways and into my personal life. So, where should i start... Firstly, the order took over an hour and forty-five minutes to arrive. I could have bought and cooked the ingredients in that time... To make matters worse upon arrival the driver didn't offer so much as a word, let alone an apology for the obviously appalling delivery time. I'd go as far as to say he was standoffish. Secondly, the food itself was poor on several fronts; lack of meat in most of the dishes and too much veg to cover up for the general poor quality. As well as this our drinks were lukewarm and dented which seemed strange as they spent the whole time in a car. Lastly, despite correspondence with the restaurant over the phone they offered no apology or explanation for why the food took so long. Overall, i find myself not necessarily angry, merely disappointed with what i previously held to be a pillar within the fast food industry in Brighton and indeed the United Kingdom. Regrettably, An unfulfilled, malnourished and upset customer.
