Pizza Hut Delivery in Brighton and Hove

I think ths location may have closed down, I ordered online for collection, yet when I went to pick up the branch was closed ! No answers the store phone number, and Pizza Hut appears to have no central customer service phone number. Online chat also only appears to be available 2.00 until 8.00 which is no use for lunch orders . Really poor

A Really well made and tasty pepperoni pizza, and the delivery operative was very polite and respectful. 5 stars easily.

Never arrived. App said delivered but it was never delivered. A code was provided to proof order but how can someone else accept it?

The food arrived earlier than estimated and was piping hot. It tasted really good as always.

Order here every week but this week it had the wrong base. Was literally falling apart like paper. Tried calling to complain and been on hold for over half an hour. Absolutely disgusting . Wish I could add photo as its so thin

Missing 3 items off my order, only ordered 5 items and don't understand how they can get it so wrong when everything's on the receipt they tape to the box so no one is checking. Reading reviews after I won't be using these again

The delivery was late. It was delivered to the wrong address. I rang twice and while I was in the phone I actually had to walk down the road to find the delivery guy. When I got the food inside it was absolutely freezing cold. Less than impressed after spending £50. Guy on the phone was nice and apologetic. Obviously not his fault

Once again, the food never arrived. Instead, somebody else's order with a different name from a different road arrived. Pizza Hut seems to consistently have problems like this.

The order was never delivered at all, despite the website saying it was.

Ordered at 5:40, arrived stone cold at 6:50, had to chuck the meat in the bin. Rang and complained and they offered us the same order for free next time. Rang for the “free” one at 5:25, arrived stone cold again at 6:50. ONE HOUR AND 25 MINUTES!!! They have got rid of their drivers and deliver through a third party. Useless now. Will not be using again

they delivered the wrong stuff I asked for cookies dough Ben and Jerry's I was given the fudge brownie instead and my drink was never delivered as well

Ordered a pizza for delivery in hove, no delivery. Phoned, re-booked delivery, didn't turn up again. Said they'd phoned both times, no phone call. 3rd time chasing the order they argued that they had phoned, again no missed calls, and then put the phone down. Worst service I've ever experienced

We recently placed a large order of 14 pizzas for my son's 6th birthday party. The pizzas were good value at £10 for a large and the ordering experience was very smooth. The manager made sure my order arrived on time and the pizza's were hot. They were also very presentable and tasted lovely, the children and parents finished every slice. I was nervous with the bad reviews but honestly had a great experience and will use them again. Well done to the staff! And manager.

Manager was polite and understanding (Mahardi or similar name i couldn't understand excatly) and helpfull ready to help with my choices and etc.....patience doesn't matter what i was trowing at him ! Early compared to the delayed time given but I think the delay may have been incorrect to begin with. Side order was wrong but I did briefly pick the one I ended up with before the final one so that may have been my mistake.

Unsure what happened but we received someone else’s side and not the garlic bread we’d ordered. The pizza was fine although the topping had slid to the middle and over to the left hand side. Delivery was on time but the guy was very unhappy…unsure if it was because of us, or the wonky pizza.

This place needs an overhaul from the top down, called here numerous times, nobody ever answers, then walk past 5 mins later and there's a bunch of clueless individuals stood around doing nothing/ couldn't care less...absolute joke! These people simply do not care AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Love these guys. This is my local Pizza Hut place. They know that I'm a regular patron, so they really do deliver... in all sense of the word. The food is always piping hot and really good. I'm also on the "pizza slices" loyalty scheme. Love that, as it's nice to receive free pizzas once in a while. All in all, highly recommended.

Very dry, doughy with very little cheese

Worst experience ever😩. More then 2 hours waiting for delivery, 3 phone calls to the shop and still they couldn't tell me when my food will be delivered. I have to cancel the order because my family went to bed it was nearly 10 pm. I really don't know how this shop working at all, no available delivery drivers 🤔 come on that's ridiculous. We will never ever order from there.

The employees here obviously find it hard to read, based on the fact orders are practically always messed up. Even the simplest of things like putting garlic on the pizza, which requires little to no effort, somehow is ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS missed. Makes you wonder how they manage to make the food without fainting from exhaustion of the effort exerted...

I am not happy over hour late stone cold I want a full refund for this how dare u send me stone cold food and make us wait over a hour and 20 mins late for are food I will be boycotting this now it should been here at 10 pm not 11.20 is this how you treat people who spent there money give me a refund

I had an issue ordering the wrong items, and the staff were kind enough to sort my problem without hesitation. Food arrived hot and in almost no time. Very happy.

Congratulations Pizza Hut Hove for the worst take away experience I've ever had!! Firstly although it was easy to order through the app., which is the only positive, the food arrived late and all of the food was cold. What turned up was not what we ordered and on calling the shop was told that, although wedges were on the menu, Pizza hut don't do them any more. These were substituted for extra chicken strips and cheesy garlic bread, which was fine, but it would have been nice to have been contacted about it before substitution. I called the shop and the guy who answered was very abrupt when I was asking about the food being wrong and hung up before I felt we had come to a conclusion, saying "thanks, bye" and putting the phone down while I was in mid sentence. The pizza ordered was pretty bland, greasy and tasteless and a little over done, the mac and cheese was undercooked one end and burnt the other and the chicken strips were only just cooked and were soggy and anaemic. I have had an issue with this branch about 5 years ago, which was resolved and put right by the next visit, but I wouldn't go back to this branch if you paid me. I'd rather go to Domino's Altogether an unforgettable pizza experience for all the wrong reasons.

If you’re into eating cold, bland cardboard this is the place for you. The soggy chicken dippers really complemented the extremely dry and bland pizza and made it possible to swallow, which in itself was traumatising on the taste buds. The 1 hr and 20 minutes I waited on reflection was a happy time, it was all downhill once the pizza arrived.

Food late by almost an hour and still didn't receive half of it as of writing.

Food was late, no contact from restaurant about updates until I rang about 5 times with no answer. Food came cold and dry.

Disappointed when I opened the box, inside was a very dry over cooked and cold pizza with no visual signs of any pepperoni. My drink wasn’t with the delivery and I had to ring the restaurant to deliver it. I won’t recommend this restaurant

If you want to receive your pizza I highly recommend ordering for else where!! 3 hours and still no pizza...... Delivery driver turns up with someone elses order, I'm then told, I have to call the branch to sort it!! Calling them is a mission in itself as they never answer! Called up multiple times to be told it will be coming and then on the last time I then get told "it hasn't been made and will be another 90 minutes! " they then proceed to tell. Me that items will be missing from the deal as they don't have them!! 3 hungry children, they can't refund you unless you contact Customer service which takes 5-10 days! Absolutely shocking customer service, the guy on the phone didn't put the hock down and we could hear him mocking us about having hungry children and the staff were all laughing and swearing about it. We will NOT be ordering from Hove branch ever again!

Order wrong again. Ice cream missing. No explanation from driver. plus pizzas took 70 minutes to arrive and were cold on arrival. Cannot get through on telephone to report the missing ice cream and get a refund. Very annoyed.

Sadly to say we normally always have a really good pizza from you guys or so so , but unfortunately this pizza deal we had was terrible. The food was tasteless , burnt , the presentation no where near to the standard we receive and wasn’t even cut up properly. The garlic bread was burnt and tasteless. The chicken ok, but this was the worst pizza meal we have had . Had the large deal with two sides and drink and the £5 offer and saying that both Pizzas were as above. Really sorry to complain I never do that but sadly it was a totally waste of money. Threw the meal away as it just wasn’t nice. So right now no won’t be ordering for a while yet. We always recommend and say you guys are the best pizzas around , but this time you left us disappointed. Hoping you can see this with a help to improve for the next customer. Tasted awful, never ordering from them again

Close to 2 hours to get delivery. Once food finally arrived wasn’t even that warm. First time I’ve been to Pizza Hut for awhile just moved to a new house that’s really close to a pizza restaurant so thought I’d order there rather than dominos for a change safe to say I’ll be going back to Dominoes.

The restaurant said was delivered on time but after I called the restaurant they said will delivery in 20 minutes… after 50 minutes of the call the pizza was delivered cold.

They accepted my order on Uber Eats then they cancelled after 5 minutes.

Abysmal branch and company. The food never arrived. No notification or update. No one answers the phones.

Food was late and was not what I ordered

I ordered one of the new Beyond Meat pizzas and potato wedges. When I received my order, I found that I’d been given chicken strips instead of the wedges. This of course meant I couldn’t trust that the pizza wasn’t meat. So, I picked off the ‘meat’(?) rendering the point of ordering BM completely pointless. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and provided me with great food!

Terrible food. Could not even finish one slice of pizza where it tasted so foul, and the one piece I did manage to consume made me and my husband extremely ill. Chicken was definitely not right as it had an awful smell to it as well. Contacted Pizza Hut direct to advise them of the issue and was completely fobbed off. Complete waste of money as I had to throw the whole lot away, and their food isn't exactly cheap!!! Will not use again.

Not worth it. Last few times (and today) ordered and pizza is undercooked. You take a slice and all the toppings slide off it! It’s slimy and wet. Not much taste. Also, today one topping is missing. The last few orders have been extremely bad so today is final order and never again from this shop. The worst Pizza Hut delivery. Update: after one slice and 30min I’m not feeling well. All is going into bin now. WASTE OF MONEY!

Just Eat delivery was excellent, not so keen on the pizza.
