The best restaurants serving Spanish food in Birmingham West Midlands

Deeply disappointed. Went here again as it's one of our favourite restaurants but was very disappointed in the service provided by Alisha. The restaurant was freezing and we complained that the heater provided gave no heat, we asked for another and were provided a slightly better one temporarily as it was needed elsewhere in the restaurant. Ridiculous that there is not enough heaters to heat the whole building. After complaining again about the cold a heater was provided but when given to us Alisha tutted and rolled her eyes. Then we had to have the bill altered as they included food we hadn't had and instead of apologing Alisha slammed it down on the table. I went to the till to pay asking for Alisha's name which she refused to give because I was going to complain. She didn't even apologise at that point. Eventually she gave her name but at that point the night was ruined. Not sure she gave the correct name but it's the girl on the bar who is short, dark complexion and botox lips. Very rude individual.

Comimos en Plates por primera vez. Fue una sorpresa maravillosa porque era muy sabroso! Recientemente habíamos comido en Birmingham en muchos lugares sin brillo. La comida aquí ciertamente no encajaba en esa categoría! Teníamos 6 platos entre nosotros dos y un plato dulce cada uno. El personal era atento pero no demasiado portentoso, encantador y servicial. Sin duda recomendaría platos para algo diferente y delicioso!

Contrariamente a la otra crítica, esto NO es un café dirigido por una familia; está dirigido por voluntarios de la Iglesia de Todos los Santos, al otro lado de la plaza. Su cocina se está ampliando próximamente (en septiembre de 2024 ). Ofrece comida caliente + fría + aperitivos + bebidas – pero hasta ahora no ofrece gluten - gratis, etc; Quizás lo haga cuando la cocina se amplíe. Hay música en vivo los viernes por la noche 7 - 9 pm (desenchufado) y muchas cosas pasando allí toda la semana.

Era un trato de Groupon. La comida era horrible. El personal no se puede molestar con sus huéspedes y simplemente no quieren saber. Además, mantente alejado de los baños, son asquerosos.
