茉莉苑 in Reading

Waiters were rude and discriminatory towards my friend. They ignored us when it came to our order and grabbed the menu off us when we were choosing what to eat. Very aggressive. Manager just sat at the bar and didn’t help at all. Definitely wouldn’t come here!!

Food was awesome. I forgot my bag at the restaurant and the owner chased us down for half a block to return it to us!

Love this place. I visit every time I come to Reading. Most of the menu is Gluten Free & just as important the food is consistently delicious. Jo, her husband, children & all the staff are welcoming, helpful & funny - in just the right way. The five stars are earned in a very down to earth and comfortable setting.

Great local chippy. Always friendly and happy. Orders are dealt with quickly and the chips are always hot. Pies, burgers and sausages available along with fish of course.

A very pleasant environment, tasty food and a serving of 10+, I recommend with confidence😉
