St James's, City of London,Westminster, <20£
02/05/2020: Visit this wonderful cosy restaurant every time we come to the theatre district, last time to see Harry Potter at the Palace. The food is perfect and beautifully served by a very attentive staff. Keep up the good work and we will be back.
21/03/2020: Very quick service. I had a graet lunch just with in 15 minutes. Really enjoyed the meal!!! will be back soon

Ngon Ngon

Holborn and Covent Garden, Camden
08/05/2020: I love this place, the staff are so friendly and the food is super good. There is genuinely nothing bad on the menu. I would eat here every night if I could!
14/03/2020: Dios mío, por dónde empiezo. . .

Saigon Saigon

Ravenscourt Park, Hammersmith and Fulham, 45-60£
16/03/2020: The food was all really tasty and made a nice change from Thai and Chinese food. I'm sure they were authentic but a lot of the sauces with the main dishes were very thin. Don't get me wrong, they tasted great, but i'd suggest you order more rice than you might first think to mop it all up. Staff were friendly. Definitely on the 'go back to' list.
06/03/2020: Delicious food Best we’ve had outside of Vietnam. Recommend the prawn pho and the king prawn curry and the spring rolls were amazing

Com Viet

St James's, City of London,Westminster
13/01/2020: We thought the restaurant was a small shopfront but once inside we were taken downstairs where there is plenty of room. The staff were friendly and provided advice on what we should eat. Service was good and the ambience suited the basement area. If you’re looking for Vietnamese food then this is the place to go.
31/12/2019: My party of 6 were in need of a place to eat after walking around Oxford street. The upstairs portion of the restaurant is compact but the downstairs is spacious with plenty of room to accommodate our party. A wide range of Vietnamese food on the menu. Our party ordered a range of food from slow cooked chicken to spicy pho . All were delicious. The service was attentive and friendly. Worth a return trip!

The Little Viet Kitchen

Barnsbury, Islington
09/03/2020: Very nice food and quick service, however we had the impression that the Little Viet Kitchen is very commercial, especially with all the news about a pop-up event in Abu Dhabi. We read the unique story of the start of this restaurant, but we were not sure if this is more of a cafe/bar or a restaurant. Three men in a rush run the place and the whole place is super crowded. Small tables. Very dim interior lighting and we needed our cellphones to read the menu. High range prices.Good choice of Vegan dishes and Vegetarian friendly Menu. I regret that we got a strange look from the waiter when I asked not to pay the Service tax. We will come back.
08/03/2020: I booked a table for two at this cafe, I had to give my full bank details, I was told that this was what ‘all high class restaurants do’. And (if I cancelled without giving 24 hrs notice there is a charge of £10 per person). This cafe is overpriced, it promotes itself as street food well the prices certainly are not. The food is unhealthy salty and the meals are really not that good, the rice was dry and the dumplings were stale. The prices are ridiculous high for a cafe. Are you a cafe or a restaurant? I don’t like your ethos and feel like there is a dishonesty to your approach and you are elitist.

Thanh's Bistro

Addiscombe, Croydon
09/03/2020: Went to Thanh's Bistro after googling somewhere new to visit locally. I'd never spotted it before, even though it is a ten min walk away. What a find! This place is an absolutely gem. The server was wonderful and friendly and the food was the nicest I have had in a very very long time - absolutely mouthwatering flavours and food cooked to utter perfection. My friend and I have put it on our favourites list and will be returning.
05/03/2020: A lovely cosy little restaurant with delicious authentic vietnamese cuisine. Bring your own wine. It,s best to book, as they do get busy.

Viet Baguette Ltd

Woolwich Common, Greenwich
01/03/2020: Second time visiting here and second lovely meal. The service was great and the food was amazing. We will definitely be visiting again (when asking my dad what his highlight of London for the weekend was, his answer, the Vietnamese!) Would highly recommend the noodles with chicken, having read some bad reviews on Google I'd like to say the reviews are rubbish, the food was yummy and I highly recommend
14/01/2020: Great Vietnamese food. I left Kingston recently, and with that I also left my favourite Vietnamese food stall. It’s nice to know that there’s a local Vietnamese place with authentic food around! We ordered the spicy baguette (I can’t remember the name) as a starter to share between two people. It was really good; we almost ordered another one. It wasn’t spicy however. I got the rice with pork (again, I can’t remember the name, sorry!) It consisted of rice, pork, fried egg, and one more side pork element. It was really good, and I enjoyed it a lot. I didn’t like the small side pork dish however. It tasted fishy. Pork in general didn’t taste as fresh as the chicken. My boyfriend got the one with the grilled chicken and spring rolls. I loved this one! It’s what I’d been craving but I’d decided to try something new. The chicken is amazing and I love the rice. The spring roll was soso. He wasn’t feeling it. I also had vanilla bubble tea; the strawberry one was out. The servers were polite and somewhat friendly. They weren’t rude. Overall, I’d definitely go again for the grilled chicken and baguette!

Aldersgate,Cheap, City of London,Westminster
08/06/2019: Quick service, big portions and delicious food. We had fresh spring rolls and curry chicken which we can recommend.
02/06/2019: First time here. Fresh food, nice presentation and friendly staff. More Chinese than Vietnamese but still enjoyed it and I thought reasonable value for money. Didn't skimp on the portion sizes. Air con maybe a tad strong but otherwise little to complain about

Mama Pho

Evelyn, Lewisham
03/03/2020: Absolutely delicious! Great friendly staff and decent price. Would go again! Had the chicken pho and partner had the curry ga. Really amazing flavours and not too spicy either :)
17/02/2020: This place is getting worst and worst, even I couldn’t stand for the quantity of foods anymore, that’s why i made this review... i have to say this place is extremely an bad ambassador of Vietnamese foods... the quality of foods is too bad by using cheap ingredients: cheap fish sauces, cheap vinegars, cheap noodles ... it seems that they don’t even know how to make any Vietnamese simple dishes. it is a big shame for the chef, who makes the dishes and the owner , who owns this restaurant, they are supposed to know how is the taste of the dishes properly when they run a restaurant...They should take a flight to Vietnam to learn how to make Vietnam Foods or at least spend some money to try the Vietnamese foods of the other Vietnamese restaurants in London to have real tasted of the Vietnamese foods...

Pho Covent Garden

St James's, City of London,Westminster
05/03/2020: リーズナブルで本場のベトナム料理が堪能できます。フォーは鳥出汁のうまみに2月の冷えた体にしみました。 ランチは2コースで11ポンドとお得です。本当美味しかった~!!!
01/03/2020: Great service food was delicious. Very healthy menu, guilt free meal out. Great for coeliac pretty much everything is gluten free

West End, City of London,Westminster, <20£
22/02/2020: Restaurant serves good Vietnamese style food. Restaurant is a bit rustic but the food is authentic particularly the Pho dishes. Having experienced food in Vietnam this provides a good representation.( no fish dishes however) Lunchtime service was quick ,friendly and helpful.
19/02/2020: A great find. A big bowl of delicious & spicy veg (no soya) pho with fresh herbs to add in. Lunchtime service was quick and friendly. Very happy!

Northcote, Wandsworth
18/02/2020: An extensive menu with traditional and non-traditional Pho. Prices ranged between £9.50-£11 approximately for their Pho. Good size, tasty portions! They also had rice dishes and great starters to choose from. The staff were lovely and the atmosphere of the restaurant was just right. Would return again...
14/02/2020: He venido a Pho en Battersea varias veces.

Moc Kitchen

St James's, City of London,Westminster
25/02/2020: Came here a few months ago and it was a great pre-theatre meal. Quick service and delicious food. The summer rolls are really nice and fresh and have a great texture, would have gone just for those if I knew how nice they were. Salt and Pepper soft-shell crab was also really good, sometimes places make it a bit rubbery but it was just the right amount of batter and crunch to it. I had the grilled Chaca fish and you get a very fair amount in the portion and the sides make it almost unfinishable after some starters. Overall a really nice place and wasn't as chaotically busy as a lot of the restaurants in the area.
23/02/2020: I think our party had mixed experiences, but I loved the place! I had the vegetarian pho, and that was great, warm, seasoned well and just what I needed! The staff serving were such wonderful, happy and friendly people (we were a big party and the restaurant is small, but we were made to feel very welcome). So I would recommend it (my husband said his food was not hot enough when it came from the kitchen) - sometimes, just being in a place that makes you feel welcome is enough!

Sen Viet

King's Cross, Camden
16/03/2020: Service spot on, quick, friendly, not forced or in your face. Restaurant interior comfortable, unassuming. The food is outstanding. Bursting with fresh flavours and very healthy into the bargain. We really enjoyed: Summer rolls and mixed spring rolls (mmmm peanut sauce......)The mixed chargrill was cooked in a way that gives it multiple complex flavours of fruit and aromatic herbs.Dessert was a heavenly combination of deep frid ice cream and mango spring roll.Worth going out of your way for. We adored it.
16/03/2020: We went here for lunch on a Sunday, it was busy, but the service was quick and friendly. We all had the summer spring rolls as starters - can't recommend them highly enough. All of our mains were delicious - and the Pho......WOW!

Bunbunbun Vietnamese Food

Haggerston, Hackney
24/05/2020: I ordered the tofu pho and it just tasted like hot water with old bits of tofu floating in it. Honestly disappointed as it used to be so good!
12/03/2020: There seem to be two branches of this Vietnamese restaurant: one in Hoxton and the other in Dalston. We ate in Dalston where the food and ambiance were totally unremarkable. The friend who invited me says the Hoxton branch is better.
